My family and I stayed April 8 through April 9. In my party was- my husband, our son ( 5 years old) , our daughter(1.5 years old, our infant (2 months) my mother and myself. Overall, great experience & I would stay again because of the convenience located next to the park. When I was growing up, I would visit Knotts Berry Farm almost every single year from the time that I was five all the way to 13 or 14 years old. I am currently 38 and I haven't been to the park in over 20 years. This was a spur of the moment trip and our family lives about eight hours away from the park. We're from Northern California. So it was really convenient to do a bundle package and get all our tickets included and our hotel stay and our breakfast. Pros- hotel room size. We had two kings and a pull out couch and the room felt very large. It had a bar area, coffee pot, small fridge, a sink outside the bathroom & the bathroom with a tub/shower combo. I had to wash bottles so I really did appreciate the sink outside of the bathroom. Large families-- it's able to accommodate large families. Soooo nice!!! I looked at a lot of hotels and a lot of them would only offer two queen beds. Clean- things were clean and pretty lobby Shop- inside the hotel is a shop and you get a discount when you shop there as a hotel guest. But I also found the boysenberry tea that was sold out of the rest of the park there. Breakfast- our particular package came with breakfast. So you have to make a breakfast reservation in the morning and it included a buffet breakfast. Which was probably one of the best buffet breakfast I've ever had and I was especially surprised at how good the eggs were. Restaurant/coffee- there is a coffee shop and a restaurant on site. I tried the buffet breakfast out of the restaurant which was delicious, but I did not try any of the food but it's really nice to have that accommodation. Con -poor water pressure - difficulty figuring out how turn on the lights in the bathroom - coffee pot in a place where small children can get it - elevator door. We had a situation where our son was entering the elevator as soon as somebody exited, and the doors immediately started closing it on him and it didn't stop or reopen even though the door was actually touching his arm. I was pushing a stroller and there were people in my path as I trying to get to our son to put my arm in there or get him out. Thankfully a man who was standing right next to the door saw the danger and play both of his hands on the elevator door, trying to pry it open, and it still was trying to close. Thankfully it Finally opened! Our son was ok & I let the bellhop know about the situation. Per the bellhop the elevator doors are known to close quickly. I did let the manger know and asked her to check the cameras to review the situation. I do wish someone would let me know if the situation was looked into. I would totally stay again. I thought it was pretty comparable to what other hotels were charging plus it included our tickets and it had different hotel packages and it was on site. I do wish we had stayed an extra night. And I would definitely return.

After spending a day at Knotts Berry Farm and Knotts Scary Farm my wife and I headed to the Knotts Hotel we we're able to booked at room at the hotel and using our season pass. One of the perks have a season pass discount for the hotel including the parking but not it's $20 a night. Stepping in the hotel the interior looks very modern and futuristic touches to make the hotel luxury. Our room was amazing nice including the bathroom is big and nice. We enjoy the room and the stay at the Knotts Hotel.

Still kept that vintage knotts vibe (view is above the check-in desk)

I heard about the remodel-but WOW!! It's gorgeous at Christmas time. I wast invited to a fundraiser at the grand ballroom which is to your right and upstairs as you walk in. (3rd floor if you take the elevator..even though it looks like it's the second floor as you can see it from the first floor) They did a great job with the remodel. It still had some of that old knotts western themed charm but with an updated farmhouse vibe. The classic Christmas decorations really puts you in the Christmas mood! Beeeautiful!! The servers were attentive for such a large event in the banquet hall. Everyone working the grounds were super friendly warm and welcoming.

Every time I have gone this year I have had a wonderful experience. The staff very helpful and it's CLEAN. That is what matters most to me. Also the restaurant in house was awesome the oven bake pizza it's the boom i have had Chicago pizza to New York let's say it has been one of the best I have ever tried. Yummy yes everything is pricey but what isn't. Need to try plus my grand children enjoyed the whole experience. Thanks keep it up.

Check in went smooth, as usual all the staff was very kind and helpful. They even let us check in early. I love Knott's hotel they always go above and beyond every time. They are all smiles even behind the masks. The decorations are amazing for spooky time. We got our souvenirs early four last year scary farm shirts for $26! They were 2 for $13 at the front desk. Check out time is a reasonable 12 noon. This is helpful when you are at scary farm late. Sleeping in with breakfast options that can be delivered to the room. There is a restaurant attached to the lobby we have been and like it a lot. Overall the trip was a big success and I couldn't have done it without the help of Knott's hotel and staff.

