Getting a manager/supervisor is always expected with issues regarding food in a restaurant. For context, a friend at the table ordered a half side salad that appeared to contain noticeably more lettuce than the entrée salad I received. Based on typical expectations, an entrée salad is generally a more substantial portion. Normally 4-6 ounces for an entree salad. I have been in the restaurant business for over 45 years as a manager and owner so I completely understand restaurants have established portion standards and operational considerations.
