I should have known Service Tech wasn't reliable when they - well Denny, just threw out a nearly $600 flat quote to install one simple bathroom faucet...without ever seeing the job. I asked if he wanted the model number for the faucet. No need for that when he had no intent to follow through. Makes me wonder about all the other positive reviews. Maybe they were customers who paid for more expensive jobs. What a shame I just had a faucet.

They have snaked drains, fixed and replaced leaking pipes, repaired the plumbing under our kitchen sink and helped when our bathroom sprung a major leak into the first floor of our house. They also charged a cleaning fee on a part that needed replacing. When I went in person to ask for a refund for the cleaning fee they said they would take care of it. I never heard from them again. I had to make a claim with my CC but since nothing was itemized in the receipt I could not get the cleaning fee back. The total job that I paid for was about $1900.