Upon entering the hotel, I stopped at the kiosk and I said I am here checking into the hotel. They looked me up in the system to confirm my reservation and directed me to where I needed to go. After parking, we were greeted by the valet staff, then the bell hop, then the front desk staff. Everyone was extremely friendly. It has recently undergone a face lift and my friend said it looks beautiful! I have never stayed here, but it looked very sharp, clean, and welcoming. I reserved a room for 4 people with 2 queen beds. When entering the room, it was a little stuffy so we turned on the air. The beds were really nice! It wasnt soft to the point where you can tell if its been worn in. They were still firm, however the pillows were soft and fluffy. We were going to attend Scary farm, and realized their bag policy. I called the front desk and asked if it was true and told me they sell clear bags in the gift shop. So I went downstairs and found the bag right away. The price was about $16 a bag before tax. I overheard the staff telling another guest that you get a 10% discount if you were staying in the hotel. They also accept passholder discounts. I didnt know this, but after returning to my room, they keycard holder said it. The TV had really good image quality for the short time we were watching TV for. The bathroom was clean and the only weird part is that the light switch was outside of the toilet and shower. The sink and the mirror was separated from the toilet and shower by a small walkway. The mirror was a touch sensor light. You can choose from a low light, bright, etc., my group thought it was cool! The hotel had a mini fridge, coffee maker, safe, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and no Bible (not that we are religious, but most other hotels came with one). The small closet provided hangers and a laundry bag. They offer laundry services at this hotel. The bathroom contained 4 sets of towels and two toilet paper holders. There were two trash cans, one in the main room and one in the bathroom. The shower didnt have a lot of water pressure but it sure is sensitive when it came to the temperature adjustment. It had really hot water when the know was set at about 11:55 direction. The shampoo and conditioner were knotts products smelling of boysenberry and vanilla. It also came out purple in color. The body wash was of a different brand, but you leave smelling fresh. The only downside was the doors were kinda hard to close and open, causing a lot of unnecessary sounds in the middle of the night. Other than that, everyone at this hotel was very nice and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and I believe we would be coming back yearly! Thank you for a great experience!

We stayed at Knott's Hotel for a week. Overall, it was okay -- not amazing, but not terrible either. Housekeeping came daily and kept the room tidy, which we appreciated. Bathroom cleanliness was acceptable, nothing noticeably dirty. The beds were decent, though not the most comfortable for a longer stay. One issue we ran into was the bed frame corners -- they stick out and are quite sharp. Both I and my kids ended up with multiple bruises throughout the stay, so that's something families should be aware of. Noise was moderate -- you can hear some hallway activity, but it wasn't unbearable. The fridge is very small, so don't plan on storing much food if you're staying multiple days. There also weren't many outlets, which made charging devices a bit inconvenient. On the plus side, there is a good amount of storage space for clothes. However, there's only one mirror -- with three ladies in one room, that made getting ready a bit challenging, especially with the tiny bathroom. The bathroom itself is very small with limited counter space. The pool was just okay, but the water wasn't great for our hair -- whether it's saltwater or the chemicals, it really dried out and damaged my daughter's hair. Parking is free for one car if you book directly through the Knott's website, but it's $25 per day for each additional car. The biggest advantage is the location -- it's very close to Knott's Berry Farm, which makes it convenient for families. We ended up skipping the Boysenberry Festival because the lines were too long, but it was nice being close enough to go back and forth easily. Overall, it's a convenient option if your main goal is proximity to the park, but it's more of an average stay than a comfortable or relaxing one.

Hotel room seemed really clean. Shower was very weak. Our door to the room SQUEAKED!! It was really loud. Good location since close to walk to park. Probably wouldn't stay again.

Attended a two day conference at the hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms, the modern farmhouse decor and the wonderful staff. Did not expect this from a hotel associated with a theme park. This newly renovated hotel made sure to create big open spaces for gatherings of all kinds without sacrificing room quality. The room was a good size and would have allowed for plenty of luggage space should a family of four have stayed in the room with 2 queen size beds. We just had an overnight bag so there was more than enough storage. The bathroom products continued the Knott's Berry Farm theme with fruit scented shampoo and lotion. The walls were thick enough that we were not disturbed by other guests as the night wore on so we were able to sleep comfortably. Since our food was part of the conference event, we did not experience the dining options in the lobby, but the bar was a fun place to mingle. Drinks were not watered down and there were many options to choose from. All interactions with the hotel staff were top notch h. Everyone was so nice and helpful and they truly seemed to be enjoying their job. Of you need an inviting place to stay while visiting the local theme parks in Buena Park, I would spend a little more to stay in The Knott's Hotel as you won't be disappointed.

