This location is in a dying plaza. The side facing the freeway is dark and empty. A lot of people think the store is closed and the entrance is closed. Customer service is also at the front at this location and you have to line up with the the other customers who are using the checkout registers. read more

Had a less than great experience. Employees are kind - no complaints there. But tried to do a standard return from a pickup order I had done, not even 7 days prior. The associate wasn't able to do the return. The system just wasn't accepting it. She suggested I call Kohl's and they can help me "get a new number" whatever that means. I asked if she can have someone else try it first. The (I think) manager came over and tried it, was able to return it. Suggestion to Kohl's : before you send a customer home to figure out the issue by having them contact customer service, at least have someone else try it first. I can't imagine the headache I'd have to go thru if I hadn't asked for someone else to try the return first before just leaving the store. read more

I never really came here until it was a spot Amazon decided one could bring packages in without the box etc. That inadvertently works out very well for Kohl's undoubtedly. I was delighted to learn they had a Sephora in here too! Although there is a much smaller version compared to the big usual large Sephora's, it has a decent selection if you're trying to kill two birds with one stone. Besides that, every time I return something from Amazon here, a $5 credit is issued. What do I do next? I walk around the store to see if there's anything I could use. Sometimes there is. Sometimes there isn't. There is a good variety of basic and quality brand articles of clothing to add to your wardrobe here, kitchen, pet and home stuff here. It's a smaller version of Target with better quality and best of all, it's usually not crowded and the shopping experience is pleasant. Things are in order and the store is clean and neat. Staff has always been pleasant and helpful also. I'll likely end up here again returning another Amazon package soon. LOL read more

I don't know why they keep this store open. From the lackluster employees locked entrances, and generally a Dollar Store vibe, it's the worst location I've visited recently. Whose brilliant idea was to create a soulless maze for registers and returns, AND move the Amazon returns into that mess? Expect to wait 20 minutes or so to drop off an Amazon return. Their store looks much neater these days. Actually I find that they probably could have more inventory on the floor especially in the kitchen home area near the front. I am not sure if they're just slimming down on inventory or if they're making way for new stuff but the last few times it has felt sparse to browse. Anyway I think that their clothes here are pretty decent, especially if you can get them on sale (which it usually is). If you shop at Kohls a lot their rewards program is very generous. I often find myself with $10+ in Kohls Cash. They carry a lot of name brands like Columbia, Adidas, Nike etc. I've also appreciated their pillow selection here. Our last two pillows were from Kohls (THE BIG ONE) which have stayed fluffy over the last year! The best cat bed I've bought was from Kohls - it was an Ellen Degeneres bed on sale for like $12 or something. The cats love it! read more

Only one entrance is open, on the side with dollar deal. Hand sanitizer stations available. We came only to pick up something we ordered online and that was it. I showed them my ID and my pick up order barcode and I was in and out. That's the way to do it. I won't be shopping here, but will definitely be using it as a pick up location to avoid paying for shipping. read more

We like to visit this Kohls location because it's nice, big and clean. You can find almost everything that you are looking for at any Kohls. The drawback is that usually there are fewer people working at the checkout so the checkout process is slower. They have good sales and Kohls cash back promotions so it is easy to find good deals. Aside from the usual ,a lot of the sizes and styles from places like Wrangler and Lee they don't stock in store. So you end up mail ordering ,but the hassle is sizes vary from year to year ,so a size 34 that fit you one year ,no longer does the next. What really pissed me off was that due to the plague ,many items were unreturnable after you bought them. No fitting rooms so you can test for size and no return after you bought them. This review is a bit interesting. Mainly since my visits to this Kohl's has been in regards to returning Amazon packages. Now, I have been used to returning my Amazon packages at a UPS, but the last few packages that I have returned, they have made me go to Kohl's. This isn't too big of a deal since my wife works in the area. There is a huge parking lot, which is never packed and there are signs that are everywhere that lead you to the Amazon return drop off. When walking inside, the signs clearly state turn left and then go to the back of the store closest to the bedding area. Once in that general area, there are clear areas where the Amazon return is. Typically two employees are there and they are pretty efficient. You had them the box, they ask if there is anything damaged (which is a no) and then they tape the box up and you're on your way. Easy peasy. I have always kept the box that was delivered to my apartment, although on the Amazon instructions it states that they would box it up for you otherwise. The employees are fast and efficient; one was even training the other employee and it still went super fast. Onto the look of Kohl's. This place appears clean and a pretty decent department store. I have not spent more than 5-10 minutes, but in my short span I have been impressed with how clean they keep everything. I guess if I had to shop at a department store I would head this way. Definitely this is the place to return Amazon packages. read more

