I have only tried the sumatra and it is very good. Most of all if the rest of their products is as amazing as their customer service is....i have hit the jack pot. Ive been three times. May not be going back a fourth time. This is a manufacturing facility not a retail coffee shop. I went this week during work hours to get a cup and buy a bag for a friend who loves coffee. There were three employees at a table engaging in a coffee tasting/cupping. They were really into it and I tried to speak to them unsuccessfully. I dont think they were interested in servicing retail customers. I got a coffee to go and bought two bags of beans. The "Thunderbolt"(I think is a terrific coffee) and the "Yellow Bourbon" (I think is a terrible coffee). They charged me $52 for two bags and a small cup of coffee. Thats the most money Ive ever spent at a coffee shop and it wont happen again. This business is built for the amazon consumer not for local walk in traffic. read more

after browsing thru amazon looking for stuff to buy, i notice that koffee kult dark roast coffee kept popping up, after seeing it a few times i finally clicked it and read the reviews, So i ordered a bag just to see what the big fuzz was about and im so glad i did. I love their Coffee. I use the Dark Roast and the Medium on a regular basis, it's become my morning ritual for drip. I originally bought it from Amazon and it was almost a year old. We finally came across this place only to find out they don't sell to the public! The guys were so nice! Not a good coffee place. I live next door and for the first couple months I tried to go they were a roasting facility only. Finally one day I go and the sign is off the door so I assume they're selling coffee now, which they are! I go in with my dog because I'm walking her before work. The barista tells me no dogs are allowed and I say okay I don't want to stay and drink my coffee I just want to order and take it to go we'll be out of here as soon as we get the coffee and she says okay. I'm looking over the coffee menu indecisively and pick a hot mocha drink. As the barista is making it some dude that pretends he doesn't work there but is actually most likely a partial owner comes in and starts talking about my dog and there being some ordinance for businesses that dogs need to be service dogs or some bs like that. Guy if you own the place just tell me I need to wait outside with my dog or something? Like grow a pair. Anyways my coffee is finally finished (took damn near 10 mins) so I'm expecting the best coffee with the most love- it was bitter and nasty and not hot and all around severely disappointing for a coffee place that boasts roasting its own beans. And here's the worst part of my experience- upon payment, the barista doesn't tell me my total for the coffee, she just holds her hand out for my card or cash. I'm like... uh what's the total? And then she decided to type it in the in the computer to tell me the price. I paid with card to ensure she isn't just pocketing the money but all in all I wouldn't waste my time here. I should have known it would be terrible because I can always smell their beans roasting from my apartment and it smells like someone's airing out their burnt toaster. read more

They were open and I ordered a macchiato and instead received a latte. Wasn't even close. Coffee was just okay. Sorry, too many beans out there to put up with bad service.
