I take all my Amazon Returns to Kohls and I happened to be taking some returns on Black Friday. On my way out I checked their large selection of air fryers and found the cuisinart air fryer toaster. Normally priced at $269 and on sale for $159. I was able to use the 20% off coupon from my amazon return and then the super nice lady at the register applied the extra 15% off coupon on top so the final price was $115 which I think was a super deal. read more

I shopped at the Kohl's in Murrieta today to find 2 more throw rugs to match 2 I already purchased days ago; they are runners for my staircase. The Murrieta Kohl's didn't have what I wanted, but April the cashier called the Kohl's in Menifee and found that they had 2 at that store. I had other other items in my cart, and April suggested if I got a Kohl's credit card (which I applied for) I would get 40% off. She also saidthat when I buy the rugs at the Menifee store they will also apply 40% off. However, I went to the Menifee store, bought 5 runner carpets, and at the check out the cashier said they wouldn't apply another 40% to my purchases. Next I went back to the Murrieta Kohl's and fortunately got to talk with April and she solved the issue. She was great. I've never left a review for khols, but today was an exception. Today I met the most beautiful cashier. I bought some popcorn and men's shoes. She was just so kind and helpful! I've never been treated with such great customer service at this store. I regret not getting her name but I believe it was register (1) by the entrance. My review will be short and sweet like my recent experience at Murrieta Kohl's. . . I usually get my printer ink from Costco but when I went to get it they no longer carried it. With gas price going up I decided to go online instead of driving around town racking up $100 in gas bill. Lol Found off brand ink at a fraction of the price and ordered it through Amazon Prime, with free shipment and return I was ok taking a chance. Sadly, it didn't work out, but happy the item was able to be returned to Kohl's. It was easy as 1. Take item to store 2. Show return label from phone 3. Get receipt for proof of return (literally took 2 minutes total) Couple hours later credit showed up on my account. It was such a great experience I would "return" again to Kohl's! I haven't been here in years, but I went today to get a gift card for a friend who loves this store. I happened to find a blouse for myself also. I went to the register. The lady asked if I could "sign in" for their "points" or whatever they call it. It had been so many years since I'd been there I didn't think I had that, but she looked it up by my email address. Cool. Now I just want to pay and get out of there. I went to use my debit card and she asked if I wanted to apply for a Kohls card. I said no thanks. She just went on and on about how much money I would save. She asked 4 more times, and each time I said no. Finally I just put my debit card away and walked out. read more

So last Christmas 2021 I bought a nice bottle of perfume for my wife called Amazing Grace from Kohl's it's an unbelievable smelling perfume problem is is that the sprayer doesn't work anymore so we took it back to Kohl's spoke to a store manager by the name of Jose? which I'm sure he was just doing his but this customer left unhappy because I do not keep receipts nor could I find which card I used to purchase it on I brought the bottle in that you see in the picture almost completely full but you can see by using it that the sprayer within the mechanism does not work I was happy to replace it for the same bottle well they don't have the same bottle so basically I am being told I am Sol not real happy. If I go out and spend 60 80 90 bucks on perfume in the sprayer stops working I should be able to return. one absolutely dissatisfied customer. Years ago I would have given this kohls five stars. They've really gone down but I feel like it's kohls in general. Any offer they give you are more than likely not applicable to what you're purchasing. I use to love the easy returns--now their return center is Only for Amazon. They combined kohls returns with their normal check out... I don't think I've ever waited so long in a line just to return something. I had to wait about 10-12 people in front of me just to return an item while the Amazon return had one person. Horrible change. The product of the clothing sold in stores has also gone down in value and amount of sizes. Save your money and time and shop at Target instead. read more

We purchased a pair of pants on Amazon. The seller sent the wrong size. We went to this Kohls store to have them send back the wrong pants. They gave us a very small paper receipt. Weeks later we get an email from the seller saying they have not received the pants and they are charging us $54.00 if we do not deal with this by July 23. We went back to Kohls. They tell us too bad, they cannot open up their computer, find the record of the pants they sent back and trace back to where the pants went. They tell us you have to have the little paper receipt which l can't find. So now we are out $54.00 due to Kohls. We do not recommend using this store for any future Amazon returns. And whatever you do, do not lose that little paper receipt. read more

Love this Kohl's. This place always takes care if their customers. Received a air fryer for Christmas and used it once and the handle broke off. Didn't do anything crazy, it beeped like it was done and I went to pull the basket out and as I pulled out the basket the handle just snapped off! It was brand new! We took it to Kohl's where it was bought and explained what happened expecting them to question us or give us a hard time. They simply said to go grab a new one. I was shocked! Now that's customer service. I kinda wanted a different air fryer since I was skeptical of the other one just breaking but as it turns out it's a great air fryer. I think we just got a defective one out the batch. Literally took us less than 5 minutes and we were in and out. Couldn't be happier! Highly recommend this spot. I'll be going here first to look for whatever I need from now on! read more

Will NEVER shop in this store again! First they won't let me try on clothes so I have to return them. Them I have to run around the store to find the customer service department. When I couldn't find it I waited in the regular line until they informed me I had to go back to customer service. Then I had to get refunded in cash, debit card and store credit. Then the rep told me I could keep the Kohl's bag or I needed to go deposit it in the recycle receptacle if I didn't want it. On top of all this, you have to wear a mask in their store even though most of the country has moved on. This store is a joke! Bye bye Kohl's! read more

