I got the workouts for September IN JANUARY after multiple e-mails to Coach Mike and anyone else I could contact. I mean, if you can't get the workouts to me, I guess that's fine, but after experiencing the total failure that is the Satellite Swimmer program, I requested to be removed from the team in January 2018, April 4th and again on April 26th. I was charged AGAIN, and they are now saying that they don't "issue refunds". Here we are almost in May and I'm still waiting for the workouts from February, March and April. I don't think it's considered a "refund"when I never got what I paid for in the first place. I am really understanding when people make mistakes, and my multiple e-mails over the last few months requesting workouts over and over again, show that I have a pretty long fuse. But when a group makes MULTIPLE mistakes without any remorse and then tries to scam me out of money and tells me they won't do anything to fix their errors, well I'm just not OK with that at all.
