This is about the third or fourth time here and there's not much shoppers, so it's like having the store to yourself. I was shopping online and had a cart ready, luckily I needed to find size 14 mens boot and to my surprise they had some and we left content with our purchases. I was able to find all of my online items during the visit which was a big plus for me. They did mention larger sizes are hard to find in both boots and pants. We were in search of a 46 size pant and were advised they rarely get any pants in store that size; online they do have them though.

The store was clean and had a pretty good selection of shirts, backpacks and of course shoes. We found what we were looking for quickly, but unfortunately they were out of the size we needed. They did offer or look in a different color if we were interested. We found the perfect pair of shoes and some accessories with the sale they had going. I left with a happy kid. Service was amazing and very friendly. I applaud anyone who can get my teenagers to smile and talk back. While they are quite social they freeze a bit with strangers. When we got home, we noticed a pen mark on the suit jacket that had been selected for us by the store associate. We called the same day hoping they could help resolve the issue, but were simply told there was "nothing they could do" and to take it to a dry cleaner ourselves. What made this more frustrating was that we had the pockets cut in-store and were told afterward the jacket was non-refundable once altered. Had we noticed the stain before, we never would have agreed. We also tried calling back to speak with a manager and received no answer. For such a large purchase tied to our wedding day, the lack of customer service and accountability was extremely disappointing.

Not just that, my second visit several weeks later he remembered so much about me. Just refreshing to have that personal shopper feel these days. The store is evolving nicely, 2 visits in 3 weeks and I spotted a lot more new products brought in. What's really great is that this TB Outlet has a selection of the same clothing pieces that other local department stores currently have, but at discounted prices.
