I removed and disassembled the broken mirror, removing the broken lens and took it to Asqueta Glass. They showed me a piece of similar thickness mirror and cut me the exact replacement mirror after a short wait, I took it home and with some minor trimming it popped right in. They charges me a total of $8.04 the price of one square foot of mirror their minimum charge. These people were wonderful and took care of my simple little project. On the day the job was scheduled, I received a last-minute message backing out entirely--claiming the project "wasn't the right fit." No warning, no prior concern, no real explanation. I've now lost weeks of time, have no contractor, and am starting from scratch because of a complete lack of professionalism and follow-through. At the very least, I expected a referral to someone reliable--but even that wasn't offered without prompting. Disappointed doesn't begin to cover it. He stated that they are "behind" with other customers and projects and appeared to be unconcerned regarding the situation. Big waste of my time. Recommend that you find someone else in this industry.
