I'm still not sure why. Also there was no indication that it was a Coach Outlet rather than a Coach Retail store, which I didn't figure out until I got home and read the Yelp reviews. The store was crowded with people and they had a ton of purses on display. I wanted to see a Chelsea 30 in brown suede, a bag I've been thinking about for a while, but they were sold out. I tried a similar bag but no go. I ended up buying a little Faye Shoulder Bag in the color chalk. The irritated sales associate got nicer the longer I spent in the store. The woman who rang me up was friendly and helpful. I haven't bought a Coach purse in over a decade, but I have to admit they are starting to appeal to me again.

She took pictures of items and emailed them to me so I could see if my daughter would like them. I decided to drive the 40 minutes there with my daughter at 7pm, who was looking for a last minute dress for her winter formal. Megan was at the register and pulled our hold items out and we continued to browse the store and my daughter tried on many dresses. Megan kept bringing dresses for her to try on along with a pair of shoes. Megan was awesome and attentive to my daughter. Priscilla checked on sizes for us when Megan was with other customers. Had it not been for Elena's fabulous customer service we would not of made that trip. It all started with a phone call. My daughter ended up with two dresses, a pair of heels and some accessories and Megan went the extra mile to steam her dress. FABULOUS!! Even though it was closing time. They never rushed us. On the other hand, the service at this location was absolutely terrible. The ladies walking around the store were not helpful at all. I arrived quite late, knowing that it was close to closing time. I didn't plan to stay long. There were only a few customers in the store, including myself. I kept hearing an announcement, but I didn't understand it. I thought maybe it was because I had one of my AirPods in my ear, so I took them out to hear the announcement more clearly, only to find out it wasn't me--they weren't speaking English! They were making an announcement in another language. I thought this was really rude and inconsiderate. I don't mind that multiple languages are spoken, but English should definitely be one of them!

When we got to the store, there was a nice arrangement of shoes in a well-organized and clean looking store. We measured my son's foot and it was just in between kids sizes and adult sizes so they were a little hard to find on our own. The associate Kai helped us out. He pulled out some Saucony shoes, two kinds and two sizes for us to try. they don't have half size so we tried another brand. We finally chose the right pair of Nikes. Kai was personable, knowledgeable, and helpful in every way. My son loved the shoes. I liked the price. Kai rang us up and put us into the reward program. I felt so good about experience that I called the store. I decided to write this positive review and throw some appreciation his way.
