We learned that he purchased the restaurant just 3 weeks ago; it was obvious that he and his crew were working hard to get things up-and-running with freshly painted bright yellow walls, "fun reggae music" playing, a bright painting of Bob Marley on the wall and the delicious smell of BBQ as soon as we exited our car.
