Deborah went to bat for us in designing and redesigning our floor plan to make us able to knock down a small support wall and add an island so that our kitchen is now completely open to an odd-shaped dining addition that was done by previous owners in an aesthetically-pleasing way. Unfortunately, that week that line's distributor let the company know they were discontinuing the white high gloss finish. Derek was very transparent about the situation and recommended against buying the cabinets in case anything went wrong, as they'd be hard to replace. He guided me in remaining available lines and what he would and wouldn't recommend. He quoted a framed flat slab cabinet that would work for my needs, and he even pointed me to a local company that he doesn't sell in his store, but knows was the type of cabinet I'd been looking for.
