Stopped in to shop the Kohls Sephora Presidents' Day sale! I was able to find two of the fragrances I was looking for! The sales associate was so kind and patient with me. Went to the back to check stock twice. Gave great recommendations!! Upon check out I went hunting for my partner, who to both of our surprises found some great under armor golf shirts! He's a 2x tall so finding these in store is hard!! We quickly snatched up 6 and got $50 kohls cash!! I will be back sometime this week to pick up another shirt! Store felts a bit picked over. But I'm assuming it was due to a rush from the long holiday weekend. read more

Terrible selection of plus sized clothes. Terrible shoe selection for kids. I only bother going in to return amazon stuff most of the time. Half the time I can't even find items to spend my $5 bucks off coupon on.... read more

As a general rule, I never go to the big general big-box chains like Wal-Mart or target. They are notorious for exploiting workers both domestic and abroad. However, if you need clothing in Homewood you have no choice. I have never met a workforce so hostile and unhelpful. When I shop around, I notice Wal-Mart sells the same jeans for less even accounting for the -30% coupons Kohls send you. If you also count their shady credit practices that gap is wider. To get discounts you need to use their charge card, but the website will return so many errors, that exact pair of jeans that was only $10 more is now $35 more with a late fee. read more

I'm talking about Kohl's in general there are really no deals anymore discounts are not really discounts everything is just high.

Bad selection, worse service. Need more & better trained staff. Stood in line 30 minutes to be over charged, then told to go to the back of the store to stand in another line to get money refunded. Try Target across the street. read more

One of my least favorite Kohl's. Limited inventory, one bank of registers, always slow cashiers. They always seem to have the slower Tuesday afternoon staff working on the weekends which causes quite a backup. read more

Let's all go there this Xmas so we can be herded in a line that wraps around the store to save $5!!! Very deceptive coupons and sales to lure you in. Get 20% of purchases of $50 or more....fine, but not on this purchase. You get a coupon for 20% your next trip as long as it's within the days specified in the fine print. read more

Great selection of name brand items plus a constant promotion make Kohl's a very viable clothing retailer for me. When they do not have my size or color preference, I am able to order it and have it delivered to the store for free. As an MVP member, I find the savings for myself and my growing children (young adults) to be substantial. Kohl's saves me at least $1,500 annually. The saved me $550 on my Samsonite luggage alone. The Homewood location has plenty of clerks to assist. Nice! read more

This store is pretty clean and an average Kohl's. It's hard to find associates, but when you do they are helpful. The store could be a bit better with stocking women's clothing. Not many size medium sweaters and tops. If they carry your size it's a good place to go for last minute shopping. One warning the shopping centers have several cameras on the traffic light poles. Be careful when turning at a red light or you will get a ticket. This is honestly the only reason I now will avoid this shopping area. read more

The Location is perfect right near the E-Way. I love stopping in when I need to grab a nice last minute gift. There's almost always a chance to earn Kohl's Bucks. The staff is very helpful and I love the quality of their merchandise. read more

The cashier would not take my coupon I was very very upset I told her multiple times to take it please it was spend ten get ten off and she insisted on saying it was not valid because it was off my phone. After 5 minutes of arguing she finally took it. read more

I purchased a Sonoma leather coat from Kohl's. I confess, it's been over 2 years. I purchased it on my Kohl's charge. Unfortunately, Kohl's don't keep records beyond 12 months. According to its website, Kohl's has a very liberal return policy. No questions asked and no hassle. When I tried to return the coat, the associate could not find it in the computer. She entered the numbers on the tag inside the coat. Well apparently, Kohl's doesn't sell the coat anymore. And, since she can't locate it in the system, they would not return it for an in store credit. Well, the website doesn't say anything about them not being able to locate an item that they will not take the return. The website says no questions asked. I spoke with a supervisor who advised me to go online to see if I could locate a similar coat and that she would use the UPC from that coat. I couldn't find anything online. She also gave me the corporate telephone number and said that they should be able to locate the purchase no matter when I bought it. Well that's not true, they couldn't help me either. Kohl's is not living up to its written policy. read more
