This new Kohl's location has friendly staff, easy layout, and convenient for those that live in this area. However, it's not your typical full size Kohl's department store and that is my main reason for giving it a 3 star. There is no fine jewelry, no cosmetics, and all the other departments within the store are very miniaturized. I would say this location is maybe 2/3 (if that) the size of a regular Kohl's Department Store. You can actually see from one end of the store to the other. If you are looking for something very specific, this is probably not the Kohl's for you. However, if you need some socks, t-shirts, or other every day type of items they have you covered. read more

I came in to drop off an Amazon return (great service in that department) however, after my Amazon return I tried to purchase an item from the store that was on the clearance rack, but it did not show the clearance price at the register. The lady at the register had said the item is not on clearance, to my response letting her know they had 15 of the same item on the rack. Her response was that she did not believe me and had to go check. She and I confirmed that the items were in the clearance section and she still said she will not honor it. Very clean and organized store. Its small but has a lot of merchandise. I shop here regularly.

If their large format stores are doing poorly, it just makes sense to downsize and make the Kohl's experience even more frustrating and confusing. This Lilliputian location is virtually worthless if you're looking for selection or sizing not confined to lime green in an extra small. Short and sweet, this Kohl's location is not worth your time. read more

Apparently a smaller concept Kohl's with a limited selection of name brands. I was never really impressed with any Kohl's I've ever visited. The vibe is like JC Penney's kid sister opened a store but went home after she got bored and never quite finished. Visit if you need socks. read more

I LOVE Kohl's. However, this store is by far the worst! The store is very unclean, It's almost like being in the inside of garage. There were carts blocking the aisles, and there's no room for customers to really look for items. Their selection is quite limited, only a few in certain category, like only one line for men's jackets, where every other one is stocked fully with jackets. The kitchen appliances are very few, even. They did have a certain good selection of shoes, but nothing out there. This store definitely needs a lot of work. The only nice part about this store was getting an upbeat hello, from a sales associate. Apart from that, awful store! read more

No visible marked area for checking out. Standing in front of register. Watch patron walk in . Customer service (?) associate Mary asks for next. I explain I am next. She does not listen or ask to verify. Instead takes the person that I watched enter the store. Manager Manuel restated policy and did not help. Maybe assume customer is right and listen to them and verify what they say. This would have been resolved by asking the person if they were next . He was not. I watched him enter the store and walk past me. I was ignored. Unprofessional store. read more