This was like our 5th time staying here so this review is long overdue. Every time we have stayed here it has been a consistent 10 stars. The rooms are always clean and well maintained. On the rare occasion that something is not right, they quickly send someone to correct that issue and without an attitude and with some sincere apologies. They offer room service daily and pool side service during the summer months. The restrooms by the pool are constantly being cleaned because obviously, people come wet from the pool to do their business so they come right behind to clean up the water left behind. Check in/ out process is very easy and friendly. You can check in early for a fee if there is availability as well as check out late for a fee as well. They have ample parking for both handicapped and regular parking. It's just a quick walk to the park. We had a great view from our window of the park and the 4th of July fireworks according to my kids. We opted to watch the fireworks from the pool and the fireworks show was amazing. Definitely will be back soon. Excellent Staycation.

If you LOVE boysenberry, stay here! Lol everything smelled fantastic from the shampoo to the makeup wipes! And the rooms were very nice, comfortable beds, minus the pillows. Next time I'll bring my own, because unfortunately I couldn't sleep a wink the few nights we stayed. Knott's Hotel has a Starbucks, the amazing Thirty Acres Kitchen, a nice gift shop with boysenberry and Peanuts merchandise and a free shuttle bus that takes you to Disneyland Park! Not to mention Knott's Berry Farm is within walking distance of the hotel! We'll be back! SYOY! :-) *Song Credit: Drama Queen by Rizensun

    Awesome flatscreen tv, about 55inch

Such an absolutely amazing and relaxing experience. The hotel renovations are phenomenal. I stayed at here back in 2022 and the difference is not only noticeable, but beautifully done in my opinion- although I think a hint of purple would have been a cute accent to the new outside paint! The rooms were clean and neat, the little details and decorations were awesome! They offer Boysenberry shampoo/conditioner/body wash, Boysenberry Vanilla hand soap and lotion, and non scented makeup wipes that doesn't agitate sensitive skin (like mine). I loved that the smell of the soaps wasn't overwhelming, but light and refreshing. The courtyard and ballroom are stunning, the main entry way has some super cool new decorations/displays. The pool and spa also has been remodeled, as well as the lounging area. One of my favorite updates has been the Thirty Acres Kitchen! The food has always been great and still is, and the buffet area is GORGEOUS, CLEAN and the dining area is cute and comfortable. Just thrilled that one of my favorite places to visit has done such a great job of renovating their hot. The staff however is what made the experience, both in the park and at the hotel everyone was very friendly and helpful!

The Knott's Hotel Reviews in Other Languages

Ask the Community - The Knott's Hotel

Do they still have snoopy themed rooms?

Hello, I thought they still had even after the remodel but I do not see them available to book on their site. Might be best to reach out to the hotel just to double check.

Does the hotel gift shop and restaurants align with the cashless move like the rest of the park?

Yes, the entire property is cashless.

How do I book a themed room?

I don't think they have theme rooms anymore. Call the front desk. Everything is renovated.

Is the restaurant open for dining in?

It's open for breakfast takeout only at the moment.

Is there a hot tub / spa at the hotel?

Yes there is! It is nice and hot. It is on the big side too. Also there are pool towels down there so leave your room towels upstairs.

Very very bad experience? On a special day for my daughter thanks a lot knotts hotel ? for the upset

I also had a bad experience it was my sons birthday and the room they tried to put us in was a disaster

I'm taking my 2 yr & soon to be 4 yr @ the end of Sept/early Oct. I read somewhere on the website that there may be monsters in the lobby during that time? Are there monsters in the restaurant during dinner time as well?

There will be some monster's in the lobby (usually far from the lobby check in counter). They usually will not come over to really young children. I did not see any of them in the restaurant when we went.

