The work included pressure washing, crack repairs, minor bush/tree trimming, satellite dish removal, window edge caulking, and painting. The workers were very professional -- super polite, no loud music, and always busy. They even painted my chimney! I requested they use Sherwin Williams Emerald paint for the job. Since my original paint colors were Kelly Moore brand, it required some color matching. This is the only part of the project were I was nervous. 3 of the 4 colors appear to be exact matches. The other color appears to be a little brighter/whiter than what I was expecting but this is 100% due to the formula that Sherwin Williams had in their system for matching the Kelly Moore Antique White (KM-49) color. They were very nice working with our scheduling as we had to move it a couple of times because of our remodel. Once the date was finalized, Denise came out again and was able to go over all the options we have. Alonso then came out to do a sample patch for us to ensure it's what we wanted. The painters were great, power washed and patched the exterior. Did some repairs on rotted woodwork as well as re-hammering back down some wood siding to eliminate gaps on the wall.
