Avoid being alone on the trail or be cautious because many homeless camps have been on the trail. The benches need cleaning and definitely avoid the steel looking benches. The pool definitely should be open more than it currently is to attract consistent activity. It looks like the city is trying to pay more attention to the park after the pickleball courts. The football field is exclusive to schools. The tennis courts and volleyball courts see considerable use during the weekend. The volleyball community will kick you off the court even if the "other guys haven't arrived". I saw a patrol car on the trail investigating some of the homeless camps under the bridges. Anywhere but investigating the ones in the park.

After signing up as a Satellite Swimmer, I had to chase down the promised monthly workout files every single month. I got the workouts for September IN JANUARY after multiple e-mails to Coach Mike and anyone else I could contact. I mean, if you can't get the workouts to me, I guess that's fine, but after experiencing the total failure that is the Satellite Swimmer program, I requested to be removed from the team in January 2018, April 4th and again on April 26th. I was charged AGAIN, and they are now saying that they don't "issue refunds". Here we are almost in May and I'm still waiting for the workouts from February, March and April. I don't think it's considered a "refund"when I never got what I paid for in the first place. I am really understanding when people make mistakes, and my multiple e-mails over the last few months requesting workouts over and over again, show that I have a pretty long fuse. But when a group makes MULTIPLE mistakes without any remorse and then tries to scam me out of money and tells me they won't do anything to fix their errors, well I'm just not OK with that at all. There are so many amazing Masters Teams out there, I really recommend steering clear of a group like this.

It took us a minute to find the right instructor, but once we met Andrew it was apparent my son was in good hands. Andrew (or "Coach", as my son likes to call him) understands my son's sensory needs and ADHD and uses that knowledge to keep him simultaneously safe, engaged, happy, and progressing as a swimmer. Andrew always has something positive to say about my kiddos progress while also noting areas that he wants to see improve/work on over the next series of lessons. My son likes to know what's on the agenda for each day and when it's a swim day he always whispers a little "yes!" to himself. I know that joy and confidence comes from the fantastic work that Andrew puts into each lesson. My kid looks forward to being at swim because he looks forward to being in the water, and especially, spending 20 minutes with Coach Andrew. Waterworks is a happy, inclusive space, and if you get to schedule your lessons with Andrew your kiddo will be just as happy and safe as mine. Cannot recommend Waterworks enough -- most especially if you get Andrew.

I try to use Google Maps to see how busy it is before I go in. I have never once had any personality or customer service issues here & I have always found the staff at the front desk friendly. Any time I have ever raised an issue about bathroom attention or a damaged machine, management has always been very attentive and corrected the issues in a reason amount of time. I love the variety of equipment and the overall layout of the gym. If I had any issues to point out, they would definitely be the tripod users, the clumps of people who gather around machines & barely workout, the overhead music can be too loud at times and the guys who seem to live in the toilet stalls. However, it's one of the best workout facilities I have been fortunate enough to work out at and it's super convenient to go to, so the positives outweigh the negatives by a long shot! Thanks EōS gym staff!!

She thoroughly explained the current promo they have going on right now and ultimately got us all signed up for what we needed. We had our free trial class with Chris last week and I was so pleased with how friendly, soft-spoken, and patient he was with my son. My son didn't even want to go into the water for the first 10 min of the 30 min class, and Chris just continued to ask if he was ready, all the while still holding lesson and staying attentive to the other child who was in the same class. Eventually, my kiddo felt confident enough to join in and by the end of the session he was having an absolute blast. We are looking forward to continuing our swim journey here with this crew!

Super special shout out to Christian, who is her main instructor. He's been so patience and aware of all of his students. Also, Perry and other substitute instructors are just as great, which ensures consistency. The facility is well maintained and very clean. You can tell they make sure to provide a clean and safe environment for the kids.