But I was able to call the front desk, and they were able to send someone to fix it the same day so finally, hot water in the shower! I wanted to talk about how AMAZING the shuttle service is. So they provide a complimentary shuttle service to Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm. My kids actually enjoyed the shuttle service and it worked out really well with timing for us to travel to the amusement parks without worrying about driving/parking. They have a phone number you can text to make/cancel reservations, they do require advanced notice for this. Each time, they do send a confirmation text so I know I will be picked up. The shuttle may run on time or a little bit late or even a little early, but overall, it was a good experience with it. We always arrived to the stop early enough so we can board. The shuttle does allow strollers without issue so that is great. I think the biggest perk of this place is the shuttle service. Also, parking at the hotel is easy. There's plenty of parking and they do not charge for parking if we are a hotel guest. They provide a parking pass to use during our stay. In the evening, the spots closer to the hotel are taken but still plenty of parking. This is a great location in Buena Park, it is very close to Portos as well so that's a great bonus!

READ BEFORE BOOKING…read more I rarely leave one star reviews, but as a business owner I appreciate detailed reviews before spending my money. If I owned this property, Id want to know where guests were having a poor experience. Here was mine. 1.) Mandatory Valet Parking Valet parking is required and costs $27 per night. If you werent expecting it or you're staying several days, it adds up quickly. 2.) Valet Service and Tipping No one explained how the valet process worked or what the tipping expectations were. I didnt have cash, and after picking up on that, some of the valet attendants noticeably changed their attitude. Doors stopped being opened for me, and I overheard comments about not receiving a tip as I walked away. If valet is mandatory, the hotel should explain whether tips are expected every time your car is retrieved and provide a cashless tipping option. If you're coming and going several times a day, it becomes confusing and discouraging for guest and Valets. 3.) Coffee The room only included enough coffee for about two cups. If you wanted more, you had to request additional coffee packets. Ive stayed at many Hilton properties and have never had to ask for extra in room coffee. 4.) No Microwave There was no microwave in the room. Bring back takeout or leftovers? Hope you like it cold. 5.) Trash There were no public trash cans on our floor other than a thin designer trash can by the elevators. If you accumulated trash before housekeeping arrived, it either stayed in your room or went for a walk with you. 6.) Towels The bath towels were noticeably smaller than what I've received at other Hilton properties. 7.) Shower Controls The shower has two handles but no instructions. One controls the water temperature and the other switches between the upper and lower shower heads. If youve never used this setup before, youre left guessing. Adults eventually figure it out, but I could easily see a child (like mine did) turning the wrong handle and getting an unexpected blast of hot water from the overhead shower. A couple of small labels wouldve made all the difference. 8.) Laundry There were no guest washers or dryers. The hotel offers a laundry service charged by the pound with a $25 minimum. If you're staying several days, a guest laundry room wouldve been appreciated. 9.) Internet Standard internet is complimentary for the first seven days, but my speed tests averaged around 12 Mbps. Checking email is fine. If you work remotely, attend video meetings, upload content, or run a business while traveling, expect to pay extra for faster internet. 10.) Key Cards No one explained how the key cards worked. We learned through trial and error that certain floors and areas required a physical key card while others worked with the app. One day we could move freely between floors, the next day we couldn't. We also had key cards stop working after being near a phone, requiring another trip to the front desk. 11.) Toilet Paper Yes, toilet paper deserves its own section. The room came with only two rolls. When we needed another, calling the front desk went to a voicemail box that was full. That meant walking downstairs to request toilet paper in person. This seems like one of those problems thats really easy to fix, and one guests shouldnt have to think about while staying at a Hilton. 12.) Business Center The business center has one computer with only 15 minutes of complimentary access. Ironically, it also has the microwave I wish had been in the room. 13.) Room Service The menu clearly states every order includes a mandatory 20% gratuity plus an 8.75% California sales tax, and that the server receives 100% of the gratuity. That means every $100 food order already includes an additional $28.75 before any optional tip. What confused me happened when the food arrived. Before handing me my food, I was asked to sign another receipt with an additional tip line. Maybe it was optional, maybe it wasn't, but nobody explained it. A simple explanation would've cleared up the confusion. 14.) Housekeeping Credit where it's due. Housekeeping did an excellent job. The room was clean, the linens were fresh, and the room was well maintained throughout our stay. Overall I've stayed at many Hilton properties over the years and have generally had excellent experiences. This was the first one where I left disappointed. None of these things by themselves wouldve ruined the trip. Put together, it felt like there was always one more unnecessary inconvenience waiting around the corner. Most of these aren't expensive fixes. They are communication issues, guest experience issues, or simple operational changes that would make a noticeable difference. No toilet paper after a night of trying the local food trucks was the deal breaker for me. That was a situation I never thought Id find myself in at a Hilton. I hope management sees this as constructive feedback because I think this property has the potential.

