Scheduled an install date for a couple of days later and was pleased to get a confirmation phone call an hour beforehand from their local installer in the Orange Country (CA) area named Omar. He showed up, was polite and professional, we reviewed the OEM parts and he installed the glass within a couple of hours. I was pleasantly surprised with the overall experience.
