Had a really negative experience with the staff member named Alee. As she stood near me I joked that the jeans seemed more expensive than I remembered. Alee told me " maybe you're just used to shopping at outlet stores! These are PREMIUM jeans!" I cannot believe a staff member told me this. So incredibly rude and unprofessional. Stopped by the Levi's store today to buy a pair of Levi's 502's. Salesperson was cool, service was great! I paid $79.50 ($86.97 with tax) for one pair of black Levi's 502's. I came home only to look on Levi's.com and find the exact same jeans $20.00 cheaper at $59.50. $20.00 difference between the levis.com price, compared to the price of the actual Levi's store? That's a pretty widespread curve. What kind of fuckery is this? So I look in the trash for the tag from my 502's that I bought from the Levi's store, and I noticed if there is a sticker. I peel it back and the $79.50 is covering the actual price of $69.50. Still a $10.00 difference between the levis.com price and the store price. So I ask again, what kind of fuckery is this???? Somewhat helpful, but strict. I had two family members gift me the exact same Levi's jacket for Christmas. I kept one and went to return the other. I was hoping to return the jacket for cash, but the only option is store credit. Or I could put the money back onto the debit card used for the purchase, but I am not the owner of the card used for purpose, my father is. Trying to coordinate a full mall visit with the both of us just to have him receive his money back onto the card during a pandemic seemed ridiculous. So I could only receive store credit. I purchased something online and came in this afternoon in hopes of returning it due to a sizing issue. To be able to return an item at a store without having to repackage, relabel and ship out again is super convenient. Upon entering, the store was neatly stocked and someone came to greet me. She directed me to the cashier for assistance with my return. Julia was kind and patient as I looked up the order # for the return. Worst customer service particularly the store manager on January 1st 2020 at around 6:30 pm. This is the girl with the black blonde long curly hair and glasses. She was wearing a tank, cardigan and jeans. First off, she created issues for a price match I requested. Her attitude is one of the worst I have experienced. Being courteous to the customer should be her top most priority especially bring a STORE MANAGER!! On my way out, I accidentally left my item in store and when I returned immediately to collect it she literally rolled her eyes at me. This attitude towards a customer is very insulting. I called her out on this behavior and she denied it. People like her should be sacked from the job especially working in a customer facing environment. read more

This store disgusts me. BF likes to shop at Levi's but after the most recent experience we both vowed to avoid it all together. It's no wonder places like Amazon with amazing customer service are putting retailers like Levi's out of business. Now that the rant is over, onto the experience. Finding parking at Valley Fair is bound to give one a headache. Once that's done, you'd at least hope to have a pleasant shopping or returning experience. We had ordered some jeans online and they were poor quality. Jeans came with stains on them. We contacted Levi's customer support and were told we could exchange them in store. Get to the store, and the associate proceeds to write down BF's driver license and credit card information on a piece of receipt paper. BF shows associate purchase invoice on his cell phone and she writes down a bunch of numbers. She asked us what the total was and we let her know. She proceeds to call some phone number to verify his online purchase. I listen to the whole conversation, and the person on the phone gives the associate a breakdown and lets her know we used a coupon. The associate than asks us the same questions she just asked the person over the phone. Why would you ask more than once? It completely made us feel like we were trying to do something dishonest, when all we wanted to do was exchange an online order. Note: They don't carry most things that they sell online so we ended up returning everything. In the end, I asked for the piece of paper that she wrote down personal information on. After a brief eye roll and saying "it's just his name", the associate handed it over. That's a first and a last time we'll ever come here. read more

They had a good variety of washes, sizes, and fits for both women and men. I didn't have any problems finding any sizes, as it seems that their inventory is fully stocked. This is your typical Levi's Store. They have a huge selection of jeans in every style. None of it is ever discounted. That's why I recommend trying on your jeans at the store and purchasing them from their website. The reason is because www.levis.com is always running some kind of sale, and I mean ALWAYS. At this very second they have a 30% off select styles. One little gem about Levi's is their shirts. They have some awesome casual long-sleeve button ups. I love them because their slim and modern cuts fit me like a glove - hugs my shoulders perfectly, the arm length is spot on and it sits perfectly around my butt. The great thing is that they have shirts for almost every occasion. Shirts for a casual outting or ones to wear on a date night. I don't recommend wearing them with a suit or to a formal event. I ended up at this store because Urban Outfitters right across the street didn't have my size for the Levi's legging that I wanted so badly. Thank god for Yelp or else I would have never knew there was a Levi's at the Westfield mall. I walked in and was greeted by one of the employees. I didn't catch her name but she asked me if i was looking for anything in particular. I told her I was looking for leggings and I told her my size. She showed me where all the leggings were at and even suggested that I should try a smaller size than the usual size I always get. I tried the smaller size on and BAM, she was right. It wasn't the same wash I wanted as the one from UO but that was okay. Honestly, i think every girl should own a pair of these leggings cause they're so freakin' comfy. The black man so called store manager is very cold and not really polite at all. I bought a hat and tried to return it the same day afterwards and he refused to refund to my card. I love Levi's jeans because they're comfy and decently priced. Most of my guy friends have a freaking collection of their jeans (in like 510 or 511) of every shade/wash possible. The interesting thing that we've noticed though is that their sizes are not always consistent. I got my friend a pair of 511's size 30x32 since his other one was also 30x32, but when he tried it on, it was too loose. Then when we exchanged it for a 29x32, it was too tight. He had to try on several 30x32's and 29x32's in store to find one that fit just right. Weird huh? But yea, just try them on before you buy. Otherwise, the staff are really friendly and helpful and the jeans are great! During their 50% off Summer sale I scored myself a pair of black jeans for just $10!! Such a steal! read more

