Worst service. No one is around.... Lines get long nobody comes to help. I've been here twice in 1 week... Never again

Khol's has good clothes just do not !!!! sign up for their credit card. If you are late they will charge you up to $40 dollars on a $60 dollar purchase. They will also charge you a $1.00 fee better use a credit card and get charged a $20 dollar if you are a day late. This is how they make their money, by charging a extra huge fee. Just use cash/credit they seem to be very greedy in this area and in then end just say well that is our policy, we want to screw you over with our card. read more

That place have a fantastic staff. So friendly staff. One woman was so helpful to find a item in the back room for me. At first I asked a young man for help but he has no idea what to do. He said there is no more item in the stock. I told him, that the online did stated there's more in the stock. He kept saying no. I think he is new people that just joined Kohl. So I asked another person for help and she did! She just went slide to the stockroom to find it for me. Very helpful. Still she looked tired lol. Much appreciate from that store. We had our car stolen from this Kohl's last night. Security was of no use. They had no camera views from the main parking lot and they made sure to ask if we Knew what car we were driving. What a joke. We called the police ourselfs. read more

I stopped by Kohl's this afternoon in Campbell to pick up some costume jewelry bracelets to make a collar for my dog. I was going to purchase 5 of them at $22 each, before their discounts. The line at the checkout counters were way long, so I thought I would buy them at the jewelry counter. I asked the sales lady if I could purchase these, she directed me over to the checkout long line. I asked her if her register was open, she said that it is only for fine jewelry. WHAT! So I just walked away and put the items I was going to purchase back. When I was walking out, I said to her that they had horrible customer service. That is what is wrong with stores these days, and you would think they would go a little out of their way since more and more people are buying online. If the fine jewelry counter is only to purchase fine jewelry, then why have all of the costume jewelry around it? Why not post a sign saying only fine jewelry can be purchased at this counter? It is stupid. When I left, I got on my phone to call the store to ask for the general manger, no such luck...no live person, just automated, that keeps you running around in a loop..."call being transferred", yet transferred to no one. Guess it is better to buy on-line then...maybe Kohl's will close their stores soon since their service is so bad, forcing willing, paying customers to buy on-line. read more

This kohls has no customer service. I was at the fremont location and they were calling the Campbell store to see of something was in stock and they put there own employee on hold for over 45 mins. 2 times they hung up the phone. One time they call and talked to the manager and the transferred the call to the wrong department. If they can't help you the who can. No wonder they have no skills at this location. I was overcharged $7.30 because an item I purchased had the wrong barcode # on the tag. When I discovered the error, I called in and was told I had to come back to the store to correct the store's error. At the store I waited in line at the only staffed counter visible. When it was finally my turn, I was told I needed to go to customer service on the 2nd floor. After waiting in line there, I needed to convince the clerk that in fact I hadn't been charged less than I should have been, but in fact more. Ultimately, the clerk couldn't figure out how to refund the full amount I paid in excess, and rather than argue with the less than a dollar difference, I left. Any savings from shopping at Kohl's was rendered meaningless because of the time I spent going back to the store and getting a partial refund. read more

I see I'm not alone in my poor opinion of this store. What a mess! I was there just after opening, so you would think the racks would be in good shape, but no. Everything was jumbled together as if there had been a mob of people rifling through the clothes & randomly putting them back. And so much was stuffed on the racks that it was nearly impossible to shop. What is going on here? read more

Tyler was the worst cashier I have ever experienced. He sneezed straight in his hand and I was so appalled. It was extremely unsanitary. I saw one of the manager there and she saw it all. I complained to her and told her that they need to have health classes, she told me she will contact the manager and let him know. Tyler was so rude and had a lot of attitude. I hope the next time I go there he is fired, because of how unsanitary and absolutely disgusted the experience it was. read more

Getting a good use out of my Xmas gift cards!! I like this store more than the one on east side due to the size n variety of clothing.

