Got to put your store on blast. I shop Athleta because as a brand they've recognized my size. A 1X. It's first time I've gotten to go in your store to only get told you've " gotten rid of my size because it didn't sell". Too bad you only serve skinny bitches. This slim thick girl was ready to spend my money. I'll have to look into this- is it a company attitude or a Los Gatos store attitude. How about offering to order me anything I saw in your store online? Instead of making a comment like I'm effing Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman shopping in Beverly Hills on Rodeo!? I love Athleta and buy quite a lot of their products. Athleta offers great quality products and wonderful return policy. I'm only removing stars because of the customer service. The location itself is very nicely setup and is in a great location. I'm not sure why, but the customer service has really gone down hill in the last several months. There used to be an associate Amanda, who couldn't have been more helpful, welcoming, and friendly. Now, when you enter the store, no one greets you, asks if you need help, or even if you need to grab a room as you select items in the store to try on. I asked one associate Sarah where something was, and she herself didn't know. She then asked a colleague who told her, then she turned to me and said condescendingly where I could find the item. Again, not asking if I needed a particular color, size etc. I was actually quite taken aback by her tone, and wasn't sure what to say. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time the customer service has been very lacking in this location from other associates. Luckily, another associate Mackayla was very helpful. She asked if I needed different sizes, colors etc. She let me know there were other options online and she offered to order anything if I needed it. I love Athleta, but am hesitant to come back to this location. read more

I like Athleta for the quality and classic nature of their designs. I haven't been in a while but I went recently and the customer service was great. I was rifling through the pants (sorry!) that were folded, trying to find my size and the sales person came up to me and asked me if I needed help and she found my size and took my clothes that I wanted to try on in to a fitting room. Athleta fits me well and everything is so comfortable. I ended up buying a pair of black joggers and a cream v neck tee that I feel will last long and can be mixed and matched with many things since they are so basic. And they give you a cloth bag with your purchase that you can use for other things. read more

Appalling service at this location. I used to buy online and pickup with no issues. Friendly, prompt service. Then I went into the store to complete a return and stayed to shop and try on items. Awful experience. Three employees milled around gossiping about their RM who was in and out of the store during my visit. No one greeted me, I had to wait at the register for help with my return. Further, I asked where a specific item was located and was told in a surprisingly haughty tone they don't stock that item in stores. Then I found it myself - in the store. I wasn't offered any help setting up a dressing room nor given assistance while in the dressing room. It was as if I was invisible and I was the only customer in the store. I walked out empty handed and said "thanks for all your help." This was met by blank stares. I received an online survey asking for feedback about my recent visit. I was frank, thorough and included the date, time and the employees who fell far short of meeting my reasonable expectations. Following this, every time I placed a buy online and pickup in store order it was cancelled. After the third cancellation, I went into the store to find that my items which were cancelled due to being "out of stock" were in fact available in multiples. This place just opened in dt Los Gatos and it's so nice because I don't have to deal with insane parking like I would at the mall! (Then again..the whole online shopping experience lets me avoid the craziness of parking...). In this particular situation, I wanted to get pants that i had bought from Athleta hemmed, so needed to venture out and find an Athleta store. The salespeople were super nice and not in your face kind of sleazy sales people :). They had me try in the pants I wanted hemmed and safety pinned them, and then there is the option of having the pants sent to your home for free (rather than picking them up from the store). Athleta for the win! If you haven't worn Athleta clothes, basically once you've tried them, you probably will be back! So comfy and environmentally friendly and they are all about women empowerment and diversity. So why wouldn't you want to support that AND wear comfy and cute workout clothes ? They have semi annual sales which make the clothes more affordable, as well as ongoing sales. I'll probably be back if I need to get more hemming done! read more

customer service alone is a 5-star! i did an order for curbside, so i can't really speak to what the inside of the store is like. i pulled up and wasn't sure how the curbside worked, as there were no signs. i realized maybe i had misread and it was just in store. anyway, i called and was nicely greeted on the phone. i explained why i was there and that i was in the car with my dog (hot day). no problem... they brought my order right out and were just really nice and friendly. product quality i think is quite good. i'd shop here again for sure. read more

I mean if you're going to pretend to be different people ATLEAST make it believable. This person basically typed the same text over and over lol. Like who casually brings up a person who works in Athleta over coffee? And names that person specifically first and last? Seems like a disgruntled employee who has serious mental problems. Yikes.
