He explains all about what he's going with finding places and holding them for 2 minutes or more and gives all kinds of tips and tricks for at home. After the first time I was sore, but took his advice and did an epsom salt bath and lots of water. I came a week later and since then I haven't had any pain! I'm sleeping better (when baby allows) and I'm sending everyone I know who has pain to Trevor.