When I first heard Kohl's was going to be opening on Hamilton I was very happy because I have been to other Kohl's. I have to say that I am not impressed by this Kohl's store. Not all Kohl's are created equal mostly due to merchandise and staff. First they don't have a good assortment of merchandise in women's clothing, shoes. It seems they carry a heavy assortment of certain colors for the season (not everybody is looking for these colors). Also they have racks of last seasons clothes on sale that have been there since last year. Time for a big sale to move out this old merchandise! You can't find a sales person to ask a simple question, they seem to always be calling each other over the intercom but not helping the customers. Cashiers are sometimes friendly but maybe they are just frazzled from the lines of people on weekends. This store can be messy at times too with piles of clothes on either the floor or hanging every which way. I am disappointed with this store. Hey there are a lot of other Kohl's stores throughout the bay area to choose from. read more

I love Kohls and this store is one of their best locations. Unlike others' experience described here, I've rarely had to wait in line more than 5 minutes. There were 5 registers open today and no line. Also, I've had a great experience with customer service. Today when I got home I realized two items I bought were not in my bag. I called and was told that no one had found the items but I could just come in with my receipt and they would give me the items or my money back. That's pretty amazing! I also like their selection and have gotten many compliments on the clothes and jewelry I gotten there. Sure, it's not Nordstroms, but the prices are great. read more

Kohl's is the new Mervyn's. They stepped up and filled what Mervyn's used to be. This is the best Kohl's in the area, even better than those crappy ones they opened in the old K mart stores (which still has the feeling of discount, cheapness in them) or maybe it's just me, knowing that K mart was crap in it's last few years, especially the Blossom Hill Store. read more

We have shopped at this Kohl's since it opened many years ago. In the beginning, it was great. Of the past few years, a thrift store provides better customer service, quality and organization. We have had nothing but problems with these continued promises of "someone will call you back:" standard answers with nothing happening. The sales staff at the registers do the best they are capable of. But so very untrained and unskilled. The Customer Service upstairs looks like a disaster with the piles of stuff on the counter, the line back to the escalator and two people who would rather refer you to the phone on the wall than to help you. It's disappointing to see Kohl's be accepting of the mediocre sales staff. Over the holidays twice, we had gift cards for purchases. Both times, it didn't scan and the sales person's comment was 'oh sorry'., maybe next time you can use it! I'm using it NOW. Then the manager got upset because we insisted they re-ring the sale to include the gift card. The manager actually said we were taking up too much time! We had an issue with an on-line purchase of a stroller - never resolved, no phone call and no email that was promised. We had an issue while checking out about 2 weeks ago. Somehow the card had been blocked but no one could tell us why. After 40 minutes at the counter with a manager who kept calling an assortment of people, he finally by-passed whatever the problem was, rang up the $96 sale and told us to call an 800 number to get it straightened out. Spent another 30 minutes on the phone only to be told they too don't know what happened, why it was blocked or what the problem is. We don't have time for this incompetent customer service! So long Kohl's. Maybe you will close all the stores down instead of just 2 in this area. read more

I went to this Kohls today, and it was really, really messy. The clothing displays were disorganized and all the sizes were mixed up. Don't any of the people who work here ever tidy anything up? Then to top it off, when I was in the women's dressing room, a man came into the stall next to mine to see his wife/girlfriend/main squeeze trying somthing on! This is a women's fitting room - hello? I said really loudly "Hey, is there a man in here? This is a women's fitting room, you need to leave". This ignorant numbskull just ignored me. So I got dressed and went out to find someone to complain to. As I was walking out, this guy was also walking out, and he passed right by the sales associate who was walking in. She didn't even say one word to him! I expressed my outrage to her, but her attitude was just sort of "meh". Well, my attitude about Kohls in Campbell is now also "MEH". If you go here, just be aware there might be guys in the women's dressing rooms. read more

This is the worse Kohl's store i have ever been to, My Daughter got some boots for her birthday and they where already damage with a hole on the right side of the boot, so i took my daughter with me to chose a different pair of boots cause she didn't like those, and we when upstairs and no luck they had no boots on the sales floor that would fit her she is size 4 so we look around and nobody around to help, so we must of walk all over the second floor to find some little Hispanic lady scanning some shoes so i said excuse do you know if you have this boots on size 4? and i think i was taking to my self cause she never looked at me or at the boots to see what i was taking about, and she snaps back no we don't have any shoes in the back room this is all we have. so I walk to the Customer Service desk and wait in line, and the girl who help me was very hard to work with, would not give me a refund cause i had no receipt, would not exchange them for another pair of boots cause the one we liked they cost more then the ones we got for her birthday so i said if i can pay the differences and she said no and send us back to look for a pair with the same price than the ones we were returning, so i did found a pair that was size 6 which mean shes going to have to wait 6 month to a year for them to fit. I just pray to god that i would never find my way back to this store. I will stick to JC Penny and Target. read more
