Think of it as a Kohl's express. I read articles that this is one of the company's smaller stores so that customers had another location for store pickups and returns. I roamed around the store, and it was hard for me to find something since I love shopping clearance, and this location doesn't have those sections. I also came by to try to do an Amazon return, but I was turned away since these small stores don't take them. I didn't receive any bad service here, but it's just unfortunate for me that I don't think I would do any shopping here--store returns only. read more

I went for help as I was standing in line and boy the reaction towards a return item was so bad between two associates.. I didn't even get near them when they said it out loud "we do not accept Amazon returns" .. and after they said it they both ignore me .. terrible customer service read more

I was greeted by to associates " do you want to apply for a credit card" not once but twice. It seemed like they were programed to get people to apply for a credit card. I wasn't impressed by the store. It was like walking into a warehouse. So disappointed of the quality of clothing and ambiance. Not impressed at all!!!!! read more

I'll start by saying that I love kohl's but this particular location is very small and their selection of items is limited, so I only visit whenever i need to return an online purchase. I have had less than pleasant experiences here before but im not one to jump online and berate the staff at the first chance I get. But this most recent experience just took the cake. I had to return two shirts that I received damaged and the cashier tells me that we can do a replacement i just have to find the shirts in the store, it takes me like 30 minutes to find them because she was so vague about where they were located. When i go back to the stand, another cashier is helping me out and shes having issues with processing the transaction (she was new), there were like 3 associates behind the counter and they were not helping customers and instead of helping her resolve this, they just stare on. At this point I've been at the store for an hour, super annoyed because it shouldn't have taken more than 15 minutes (still i told the cashier i wasnt upset at her, just their SOP). At the end, i just asked for them to refund my card because she couldnt find a way to process the replacement the right way. I will not be going back to this store, the staff are not properly trained and their mgmt. doesnt seem to care about problem resolution for their clients. read more

I had a good shopping experience today could not find a jacket in size and color I wanted, but sales Rep. Wendy went out of her way to be courteous professional and very helpful. She showed me how to operate the Kiosk.I congratulate management for hiring good people like wendy. I've experienced very good customer in this store in the past. From the outside it looks like a Kohls and a certain expectation slowly emerges. Once inside however immediate disappointment. For a moment I thought this was a discount outlet for their brand until I saw the pricing. Sorry the ambience of quality and variety is just not present. Where is the excitement. The $.99 store that occupied the space before Kohl's generated more interest and desire to shop. Pure disappointment for the shoppers who deserve so much better. read more

I was there today, I was looking for a perfume walking around the whole store. I come across an associate, I say excuse me, she turns around and tells me oh I'm not on the clock with a nasty attitude. I told her I only had a quick question and I was sorry for bothering her, she then responds it's ok still with a nasty attitude. I'm walking towards the front of the store and I see her walking around just a few moments later. I proceed to ask her name and she tries to avoid me. I walk in front of her and I ask her, she tells me it's Brianna. I went looking to speak to the supervisor but he wasn't available, from my understanding it's David. I let the girl know in the front if she could please relate the message on how Brianna reacted to a question. It's people like her that make a customer not return to a store. I had a simple question that would have taken her seconds to answer. Then to find her walking around the store in the isles after she tells me she not on the clock. read more

I love Kohls and was excited about this new location, but instead it made me feel weird and tricked. This location doesn't look or feel like a real Kohls. If Kohls had an outlet store, this location would be it! It has that vibe. Yes this location is tiny so don't expect to buy jewelry or beauty items here because you're not going to see any (well a handful on shelves as you wait to pay). Selection of everything is limited. Your tall shelves and very narrow walk spaces are isolating. The only positives to this location is being able to do returns or pick ups. Maybe it should be renamed 'Kohls Express". Other than that, I will continue to drive 15 miles to other Kohl locations. read more

I received a gift in a size XL and im Medium I went in the 1st girl said we had $50 credit. We shopped none of the sweaters were available so got about $80 in merchandise pay the difference of course. We got to the register and the next girl says $20 credit ok the first grabbed the item not the Gift Reciet to scan I get it just a mistake. Next they say it can only be one item for an even $20 so between the 2 they say hey just do a Gift card that will fix it. Next thing it's only $15 if they do that can't figure it out. They lost the Reciet and it goes on for several minutes the call a shift leader over and finally it and the shift manager can't explain why $20 equals $15 for a gift card? So we find 2 for $20 shirts no go, then a charger back for $19.99 no go off by ,01 so we had asked for the upper management aggressively at this point. She just wanted to say it is what it is take it leave it. I said enough get another Manager. She was nice and emphasized but we left with $15.06 I'm a gift card in the end because no $20 items were present. I loved Khols I won't return or but a present ever for anyone the they they don't get cheated and treat that way. read more
