So I walk to the front registers to ask for help I was told you have to wait every one is on break I was told to.wait for 15 minutes. How can everyone be on break at the sale time with no one on the floor to assist the customers. I ask again after a few minutes and nothing the manager Stefanie didn't even offer to open the restrooms she was chatting with five other employees at the time doing nothing but standing around laughing and cracking jokes. I did brought it to her attention and I don't think she really care about it l. So I just finish my purchase and left disappointed from the the lack of professionalism from their behaved.

Before shopping, she had to use the restroom and just before we went in there we smelled a horrific scent. My eyes immediately began to burn. I wanted to share this info with the manager but I decided to ask the two female representatives standing right outside the restroom first. I asked them if they had any air freshener because unfortunately it smelled terrible. They both said no to my question. I asked to speak with the manager on duty because I wanted the store aware of what was going on in the ladies restroom. While we waited, a male customer began to antagonize me when I asked one of the female employee's how to spell her name. He said a bunch of nonsense that I don't think is necessary to repeat because he was not an employee. Anyway, I wanted to report the foul odor to a supervisor, that's why I wanted to get the spelling right. I did not feel like this was a safe space for my daughter nor me. Moral of the story, I chose not to endanger my kid nor my family to such unnecessary nonsense. I reported this issue to security and I told him I would share my experience through yelp and he thanked me. He said they have asked corporate to do something about the restrooms and nothing has been done yet. Wow!!!!!! If you see something wrong, report it. It may save someone's daughter from unnecessary toxic and the parent from unnecessary confrontation with customers. Every voice matters.

This dollar three had one cashier, Jessie (at first), and he had about 6 people in line (when we walked in). We rush to find our double insulation clear cups with no logos (which they had 6 of, and we bought 4). By the time we made our way up front from quickly browsing through the store. Which was super clean, well stocked, and organized. This is actually one of the cleanest Dollar Tree stores I have seen. Joshua had opened up another register, and there was only one person ahead of us in each line. GREAT TEAM WORK JOSHUA AND JESSIE!!!! And your customer service was A+++. The Mr. used the restroom (which Jessie walked him to), and he said it was really clean. And I found a different flavored Kit Kat (chocolate frosted donut). Which we will be trying for the first time. I'm excited. Joshua checked us out and was very personable. Jessie even complemented the Mr's outfit. The guys customer was very welcoming and top notch and we will be coming back to this Dollar Tree when we are back in the area.

Very large and clean mall…read more Plenty of big-name and lesser-known businesses make this a nice place to shop year-round. There is plenty of parking around the perimeter of the mall, and security is constantly present in both the interior and exterior.

Honestly, I enjoyed walking & perusing the items for some cardio. I arrived at the Walmart Supercenter (Rosemead) on Wednesday (around 9AM - August 2026). It's filled with customers! Even though the shaded parking lot is gigantic, the place felt filled. The Walmart Supercenter (Rosemead) had A LOT of staff. Staff is easy to find, and the location is jam packed with great deals. I eventually ended up buying some seltzer water, but this spot felt comparable to Costco. They sold food, clothes, car supplies, toys, and almost everything. I walked around for about an hour, and I still couldn't see everything. HUGE! As I left, I showed my receipt to the greeter by the entrance/exit, and Staff promptly smiled and said, "Goodbye, Sir." From top to bottom, this location felt safe, welcoming, and well-managed. I had no intention of leaving a review when I'd entered, but I'm compelled to say that the low rating doesn't do this place justice. I had a surprisingly good experience, and I can easily see this HUGE Walmart being a funny tourist attraction. Great deals!!

This Walmart is in a very large mall. The lot is huge, but it is always super busy and if you do…read morenot park further away and walk, then parking can be challenging. The other businesses in the mall are far from the Walmart and do not usually impact parking. We have shopped here and used the Vision center for a number of years. The people who work here are usually ok to nice. The people in the Vision center vary in knowledge and expertise, but are always super nice. If they cannot help you with something, then they will get a coworker who can to make sure your issue is resolved. Their prices for both the store and Vision center are good and usually cheaper than elsewhere for most products. We have not had a problem with any food products, clothing, or other items we purchased from here. Toilets are at the front like at most locations. There is also a McDonalds--never ate at this location, but there are usually at least a few people eating there on every visit. Overall, an ok place to shop. Would be a better experience if it was not so crowded and if some customers were not rude and/or weird. Try to come during off hours if possible because they are always busy.
