I have been using this joke of a company since 2018 when I purchased a swamp cooler from them for my rental property. Twice per year since the purchase of the swamp cooler I have hired them to maintain the unit and for the past 5 years they have literally done nothing and only charged me for "tune ups" and "maintenance"!!
