Before getting into the conversion and installation, Anthony identified and corrected some damage, which made the dryer so much quieter. After finishing the work, he walked me through an issue the dryer was having, explaining impact on our use, possible root causes, and what the process would look like ahead if we were to return it. While it's not ideal that the machine has unexpected issues, it has been such a relief to work with someone so competent and willing to share their knowledge. We went in circles for several minutes, and I still could not get a clear answer. What concerned me even more was that he repeatedly laughed at me during the conversation, which I found unprofessional and disrespectful. At that point, I decided I did not want him performing any work and asked him to leave. He refused to leave, even after I told him several times. I eventually informed him that if he did not leave immediately, I would call the police. Only several minutes after, and in spite of his dispatcher on the line, then did he finally leave. Based on this experience, I have serious concerns about the company's hiring and training practices. If this is representative of the employees they send to customers' homes, I cannot recommend this company. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