How sad is it that in the world of retail where more and more stores are closing every single day an organization would put someone in charge that would rather save $30 for their company through price matching a direct competitor. Regardless of what the competitor is, it's still a competitor any company that sells the same products as your company is a competitor. It is absolutely disheartening to know that an organization would rather save $30 then gain a customers loyalty, and their hard earned $250 they were prepared to spend in their store. From someone that could've just ordered online versus coming into your store and keeping your doors open it is completely understood that people are not wanted in your store for anything other than Omni channel purchases. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I recently moved out to the Temecula area & I personally love kohls but I will NEVER return again. Maybe I don't look like the normal people from Temecula or something but I felt extremely uncomfortable in this store. Many of the employees were looking at me suspiciously & as I was leaving the alarm went off & I went back inside & THEY left a tag on one of the clothing items & apologized for the "inconvenience". This really for many Kohls. Tonight Channel 2 ran an expose on Kohls cheating customers by raising prices by covering original prices by higher prices and then calling it a "sale". In some cases there were upto three stickers with higher prices overlaying the original sale price. They went to five Kohls in the LA area and when the manager was confrunted he said that it was justified. I have long since thought that our Murrieta Kohls was doing stuff like that and now I believe that I have been right all along. I was in on Thursday, desperately looking for a Jean jacket for an upcoming trip. I was helped by Lily and it was honestly the best customer service experience I've had in a very long time and possibly ever. Bless her heart she helped me with absolutely everything I had asked and was looking for. Not only did she help me look for different brands of Jean jacket around the store, she called other stores in the area for me when they didn't end of having my size. She did all this while being so sweet and not making me feel like I was bothering her. I don't think I've ever received such great service and kindness from a clothing store. Just had a pretty annoying trip today. Dress pants were disorganized and sparce. Items were on racks for the wrong brands and I couldn't find a digital price stand for the brand I was shopping for. Luckily found a pair in my size from another brand as I was leaving. Dressing room was absurdly dusty with large clumps of lint all over. Like, sooo much. After the kind lady at checkout asked me if I'd like to sign up for a credit card twice and I stated no both times, she repeated the perks and stared at me while I was waiting to swipe until I had to reiterate that I told her no twice already. I was very polite and straight forward but it was still a very awkward interaction. Very pushy, like someone selling clothing on a street alley. My card got declined I told the kid I would be right back do you see what the problem was apparently a payment was due a couple days ago so I paid the balance off. I ordered a weighted blanket for pick-up. I was handed a box that was torn to shreds & the blanket was just stuffed in there hanging out the top and the sides. It looked like someone else used it & stuffed it back in the box. I told the desk clerk "I can't give this as a gift" & wondered why your store would even think of giving me this esp. during this Covid-19 pandemic. The clerk called for help from the home dept. but nobody showed up. My husband had to go over (self service) & take one off the shelf but all that was left were blue, not the gray one that I originally ordered. read more

I purchased two items, and I only received the discount on the lesser priced item. I purchased a backpack thinking I was getting 35% off, which I wouldn't have purchased at full price. One of my favorite stores to shop at. This is the closes clothing store to me. I can literally walk there if it weren't for the amount of bags I purchase when i go. The employees are very friendly at checkout. The lines can get long. I have a rewards card which is beneficial for coupons and special promotions. The Kohls cash that i receive in the mail is probably the best part. It gives you ten dollars to spend without any restrictions. I usually tackle the clearance racks. There are so many here and they have such a variety on them. There are plenty of dressing rooms located around the store to try on merchandise which is very convenient. read more

First floor innovation store. This location is clean and tidy. Wanted to check it out since I work for the company. I was impressed on how neat the merchandise is displayed. Merchandise is not jam packed with stuff. Place is very shoppable. Makes you want to buy things there. Employees are friendly here when I left one of them said 'Have a Great Day". Made me feel good inside after she said that. FYI There are other stores in this long updated strip mall. Lots of restaurants to eat near by the store. Plenty of parking also. They have mini shopping carts where you can put you're items in as well. read more

It's true, just like N.A. says...this one is better than the Menifee one, for sure. The people are better at good customer service, there is more selection & there are a lot of 60% & 70% off racks. The downsides happen to be that they are too pushy with the credit card pitch (hey, no means no lady :-), they blast their pep talk to the employees over the loudspeaker (where am I, a football huddle? :-), & they also don't follow their own return policy (too anal! :-) However, there are lots of people there, which is a pretty good sign & good deals to be had. P.S. Sometimes they'll randomly give out $10 off coupons for next time or during Kohl's cash days you'll get $10 gift certificates for next time as well. read more

If you don't own an electronic toothbrush, then you probably don't know why I was so determined to find the best deal. I'll help you understand. The Oral B Professional Care 3000 emits 40,000 pulsations and 8,000 oscillations in a single minute. The average human would need several hours to match those statistics. A pulsation is like a brush stroke and an oscillation is when you brush in a circular motion. Are you starting to get the picture? What an electronic toothbrush can do in 2 minutes, you can probably do in 600 minutes. My GF introduced me to the way of the electronic toothbrush and I'll never go back. Fast forward to last night. I visit 8 stores, and Kohl's has the HIGHEST price for the Oral B Pro-Care 3000.
