One of my favorite mens clothing store. They also sell lots of other items like kitchen ware and towels and vacuums. All my shorts come from this store. Their brand of shorts fits me perfect. And love those printed tees. I used ti buy tre shirts fir every holiday. Halloween, Christmas, etc. They have a huge selection of Christmas wear too like sweaters printed with holiday themes. I was a bit disappointed with Kohl's. The store was pretty empty. I was returning an Amazon package, there was nobody in line. There was one clerk. She told me to wait before I approach the desk, while she sort some packages, taped them, label them and then stock them on the cart. She didn't have a customer. I waited and waited. Again, there was nobody there except the clerk and me. She could had easily took care of my return and then finish boxing her packages for shipment. I came in with my wife and afternoon, and we were greeted upon entering. Parking lot was barely busy on the weekdays. Inside the store was well staffed. Excellent options. This is a pretty decent Kohl's store that has some pretty good customer service. I use this location for my Amazon returns and exchanges. They are always polite and helpful. I can always rely on kohl's for decent clothes for work at affordable price, which I can destroy without feeling remorse. My mom went to Kohl's to exchange shoes purchased from online but it couldn't be exchanged since they did not have it in store. An employee named Ivan said to her that because the system was currently down, she was able to order it online through her phone. My mom's not too familiar when it comes to technology and she had trouble accessing it, along with that she did not bring her glasses during then, but she said that Iban did not once hesitate to help her in those steps. He was so kind and very patient throughout and she appreciated his excellent customer service since not everyone will want to help the way he did, especially patiently. I really enjoy visiting this Kohls because it is usually organized and has plenty of selections and sizes and parking is easy.

They keep changing the time for returns, making it shorter and shorter. You used to be able to make returns at any time. You also used to be able to use coupons on almost everything, not anymore. I will limit my time at Kohl's not liking them much anymore. read more

I have been shopping at this calls for many years. So for the most part day of excellent employees, but I did want to comment on Joannie who works in returns and amazon teturns. This has to be the worst job in the store, i say this because after waiting in line for awhile because it was after Christmas, I could not believe how rude and sometimes mean the customers could be to her. She always has a smile. She always is helpful people that don't know how to do things on their phones she does it for them. She just cannot be any kinder and helpfull she has always been that way. Well I do appreciate the effort of kohl's being open during this trying time during the Covid pandemic, it doesn't make much sense for them to be open at all if they're not going to stock their shelves. I've been in there several times since this has started and have found nothing but bare shelves everywhere around me. Also they have no more than two cashiers on at a time, no matter how long the lines are. I have been to other stores such as Walmart and they are getting regular deliveries and all of those shelves are stocked. At least if I have to wait in line I can find the items that I am looking for. If things don't turn around I may not shop at Kohl's any longer. read more

The last couple times I've been to this store I've been less than thrilled. About a week ago I purchased several pairs of pants. Selection & prices were pretty good, but the cashier (friendly as she was) made several comments about my credit card as if she were suspicious (twice she said something about it looking like "the ones that come in the mail," or something to that effect--how else do people get credit cards?). I don't mind someone verifying my ID--it helps protect consumers--but please lay off the inappropriate comments. I also left thinking that they probably overcharged me for at least one pair, but I didn't have the energy to go back & confirm that. (They seem to do a fair amount of "baiting & switching" when it comes to merchandise & price placement.) Last night I got there toward closing (why they close at one hour Mon. through Sat. and another time on Sunday I have no idea). Staff were literally running around getting ready for closing, even though it was at least 10 minutes until the posted time. I found some shoes I wanted--Converse All-Stars marked (on the shelf, anyway) $27.99. I finally find a cash register that's still open and they ring up as $44.99. Plus tax. I tell the guy that I'm not paying $50 for those shoes, and that the shelf is marked $27.99. He says something like, "Are they a new product line?"--like *I'M* supposed to know. I'm thinking he'll have someone verify the price. Nope--he just shrugs his shoulders. So I headed back toward the display rack, and I see that they have identical shoes (colors & sizes vary) ranging from $27.99 to $44.99. How is the customer supposed to know which ones are which price if they're not marked? As I headed back there, some woman starts following me, telling me the store is closed. I try to explain that I'm confirming a price. She keeps following me & badgering me, until I head toward the exit. One set of exits is locked (no signage to indicate this)--the badgering lady says that they announced which doors to use on the intercom (I must have missed that one; I think she was bullshitting me). She keeps shouting "have a great night" as I finally find the right exit, have to pry open the doors, and leave. Whatever happened to customer service? read more

Upscale shopping experience with brand name goods and decent prices will draw you in. The discount coupons that apply after the sale price is given, makes many of the beautiful clothes very affordable. I adore "Fila", "Nike" and "Vera Wang" brands that can be found here. The store smells lovely. The cashiers are always so helpful and nice to me. Well organized and presented goods make it a nice location to experience your relaxing retail therapy session. Stopped by here really fast...first, safe to say I hate these types of stores. So much mediocre clothing for the average "american size" person. But they are good sometimes for kids staples. The supervisor lady who works in the back was inconsistent and very dishonest - she would twist what she states in matter of minutes. Shannon never changes her attitude as if she hated being there. No one is friendly. Considering the amount you pay for merchandise and if you're a cardholder and utilize it - consider the amount we pay for merchandise and interest rate. This is a supposed to be one of the high end department stores but if you look inside and notice the staff it's worst than Walmart. *** Corp management - I will probably evaluate your staff and management and perhaps consider cleaning house. I like this location. This location is not the most organized I have seen. I think they focus too much on soliciting their dang credit card than taking care of the store itself. I get sick of being asked to open an account. I feel sorry for the employees who are told to hound people to open a charge account. It's sucha shame. Kohl's is good for wardrobe staples when you need them in a hurry. I have purchased several tops from here that are very cute and work-appropriate. I also needed a pair of nice pants for a last-minute special event once, and I hit up Kohl's and found exactly what I was looking for. A friend of mine once quipped that Kohl's is like the (now defunct) Mervyn's and Macys hooked up and had a baby. Prices are way cheaper than Macy's, though the clothes quality isn't as good. I like their kitchen department, the most. I've bought a lot of Food Network products, and I can usually score an extra 30% off coupon. That's when I stock up on my K-cups for my Keurig Coffee maker. Meh. I'm kind of over Kohl's these days. They hike prices up so that you feel like you are getting a great deal when there are sales. I will say you can do fairly well buying what you need on sale, using rewards points, Kohl's cash, and 20% off coupons all combined to buy what you want fairy cheap. Just don't buy anything that isn't on sale already. This store is better than the Salinas store. It has more stuff overall. But both stores can be somewhat disorganized especially the children's department. read more