I remember when shopping for jeans wasn't necessarily fun, but was still something I could do with a relatively positive attitude - working retail had something to do with this, I'm sure. Now that I have an office job and don't spend every spare break-and-lunch minute wandering around a mall (not to mention my lack of an employee discount), I am finding any and all of the charm that was left in shopping really for anything is quickly evaporating into thin air. I went in not knowing what size I would take in Levi's, so my last trip here was purely experimental. I didn't catch her name, but the gal helping me was super sweet and listened to me describe my body type as a means of customer service (which is something I haven't done in while so I was a little rusty but I also happen to be very blunt when it comes to talking about my bod). She was patient, picked out some pairs for me, and guided me to a dressing room. When I really put my mind to it and don't blow all my money on ice cream and vinyl records, I can get down and buy jeans at full price, but I'm a lady who appreciates more of a bargain. In my opinion, it's pretty hard to find a worthwhile deal at Levi's - unless you shop the outlet - because of course all of their dependably familiar styles and washes will always be full price. If you're more into trends and experimenting with detail, though, the sale section here might be just the ticket for you! With that being said, the selection here is pretty standard, though I would describe their salesfloor as being on the smaller side. The sizes I was looking for were on display but I'm willing to wager they have a modest stockpile in their backroom if you need a different waist size or inseam. I didn't end up purchasing anything during my last visit, but after comparison shopping at a few other stores (whose jeans I was also not super knowledgeable about), the fit of the pants, price point, and service at Levi's won out by leaps and bounds; I'll definitely be back to grab a pair soon. read more

I love the vibe of this shop, and the staff are super friendly. Every time we go in, we are greeted promptly and helped through every stage of the experience. They'll set up a room for you, then they'll bring you whatever different sizes and styles that you need (and aren't awkward about it, unlike some stores where you aren't sure if it's okay to ask them to bring a different size), then they'll take your purchases and hold them at the counter if you want to keep looking around. The staff here are really friendly and cool - and not like, oh that person's such a cool hipster, but more like, wow, these people are really easy to talk to and seem like the kind of person I'd want to have a conversation with outside of shopping. Their selection is definitely confusing to navigate, so I always just ask the salespeople for help. There are a ton of different styles, and since I've never really understood the whole "shop based on your body type" philosophy, I can't really understand the new "curve ID" system they have going. However, the last time I was there, with the help of one of the salespeople, I found an awesome pair of dark wash skinny jeans that fit perfectly! I placed on order online with the Levi's website and I received the completely wrong item in the mail. So I decided to come here to return the item and get my money back, being that it's the only Levi's store near me. I was waiting at the front register for a few minutes when someone finally brought me a manager to help me with my problem. Then the manager continues to tell me that there's nothing she can do to help me and I have to return it by mail. What a waste of a trip. And she wasn't polite about it either. If you're going to be a manager in retail, you better have people skills. Otherwise why do it ??! Update 9/13 -- I returned the item by mail and they charged me for the shipping so I got my refund MINUS 8$ for shipping (Even though they sent me a MEN'S pair of jeans, when I ordered a WOMEN'S pair). Not to mention that it took over 1 MONTH to get my refund. Never shopping at Levi's again! I love Levis dont get me wrong but when I went in this store the Customer Service was just really really awful and very rude... I went in with my friend looking around and see if we can get some pants. We see that the workers are sitting down chatting and putting jeans on the table. But as soon as we grab a pair the very rude Black man says to "not touch the pants" really rudely at us and so we were like okayyyy... And so I put the pants down and keep looking. But funny thing is another lady was in their and we both looked at each other thinking that was rude! So we keep browsing and so me and my friend are talking and then grab another pants from the way back of the store top shelf and then The Black Man says "Hey dont touch the PANTS" so rudely again!! I was on a mission for their dark wash jean leggings. Right when I walked in, I was greeted by the super friendly staff and immediately was asked what I was looking for. The guy introduced himself as Sergio and took me over the huge stack of leggings. He found my size and suggested that I try on other varieties too. He took me to the dressing room and told me he would stay close by in case I needed anything. Their leggings fit so well!! They are so cute with tall boots and I can get away with wearing the dark ones to the office :) Love that!! Anyway, Sergio was so awesome and helpful.
