She seem like she had something else she needed to be doing, and she just needed to get our appointment over with. On one occasion, she stopped doing the laser treatment right in the middle and took a long phone call from her interior decorator. On another occasion, she took a call immediately after we were done and didn't even say goodbye to me as I was leaving. It's not a spa and I'm not expecting star treatment, but at least save the decorating emergencies for after the treatment is over. I recently called her to get a follow up, and she never even called me back. I should have pretended to be her decorator, and then I would've gotten a call back right in the middle of her treating a client! Fortunately, I found another place, so I won't be going back.

(And because you can't use laser that close to your eyes...electrolysis seemed like the only logical alternative. I was so ready to retire from my lifetime of plucking & preening!) Paula is wonderful - not only is she knowledgeable but she's kind, patient & always fun to talk to. On my first visit, she took the time to explain the whole process to me & what kind of timeline we were probably looking at. She could sense I was a little nervous when I asked her how much it would hurt. So she sweetly offered to do a quick trial session just so I could see if I thought it was something I could handle. (I could!) It's definitely a commitment but one that is so worthwhile. To be freed from my tweezers has been blissful. Now I have beautifully shaped eyebrows that I never have to worry about. I'm at the point in the process where I only go in for an occasional touch up...but eventually even that won't be necessary. Very happy!
