My wife and I had a terrible time finding a competent responsible Plumber. My problem was that my 16 year old, 40 Gallon Water Heater, leaked all over my garage floor, and my wife required immediate continuous hot water for a serious health problem. I called Knight's Plumbing. They were excellent. Mr. Knight visited us the same day, and gave us an estimate for the complete installation of a new Water Heater. This included filing a, required Permit from the City Of Fountain Valley. The next day two Technicians completed the job within 2 hours. The Technicians were knowledgeable and friendly. Also, the Fountain Valley Inspector said they did a perfect job, and that an additional Inspection was not required. I am so glad I called Knight's Plumbing. I've used a few different plumbers over my homeownership years, none have really been great. But the guys at knights plumbing came through for me. I tried a different approach and used yelp 100%. I used their request a quote system and contacted 5 plumbers I felt had good reviews and were local. All were contacted on Saturday am and with the same message. By the end of the day only 3 had responded. Knights was the first and also confirmed an appointment. On the day of the appointment they actually contacted me as they could show up 30 minutes early. Once they showed up they offered to bootie up to keep the house clean and went through to develop an estimate for the repairs and a timeframe for completion. The quote was fair and the timeframe was excellent. They completed the job in the time allotted and cleaned up well after. And the job was done in a quality manner with no additional leaks or need to call them back for warranty or assistance. And the crew that worked our home was courtesy: Wes and Mike were both gentlemen and did their jobs professionally. You could tell they were happy where they worked which is very important to me. These guys were great! I live in a condo complex and had a leak coming from a neighbor's drain above me into my shower wall, so I met Wes as he was hired by the folks upstairs to fix leak. What a nice, friendly guy! They did such a great job, opened the wall, dried it out, fixed the leaks and then we had the drywall and paint done. I am brand new now, good to go! Because I liked the way they handled the leak, I had Wes install a new vanity, hook up plumbing in one of the other bathrooms I was doing a remodel on. Last night we had major blockage and backup in our master bathroom that led to every area in our house having an issue. I called first thing this morning at 7:30 and within two hours they had their guys at our home, as promised. The men Jesse and Miguel were very professional and courteous and kept me updated with their progress in fixing the issue. They advised me of work that could (and should) be done to alleviate the issue in the future, but didn't push me to do it. I appreciated their honesty. I used Knight's Plumbing about ten years ago for my kitchen remodel plumbing needs and everything was great then. Just had them out to do my bathroom remodel plumbing and again, 5 star workmanship! The plumbers were friendly, professional and so helpful. They showed up when they were supposed to and were quick. I've had a lot of contractor's working for me on my remodel and they cleaned up after themselves and left it nice and clean! Others left me with a big mess to clean up. If you've done a remodel you know what the clean up is after they're all done and the DUST settles, literally, so I was very happy when I saw that they left me a clean bathroom! Knight's Plumbing is the best plumber I have ever worked with. Anita is great to work with and really does a great job of communicating with the customer. She was amazing at getting real time ETA's and I was surprised at how quickly she was able to get people to come out. My issues surrounded the hot water heater that was installed in a new home I bought that did not work correctly (no hot water!) Dana, made about a half dozen visits to my home to test and replace several different things to help isolate the issue and was very proactive in working with the equipment manufacturer's rep as well as made 2-3 visits to my home just to meet with the rep from the gas company to try and determine where the problem was. Bottom line, several visits later, it was determined that the plumber who installed the unit (knight's plubmbling) was not the one who made the error, nor was the gas company, it was the manufacturer (faulty unit) and Dana worked with them to get me a new unit and installed it immediiately. Knights Plumbing I would recommend this company. We had an entire re-pipe copper job done on our 1953 built home with original plumbing and are pleased with the final project. We did experience a hiccup with the company at first that was quickly remedied. After a couple of days we expressed to the owner Jeremy that we were concerned with the competency of the plumbers that were doing the job. Immediately after stating our concerns the owner Jeremy crawled below the house and came out and said that it was true the workers were not doing work at the caliber he demanded. We appreciated his honesty ( no bull****) and the fact that he wanted only top quality work for his customers. He apologized for the inconvenience