Dr. H and her team are amazing and really work with you to achieve your goals. I went to the building which is tucked behind the Ford dealership near Barnes & Nobles in Braintree, found the red building, and went up to the fourth floor and met Patrice and Jack at the office. The office was bright and clean and the staff incredibly welcoming. Patrice went over all of my options and I decided on getting the non-surgical nose job, the under eye filler, a little bit of Botox for a brow lift, and Botox near the corners of my mouth to remove the frown lines. I honestly only thought I would walk away with just a quote, or possibly get one procedure, but incredibly the services were so so so affordable I was shocked and gladly get them all and I'm so happy I did! My results are phenomenal, Patrice is a true expert at injectables. She also got me signed up with the actual manufacturers of the fillers and Botox so that I would earn credits and discounts for my services. I found it fascinating that no other MedSpa ever offered this before. I asked Patrice why that me be, and she said because it's a bit of a process on the MedSpa to confirm with the manufacturers that I actually got the procedures and the other chain Med Spas probably don't care to give any extra credits or discounts. I had never had under eye filler or the non-surgical nose job and I was super nervous. When I go back to see Patrice I will be so excited because now I know how amazing her results are! I already got a compliment from my mom video chatting that I looked incredibly well rested and really refreshed. She couldn't quite figure out what exactly I had done and I didn't tell her just yet because I wanted to see if she saw a difference and sure enough she did. Can't wait to go into work tomorrow and watch all my co-workers give me a second look cuz I can't quite figure out why I look 5 years younger! I was also super psyched when Patrice said she had enough filler left over to Contour my cheeks because we didn't use all of it during the non-surgical nose job. So bonus! She use the rest do a slight left around the cheekbone area which I thought was incredibly smart and thoughtful on her end. Another interesting aspect of my visit that I feel the need to share as I asked Patrice how I could get rid of the good old Irish red splotchy skin on my face so maybe one of these days I can go makeup free completely to work oh, well maybe with a little bit of mascara, and I really thought Patrice was going to tell me to go for the chemical peel and maybe the light therapy but she gave me really sound and solid advice on what serums to use first before I go down that path. She reached out to me on Thursday evening informing me she did not have availability although my appointment was already confirmed. She went on to ask questions about the services I was interested in and I informed her I was interested in at least 3-4 massages a week. She went on to tell me she could not give me the massages requested and she could only offer me 2 max. That was the first alarming thing especially since that was my doctors orders. She went on to say she doesn't work on weekends so I couldn't rebook with her then. She also said she doesn't work on Mondays so the next available day I could book with her was Tuesday. Once I confirmed I would be in town, literally the same day, I went back to my groupon purchase and rescheduled my appointment for Tuesday. The appointment was confirmed. Tammy reached out to me today, on Monday, to tell me she didn't have availability for my Tuesday confirmed appointment and tried to move the appointment to Wednesday. With work and prior obligations, I can't keep rescheduling. She even went on to say she was spending time with her grandkids when I replied to her initial text. I never reached out to her about this. Nonetheless, It is truly sad that when we try to support black businesses, this is the outcome. She seemed to be lazy with saying she could only offer 2 massages without first seeing me in person and clearly doesn't know how to manage time. As I mentioned to her, she shouldn't have her books open on other platforms if she really doesn't want to offer the services advertised; especially if there is never availability. It's just that simple. It's super inconsiderate of my schedule. I would not recommend her. Reporting this with Groupon because it's been a huge inconvenience. In my case, I needed the massage asap. She wasted days of my time and delayed my healing process even more.

After so many failed gym and diets, I knew I needed help. I learned through a blog about body treatments such as radio frequency and cavitation for weight loss. I said ok I need to try it. I started the journey with Maria. First, we made sure I took lost of vitamins, high PH water and a great diet. Maria told me; can you walk everyday? I said sure I can. That's all she asks. Can you commit to being active? Well since our start date it has been 5 months, in 5 months I have lost over 30 pounds, and I did it while loving each step. I did not do another crazy diet, and I did not join a bootcamp. Maria's body treatments along with the drainage massages help the metabolism and body flush out fat cells. SEVERE BURNS. DO NOT GET LASER HAIR REMOVAL HERE…read more I have had laser hair removal done on my face and neck before at several locations, but this was my first time looking in the Greater Boston area. The laser was so exceedingly painful, like nothing I had experienced before. I voiced this to Maria, who assured me it was because this was a different type of laser (a "real laser"), unlike the places I had been before, which is why some hair had previously returned. Well, we had previously done a test patch that went fine (save for some lovely, unsolicited commentary that I should see a doctor because I have a lot of body hair and oily skin, thanks Maria). Huge mistake. Clearly she didn't check the settings of the machine that day, because I left with the makings of second degree burns over my face and neck. It's now obvious she realized she messed up, lowering the intensity mid-way through, telling me to call her the next day even though she wasn't working, and giving me some complimentary collagen spray that'll heal it right up, don't bother with anything else. Fast forward a few hours and I'm in urgent care, who gave me an expedited referral to a burn unit. It's now been four visits to the burn unit over several months and time off of work because my face and neck have been red, purple, blistering, and bleeding. At least the wounds have finally closed, but I'm still left with a massive burn scar. When the doctors say "who did this to you", you know it's bad. I'd attach pictures of all the burn stages if I didn't pity the person scrolling through Yelp who has to see that. Maria assured me that this has never happened before... as if that excuses the fact that it happened to me. Well, I hope this review means it will never happen to anyone else. Since this business gives every indication of carrying on their laser use as usual, I am leaving my first and hopefully last Yelp review, to warn that NO ONE SHOULD COME HERE FOR LASER HAIR REMOVAL, EVER.