The front desk people were friendly and the location has some eateries shops and a Trader Joe's almost right next door, as well as a Costco behind that. Despite the location being on a fairly busy street, the soundproofing seemed really good here as I did not hear any traffic noise while sleeping (I did close the heavy blackout curtain) and it seemed nice and quiet. We got the large one King 'bedroom' suite, which has the bedroom completely separate with a door, from the outside area with the bathroom, full size kitchen and queen sized sofabed. This is great if you want two separate rooms. The kitchen was really large as well, with marble type countertops and even a large kitchen island. There seems to be plenty of parking here and we could even park our car so that we could see it from the room. The breakfast was standard Homewood Suites, ie., better than a lot of included breakfasts at other hotels. Compared to another Homewood that I stayed at recently near Disneyland, it's like night and day! This one is so much better. I would definitely stay here again when in the area and would recommend this location to anyone!

Me and family went over here earlier this last week as a stay to the nearby Knott's Berry Farms…read morewhich we went to celebrate my nephew's 16 birthday (and that place is a blast lll leave a review there next). It's decent, it's not that bad and it's near walking distance to some good places - Knotts Berry is a 15 min walk but we drove there instead being like a good 1-2 min drive. Medieval Times was like a block away (Cable Guy was filmed there) but maybe next time, along with Porto's SoCal Only exclusive bakery, Target and much others, and Outback Steakhouse is next door. Anyway, the rooms are decent and so was the pool but didn't take a dip even though I did bring some swim shorts. The shower in our room where I stayed could've had some soap bar holder of some sort but didn't. The AC was working though it wasn't scorching hot that week, didn't seem to auto turn off when the temperatures are met so I just turned it off during the evening. Continental breakfast is from 7-9am and we got up early for that and love the waffle machine which you make with the provided batter, corn flakes cereal and Cheerios toast, milk coffee probiotic yogurt. I just use the waffle machines at the desired timer of 2:30 and take it out. Of course the atmosphere is pleasant and the patrons here surely the majority are staying here of course to go to the amusement park no doubt. There is a jacuzzi but it was out of service at the time. There is no gym as I walked around. Free WiFi is ok but I couldn't view our cameras back home so either use the cellular network (we have ATT and is decent speed but faster if you're outside ) or a VPN. And plentiful outlets to plug stuff, hangers, closet ironing board, the short fridge is super cold it could ice your water a bit, and decent tv with ehhh some channels but we didn't watch much. Bathroom door is a sliding door with a hook from the inside and well there isn't much privacy if you're sitting down on the toilet. All in all, it's not grand or luxury but it's decent and no complaints. Would we stay here again? I'd say an absolute yes but maybe for a 2nd time

My mom found La Quinta Inn & Suites, and arranged a a time to meet with the manager, Danielle. Danielle was nice, kind, and welcoming. We booked it right away, and the entire process was easy since Danielle allowed us to complete all of the paperwork online. In the weeks leading up to the event, Danielle always responded to my emails promptly and answered all of my questions (and I had plenty). On the day of the event, the room was set up exactly as expected, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout. Shame on me for not reading the reviews first because this was, hands down, the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I still can't believe I paid $200 a night for this place. The horror movie started before we even checked in. Cockroaches were having what looked like a family reunion all over the outside of the building. Not one or two. They were everywhere. Then, just when I thought it couldn't get worse, we got to the third floor and a giant cockroach casually strolled across the hallway while we were waiting for the elevator like he owned the place. Honestly, I think he was the assistant manager. Then the elevator doors opened. The smell hit us so hard I think my ancestors caught a whiff. Imagine a soaking wet dog that hadn't seen a bath in years, mixed with mildew and old carpet. It was so bad I was holding my breath just trying to make it to our room. Opening the room door felt like unlocking a level in a haunted house. The mattress was stained, the mattress protector was ripped, there was mold in the bathroom, and every piece of metal was rusted. I wasn't sure if I should unpack or call an exterminator. Thank goodness we were only there for one night because all four of us were packed and ready to leave by 6:00 a.m. We couldn't get out of there fast enough. Save your money. Stay at a Motel 6, sleep in your car, or pitch a tent in the Disneyland parking lot. Any of those would be an upgrade. This place needs to be condemned, boarded up, and handed over to the cockroaches because they're clearly the only ones enjoying their stay.

