Mu husband order a ring via the online website. UPS said the order was delivered on a Saturday that we both were home. Delivery was signed by someone with a different last name. We immediately filed a claim and contacted the company. They told us to file a claim and gave no help. Back and forth with UPS and they told us the investigation was compete and to contact the company, who we've received no response from since December 22. Called the number and was told the would review the order and contact us. No response. We even have video footage from two cameras that UPS never delivered to our house for the entire day.
