We called Javier for service and he came to our Palmdale home and did a great job the first time. Then we were moving from Palmdale and we had a water filter system hooked up so we asked if he can remove it so we can bring it to our new house. He took it apart and offered to put part of the system in his truck and bring it back when he comes to install it our new place. That was back in December and he hasn't answered my calls or texts. We never got our water system back! He only answered me once and said that he would come to install the well after and we never heard from him again. Won't answer our calls or texts. Our shower head was leaking about a drop a second and getting worse. I figured I'd take a stab at repairing it but ended up getting more intimidated the deeper I went in. Within an hour and a half after my request, my shower head was repaired and he did it for free! First time we called him we had a leak coming in from the main waterline feeding into the house due to a failed pipe fitting. He came the day of contacting him and fixed it right away. One of our three bathrooms shower faucet handles broke during the Easter holiday weekend. J&R was the only plumbing company willing to work on the holiday to repair the handle, which if not fixed would of caused us to have the water to the house turned off for another day until the faucet was fixed (if the faucet was not fixed water would have continuously run). Pluses: - Offered options of handles to replace the old one with (not just some stock replacement). My water heater started leaking after 25 years and was on it's last leg. I decided to switch to a tankless water heater set up. A friend offered to perform the installation, however, his experience was with outdoor units and mine needed to be an indoor unit, due to existing gas/water lines. We ran into difficulties with the venting set up. I contact several companies via Yelp. Other companies refused to help, since they did not do the original install or tried to convince me to start over with them.