**Spacious Suite, Thoughtful Service, and a Great Stay for Families**…read more We checked in prior to our first visit to Knott's Berry Farm and had a wonderful experience from the start. The staff were friendly and genuinely engaging. Since it was a quieter night, they upgraded us to a queen suite and even gave my two boys a small gift bag with chips, cookies, and bottled water. The boys were absolutely over the moon, which set a great tone for the trip. The complimentary breakfast exceeded expectations. In addition to the standard offerings (bagels, yogurt, cereal, fruit), there were several warm options including scrambled eggs, Canadian bacon, muffin-sized jalapeño cheese soufflés, and a full oatmeal bar. It felt substantial and family-friendly. The queen suite itself was a fantastic layout--essentially two full rooms with two full bathrooms. One room functions as a bedroom and the other as a living room, which made it ideal for our family. Having the extra space (and extra bathroom) made a noticeable difference in comfort and convenience. The blackout window blinds are truly light-blocking and tuck into side tracks, allowing you to make the room very dark--especially helpful when trying to get kids to sleep. On the downside, the AC unit is fairly loud, and there are several LED indicator lights (TV, charging ports, smoke detector) that can't be turned off. While that's not unusual for hotels, the blinking smoke detector light did keep one of our kids awake. Overall, we had a very positive stay at the Fairfield Inn. Between the thoughtful service, spacious suite layout, and solid breakfast, it felt like a great value for families. I anticipate we'll be back.

During check‑in, I was informed that my room was ready. I gave one key to my teenagers so they…read morecould take their luggage and the baby upstairs while I returned to the car for the remaining bags. Unfortunately, the luggage carts were in poor condition--several had broken plastic panels that were popping out and hitting objects as they moved. When I arrived at the room, I found it extremely hot. My children were sweating, and when I approached the air‑conditioning unit, I noticed it had been taken apart and was not functioning. I immediately asked my children to reload everything onto the cart, even though the cart was barely usable, and we went back down to the front desk from the third floor. I explained the situation to the front desk associate, who stated that the issue was the fault of housekeeping and engineering for checking me into a dirty, non‑functional room. I was not concerned with assigning blame--I simply expected a sincere apology and a clean, working room. We were then moved to a room on the fifth floor, located next to the employee entrance and the elevator. Throughout our stay, we constantly heard noise from housekeeping carts, doors slamming, elevator traffic, and guests in the hallway. I understand hotels are not silent environments, but this was the first time I have ever experienced such persistent noise, to the point that it repeatedly woke my baby early in the morning and late at night. I also try not to inconvenience housekeeping, so instead of requesting full service, I handed them my trash bags and used towels and asked for replacements. On one occasion, the housekeeper said she would return with fresh towels, and I made sure she took the used ones. After being away for several hours, I returned to find no clean towels in the room. My children were unable to shower, and when I called the front desk, I was told someone would bring them. It took more than an hour before the towels arrived, and again, no apology was offered. This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I genuinely do not like to complain or cause issues. However, these problems delayed us every day and affected our plans. Other family members staying at different Marriott properties had no issues and were able to enjoy their activities on schedule. The breakfast area was also too small for the number of guests. Regardless of how early we arrived, we had to wait a long time for a table. The food quality was disappointing, and the coffee was frequently empty, requiring us to find an employee to refill it. I was surprised that this location did not offer coffee and hot water throughout the day, as other Marriott hotels typically do. Additionally, the gym water dispenser was consistently empty, with no cups available. The ice machine on the fifth floor was not working, and when I went to the third floor, the machine had been removed entirely despite signage indicating its location. When I asked the front desk, I was told there was a working ice machine on every floor starting from the second. I explained that the third‑floor machine was missing and the fifth‑floor machine was not functioning, but the associate simply looked at me without further assistance. I regret not having taken photos of the food, coffee station, gym water dispenser, empty ice machines, and the damaged luggage carts. The only photo I captured was of the air‑conditioning unit. Overall, my experience was overwhelmingly negative, and far below the standard I expect from Marriott properties.
