The gentleman at the drive thru was a bit hard to understand over the speaker, and in person but he was really friendly. Sadly I have not had a good experience every single time I have been here and it makes me sad to say this because Kneaders in Orem and American Fork are both on their A game and I have never had issues at either of them. Saratoga Springs is a different story. I have had to take food back because they didnt make it right or it tasted awful or even received the wrong order. I have reached out to management and nothing has been done. This location is terrible, as I am typing this I am again sitting outside Kneaders while they add sauce to a sandwich that was given to me dry which was supposed to have a sauce. I went through the drive through and made a small order for me and my two girls. There were only two cars in front of me, and could see there was nobody in line inside. Nonetheless, I sat there for 30 minutes waiting. Insane! The workers acted annoyed and did everything at a snails pace. On top of that, once I got our food, they had forgotten one of our kids meals, and left out the sides usually included with the meals as well. I went to this Kneaders location with a friend today around 12:30 for lunch. There was only one car ahead of us in the drive through and no cars behind us. We ordered quickly at the drive up, but then waited 20 minutes to even pull up to pay. Once they opened the window to take payment the girl just started at me...? Weird. I could see inside, not one person in line to order and very few people sitting in the restaurant. There's really no reason for the long wait time. When we finally got our food the order was wrong. The gal working the window had zero customer service training. I would say this could've been a one off bad experience--but I've come here several times and have consistently experienced abnormally long wait times. The service is poor. I really hate to leave a bad review, especially for this location, but I have to. Today after work I really wanted Kneaders but my gut told me not to. I went anyways and when I arrived for the drive thru, I had sat behind only one car and it took over 5 minutes to let them start ordering. I ended up in that drive thru for a total of 32 minutes, just to have my sandwich be extremely soggy. And to stay the least, my sandwich quite literally smelled like my cat's wet food. Always end up waiting at least an hour at this location. After we finally made it to the window, the staff had apparently not actually taken our order. Had to wait another fifteen minutes to receive only half of what we ordered only to find that the staff had only entered in half of what we had ordered. waited another ten minutes to receive the second half of our order. We like coming to the location. We typically go for breakfast or on Saturday nights when pastries are half off after 8pm. The sandwiches here are delicious and huge, I had the French dip, and it was delicious, wife enjoyed Turkey Bacon Avocado Sandwich, and my daughter had Broccoli Cheese Soup in a bread bowl. My first time at a Kneaders! I loved my soup and sandwich. I find it fresher and healthier tasting than Zupa's. So many delicious pastries but I selected the chocolate mousse dome at the recommendation of the sweet cashier. I've managed restaurants for many years and despite being a little behind during the lunch rush, all employees were extremely hardworking and friendly. I watched as they serviced the indoor cashier, walk in pick up, and drive thru. Always apologetic for any delay and no attitude despite several rude customers. POSITIVES: the staff here are pretty friendly. The ambiance is quite inviting with its cozy, homey feel. Some of their food here tastes amazing. For instance, the Mexican Omelet had such an amazing flavor from the pico de gallo combined with the crema. The all-you-can-eat French toast that they served is pretty large. NEGATIVES: they are pretty slow, but you gotta kind of expect that these days, what with the pandemic and all. The price seemed decent for what you get. I wasn't too impressed with their toast, a basic wheat bread that lacked oomph and flavor. PRICE: about $8-12 per person. VERDICT: I would come here again if my work brought me, because I'm interested in trying some other options. The last few times here have not been good experiences. Tonight I waited twelve minutes before my call was answered. There was a message that on April 20 they offered 20% off online orders. Today is April 29. By the time they answered my call, I was on my way to my daughter's home to bring dinner. The employee told me about the 20% online discount even though the dates were incorrect in the recording; she wouldn't give me a discount for ordering takeout by phone. Fine. I placed my order (two kids' meals with sugar cookies/chicken walnut salad/two turkey sandwiches/three chocolate chip cookies). I asked specifically if there were sugar cookies for the kids and chocolate chip cookies for adults, which they assured me would be with the meals. They brought my food out quickly after I arrived (last time I had to wait an additional thirty minutes after the promised time). I checked the order and realized they only gave me three cookies so I texted them about the error. An employee came out with two peanut butter cookies and said sugar cookies weren't included in the kids' meals at this location (even though they have been every other times I've ordered kids' meals here several times) and that they didn't have chocolate chip cookies. Umm, I'm allergic to peanuts, so I was upset. No apology for not having my correct order or stated products. read more

PLEASE HAVE THE CAR PULL AHEAD IF THEIR ORDER IS GOING TO TAKE EXTRA TIME I come to this place all the time, their food is good, but there is a 50-50 chance that you will get stuck waiting for an extra 10 minutes because for some reason somebody's order took extra time. They could easily fix this by just having a car pull ahead to a dedicated spot if someone's order is going to take extra time. I don't know why they don't to do this. read more

Kneaders in Saratoga Springs has really gone down hill the last few years. Yes it is still super cute inside but the food has become a joke. Today I ordered the Chicken, Cheese and Ham and a cup of Broccoli Cheese soup. The sandwich was just okay. It was a little messy and had chicken pieces rather than a breast that I am used to. The soup was also a little off. It seems as though the recipe has changed a bit. There were carrots in it and it had a different flavor (I go there just for this soup). I was a little bummed out about it. I also ordered a Fruit Tart that was clearly from the night before. They fruit was wilted and soft and the cream filling almost had a hard layer on the surface. Upon arriving (11:30 am) the table tops were dirty and hadn't been cleaned from the morning rush and the trash can area had dried food spilled all over it. I have always loved Kneaders and I will give it another try, hoping for a better experience than the last few, but I wont be back if it continues to let me down. read more

Kneader's just isn't as good as it used to be. We both order the Mexican omelet. I usually get the French toast but thought I'd get something a little healthier. It wasn't even an omelet. It was brown scrambled eggs with slimy pico de gallo topped with cheese. They were tiny and not comparable in size. We couldn't eat them they were so gross. We sent them back and got the French toast. The French toast was no better. It wasn't cooked thoroughly and had some mushy parts. We have always enjoyed their treats but we won't be enjoying meals there anytime soon. All the portions on their menu are tiny. I'd rather them raise their prices than make everything smaller even though their prices are in the higher end. read more

Usually I come here for a mango smoothie or some French toast. Both of which are decent breakfast items. I was craving some soup so I ordered online to get myself a soup, bread,salad, drink combo. I ordered a green salad with vinaigrette, chocolate milk (because I'm a child ), rosemary focaccia, and cheddar broccoli soup. The soup was good and the salad surprised me. It wasn't just a cup of lettuce. However, when my husband went in to get my order they forgot to give us the salad so my husband had to go back in to get the salad part of my combo. Instead of assisting him immediately they made sure to assist every single person in the drive through first. Which was frustrating. Then when we got the salad they gave me the wrong dressing. I didn't want to wait for them to help the whole drive through again to get the right dressing so I just went with the ranch. Also the focaccia didn't have any rosemary taste to it so either they gave me the regular focaccia or the rosemary focaccia is very lacking in the flavor department.
