Love the easy access right off the freeway when I come from town along with entering is easy regardless which direction you're coming from and what I do love more is that whatever the reason that brings me to Kapolei chances are I stop here to either pick up lunch/dinner, pick up something at Safeway, fill up gas or even drop off donations or my recyclables...yup they have it all here. Many places have come and gone which I was sad to see my favorite craft store closing though it's nice to see that it gets filled up with newbies like Shimazu Shave Ice, 85o Bakery along with hand full of restaurants and various serves all are found where with lots of free parking makes it a great place to gather for whatever your needs. Shopping and dining in Kapolei, Oahu, Hawaii…read more.. This VERY large strip mall has almost everything! I haven't had time to explore it fully, but someday, I will! So far, I have been here twice recently for the Hawaii State Federal Credit Union. In the past, I was at Sushi Bay... a very popular eatery. I know that there's a Safeway... and I saw some fast food restaurants across the parking lot... and Hele Gas Station! That's good to know! Longs will be useful to me in the future... and maybe 85°C Bakery and Mamaya. I'll be back!

But from what I've seen so far, I'm already obsessed! There are so many Hawaiian-style stores that I've never seen before, plus tons of shopping, clothing, and dining options. Some of my favorite spots are here like SoHa and Jollibee. There's also Foodland, Macy's, a gym, and even a Hampton Inn nearby, which makes this area super convenient for both locals and visitors. And let's talk about all the food and fun: Cheesecake Factory, Taqueria Ranchero, and the movies?! Such a good mix of everything. Also... I'm happy to report there's a bathroom nearby by Olive Garden (which is honestly a BIG deal when you're out shopping all day in Hawai'i ). Overall, I love this place and can't wait to come back and explore more!

Rarely do I venture outside the "Honolulu" district (Hawaii Kai to Salt Lake is my radius ring) unless a special occasion calls for it. I blame gas prices but really, it's laziness. What brought me out to the 96707 was a new store that popped up just a hop away. Plus I've heard great things about KMA. So why not kill two birds with one stone? I love the array of shops and restaurants! Kapolei in general is bustling with so many shopping centers, you can make a day out of it! I grabbed a shirt from Spencer's, fashion jewelry at Lovisa, and even checked out the movies that day. Will check this place out again with my husband and young boys. There's a bubble play area and a big grassy lawn for active kids. Part two to be continued!

Kapolei Commons is my happy place…read more I find myself here more often than I ever planned because it has so many of my favorite places all in one convenient location. I would say this place or Ka Makana Ali'i One of the biggest reasons I love coming here is the movie theater. With Regal Unlimited, I can watch as many movies as I want. If you're a movie lover, downloading the Regal app and signing up for the membership is definitely worth it. When it comes to shopping, I could spend hours wandering through TJ Maxx, Ross, and Marshalls. I love browsing every aisle because you never know what hidden treasures you'll find. Having a bank right here is also incredibly convenient when I'm running errands. For food and drinks, this place checks all the boxes. Dunkin' is one of my favorites, and I've also fallen in love with Down to Earth and Island Vintage Coffee. Crumbl is perfect when I'm craving something sweet, and Denny's being open 24/7 is always a plus. Whether you're looking for a healthy smoothie, a fresh salad, an acai bowl, a hearty burrito bowl, or a variety of Asian cuisine, you'll find plenty of options here. There's even a yoga studio if you're looking to squeeze in a workout. Don't forget your regular Target run or Petco finds for your pet or even a stop at Office Max for business finds. For me, Kapolei Commons is my go-to destination on the west side. Not only are my favorite stores here but, they always have fun family friendly events! Since they have a big open grassy field, they're able to have outdoor events here. One of our favorite events is Touch a Truck where all types of construction and service vehicles meet at one place. Kids can touch and go onto all types of vehicles such as excavators, fire trucks, police vehicles, and much more! Overall, I absolutely love coming here! There's also a movie theater, tons of takeout and dine in options and for dessert, Crumbl!

Great Vibes, Great Finds…read more I really don't get the negative reviews! Everyone I spoke to was friendly and respectful. The staff aren't over-the-top, but they're approachable and happy to help when you need something. I actually liked that--it felt genuine. The clothing is adorable and feels like good quality. They were also super clear about prices, especially on the jewelry, with no pressure or upselling. Just a nice, easy shopping experience all around.

My bestie lived in Ewa Beach which I've frequented for over twenty years and driving down you see several little shopping centers but nothing like Laulani Village Shopping Center. I remember when it started to break ground seeing "Safeway coming soon" sign and was definitely excited for the community and my bestie for more options though I was just clueless of what other plans they really had for this area. Adulting along with distance I wasn't around for the final unveiling and really had no idea until a visit with my bestie one day as she was my New Years resolution..."to put our happiness first and see her more" and we had our pedi here, can't remember the place but clearly remember the fun and smiles we had following with Starbucks of course...oh how I miss those days. She's now my angel but I do visit here when I can as there so much to do, shop and get things done the most recent was for her celebration of life and as I created a collage in honor of her life we need a place to get it printed...Yelped a bunch of places but it was 8pm and nothing was available so I drove in Laulani to rethink and...POOF! Walgreens!!! Staff there was amazing and we got it done in minutes and saved our day, so much memories and great wonderful business here including City Mill, Jolene's, Ross and many many services as well. Low on gas Safeway Fuel Station is a must as you get a discount for paying in cash many times no different from Costco. Thank you for the memories and happy moments!

Today I went to Safeway, Jolene's and Ahi & Vegetable. I liked all three locations better than the ones in town. It wasn't as crowded and I liked the open space. I also saw T-Moblie, Ross, Walgreens, City Mill and American Savings Bank in the shopping center.

As Chili's is the dominant restaurant on the shopping center side, En Fuego and Julie'z Filipino Food are the most notable on the Marketplace side. You have Kapolei Family Medical center and Diagnostic Labs located here. There is also a credit union, food eateries, smoke shop and Fun Factory for the kids to enjoy. A must try is Ono Steak and Shrimp. They are a steak and shrimp place BUT their garlic shrimp is so good! Them sauce is a bit thicker and full of flavor. Another staple would be Koa Pancake house. No explanation needed for this place! A little more shops and this side may be as bustling as its neighbor center. Kapolei continues to grow and I can't wait to see what new shops will join this growing area.

Shopping around…read more.. The numerous of times I've come here and it's not for the same business as the amount of space that's home to the various types of shops found here is impressive. I do love coming to The Boba Room for my fix, Savers to donate and thrift shop, Chris Peanut Shop II for snacks or many services and restaurants folks do come here for that and so much more. With lots of free parking provided by the shopping center it's a great spot that has several entrance depending on the direction you're coming from, it makes it so easy to shop and support local. All of the stores and store fronts are well maintained. The employees are super friendly, the security guards are always on patrol helping and giving directions. If you come before Colortyme closes you get to enjoy some of their "jams" playing on a sound system they are advertising. Get your grocery shopping done, grab some lunch, get your nails done, fill up your tank, go to the post office and maybe get some Baskin-Robbins all in one place and maybe shake a tail feather to the music being played. 5 stars if all available stores were filled, maybe a clothing store..hint, hint.