and told us he would have a new crew at our house first thing in the morning. ( I also understand the previous plumbers who I think someone else complained about, were let go from the company immediately -sorry fellows but this is a competitive business) His new crew showed up, were extremely professional, took no breaks, and completed the job that day including fixes to earlier work. My husband and Jeremy inspected and said everything looked good. I was happy that Jeremy the owner took pride in his work and he even gave us a perk by replacing a worn out kitchen faucet - that had poor pressure. Although we had the initial hiccup in the job that is forgiven since I feel we found a company that is honest and authentically cares about doing quality job. Finally a plumber that fixed the problem!! I have been battling the same plumbing problem for over a year now, my indoor washing machine would stop draining. I've tried everything from replacing the washing machine to have others work on the plumbing. I've had the pipes cleaned out several times to only have the problem return. The backup was so bad that it burned out motors in 2 washing machines. I just figured it was always going to be a problem until Knights Plumbing came out and discovered that the last owner had done his own "fixing". He quickly figured out the problem, clearly explained what was happening and what the real fix should be. Because of the previous problems with stopped up drains Knights Plumbing also Hydro Jetted the entire house. By the end of the day everything was flowing perfectly and you couldn't even tell they had been there. Always a plus for me when I don't have to clean up after someone else! Jeremy, the owner, called to check in with me to see if everything was still ok. I was so pleased with Knights Plumbing I had them come put in new bathroom faucets and shower fixtures. I had a gas leak in a secondary line that was feeding my bbq and spa. I got four quotes and Jeremy's was almost half the cost of the highest quote I received! I checked out the BBB and yelp, and after reviewing the yelp ratings and comments, decided to proceed. Joe and Miguel did a super job! The leak was at the first "elbow" right where we hoped it would be, so the hole they made is only about 12" by 12". They repaired it and checked it for leak and showed me what they did before filling the hole. Because the leak was beneath my custom pattern cement, I called ahead and asked if I could buy some color additive to the cement they were going to cover the hole with after the repair was done. They said sure! I'm really glad I did. It blends better than the traditional grey cement color. They cleaned up the area before they left and told me to the let the cement cure for a week. Its lightening up nicely as it cures. I'd recommend Jeremy and his company to anyone looking for quality plumbing at reasonable prices. read more

Just wanted to report that I had a phenomenal experience with Knight's Plumbing. I had some quirky things happening in my bathrooms with the plumbing and had David come over very quickly to begin trouble shooting. They began snaking all the clean outs and still were finding problems. Although I didn't want to order the camera to look into the pipes, we deemed that it was the only alternative to find out exactly what the problem was and determine exactly where the problem was. Brian ended up coming out with the camera and was able to determine that it was roots in my pipes and was able to show me how bad the roots were, hence the problem with the plumbing and the backups. Since I was able to see what was going on, I knew that the next step to clearing the roots was to bring in the water jet machine, which Knight's Plumbing was able to bring in pretty quick. They were able to clear all the roots and blockage, they sent the camera back down to show me where they had cleared the roots so that I knew the pipes were clear. If you are like me and live in an older house, mine is almost 65 years old. Go ahead and call the professionals like Brian and Davis at Knight's Plumbing so that they can trouble shoot your problems. If they deem the camera necessary, don't be afraid to bring in the professional equipment. You will be very happy to be able to see exactly what they see and make educated decisions about what they find. The team that I worked with out of Knight's Plumbing was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I never thought I'd be singing the praises of a plumber on yelp but these guys blew me away! I bought two new vanities and needed someone to install them for me. Little did I know that the combinations of sink, vanity, faucets etc were basically all wrong for each other. These guys troubleshooted every issue the whole way through with smiles on their faces and were so helpful and kind given the cards I had dealt them. When they didn't have time to finish given all the speed bumps I knew we would have to reschedule for another day. I was fully expecting not to hear from them for another week at least but they came the very next morning and finished the job! I've never had such a pleasant experience from a plumber (or any contractor or service provider) from start to finish and the guys were so incredibly patient and lovely to have in our home!