Kohls is where we go for the honey's work attire, though not much else. This locale was fairly well put together. It was clean and I loved the location of the dressing room. Sometimes they're half way across the store, but this one was smack dab in the middle of the Mens section, perfect for being able to go grab a size up or down depending on what he needed. I was told by an associate that if I were to use a coupon that clearly stated it was allowed on the items after discounts I could only use it if I opened a credit card with them I would receive 35 % off. The coupon stated 25% off....or 35% off if I had a kohl's card. I said no and declined to open a credit card. She then said that the coupon for 25% off won't work. But reiterated that she can make the same coupon work for 35% off if I open a card. I said no again and decline to purchase anything. As entering the store I was very rudely greeted by a sales associate because I came in to use the amazon drop point. She yelled at me to go to the back of the store as if it was common knowledge where this drop point was. Terrible kohl's. I wasn't going to give negative feedback on my bad experience walking in. But after spending 1 hour looking for items I was so put back by the push for the credit card and a clear lie to get me to sign up that I declined to purchase anything to give my money to this store. I felt unwelcome then was clearly lied to to try to push some sort of internal goal to sign up customers for credit cards. This is a photo I took of two pillows. The red oversized one is the one I ordered two of. I usually don't shop at this location and only came in to pick up an online order. Employee handed me this box with two different pillows. The maroon pillow had stains on it and the manufacturer tag was cut so it appeared used. My usual Kohl's didn't have the pillows in stock so I drove out to this store. The customer service I received was less than satisfactory. I expected to go in pickup my pillows maybe wrapped in plastic or at least in Kohl's shopping bags. I waited at customer service for my order only to be given a box with two different pillows. I understand mistakes are made but that was just plain careless. Long story short the manger was brought out because I was disappointed with the wrong order. I was given Kohl's cash, two oversized pillows of the same color and style to compensate for the inconvenience of not getting what I paid for. All this could've been avoided if the order was checked. Called in a couple days until the same manager was in, asked him in person if he remembered me as I held the coffee maker under one arm, still in the box it shipped in. He said he did, and he asked the lady at the return counter to take care of it then left us. At the end of the day, we did get a working version(I took it out of the box and tested it) without having to pay extra as he promised would happen. So 3/5 stars for that. I'm still baffled as to why my girl friend and I had to come in a second time, a week and a half later. I mean, they didn't even look in the box. The box could have been empty, for all they knew, so why did I even need to bring it in? Couldn't they have just taken care of it the first time we came in without having to wait for the replacement to get delivered first? Did they have to make sure it was delivered first for some reason, and if so, couldn't they have seen that online and taken care of it over the phone without me having to go in a second time? I don't know. But again, we did get a working replacement, so I guess, all is well. read more

I go here to do my amazon returns but I don't think I'll be going back to this place. When I go to the amazon return location they don't greet you nor approach you. They just stay there talking to there coworkers or stare at you until you walk up to them and approach them or just look down at their devices. A friend of mine gave me a gift card for Kohl's. That prompted me to finally make an effort to peruse the store. My conclusion to Kohl's is, it's a large store, but their prices are somewhat high. I think that's why I stopped going there. With my gift card, I purchased a cute military green jacket for $25. If their prices were a tad bit lower, I would have bought more items. Wow! I came here to find a certain pair of pants and here was my experience: I searched for my size and couldn't find it, I asked the floor salesperson and she could barely understand what I was asking for. I needed a 10s and she kept trying to take me to see Shorts not the pants I was holding in my hand asking for a 10s. Then she told me to go to petites section. I did and none of this kind or brand of pant exists in that section. So I seen 2 other reps in the floor, both were in the phone. After that I seen another lady and asked if she could help me find the pants in a stock room and she said she didn't think so but I could wait for 15 minutes for someone in jewelry to come back and maybe she could help me... Again, I mean Wow! I'm on my lunch lady and I'm not waiting. Worst customer service I've had in sometime. Worst! Obviously bad management happenings here. read more
