I placed an order for pickup at this location. Ordering was easy and you must wait for the email confirmation that the order is ready. They have a huge self service area for pickups. 11.18.22 I just came in to exchange a shirt for my husband and drop off an Amazon return. All Kohl's have different layouts. I am not a fan of this. This location has a Sephora inside it. This will bring in new customers. The new location in Cypress does not have a Sephora inside it. Kinda surprised by that. read more

Hugely disappointing customer service. This company apparently welcomes a customers funds without hesitation but doesn't find it necessary to ensure that the paying customer receives the merchandise that was paid for. I did a review of UPS in conjunction with this situation of awful service. My order was placed and paid for on the 8th of November without any issues. I had to search for details and finally found out that I was to receive my delivery on November 13th which never happened. I Called customer service for Kohl's and was told that I would receive that delivery on November 14th again that never happened. So I waited patiently until today which is the following Monday and again called Kohl's customer service (which is no service or help at all) and was told that I would have to wait an additional 6 days before Kohl's would look into the matter or began the process of issuing a refund of my money. I requested to speak with a manager and was put on hold. Then someone came on the phone asking me for my name etc. When I stopped him and enquired about the manager he said I am the manager. I asked about his phone etiquette in identifying himself and he said that his name is Julian. This person proceeded to tell me that I needed to contact UPS to track my merchandise because Kohl's couldn't make outgoing calls to do so. OMG. So much for the convenience of shopping online. Again.... Another company that has no ethical obligation to its customers once they have your money. Oh yeah and don't even think about calling the corporate office for Kohl's they could care less about anything that involves refunds. read more

Went to visit Kohl's in Humble to the Sephora wanted to buy a perfume. Went to check the tester and it was broken so I asked the associate Tanya to help assist if she could let me smell a tester and she said sorry I can't make a tester for you. I've been a customer going to this store for years. I love their selections, sales, coupons, and Kohl's cash. Their return policy is hassle free and now they even have Sephora which is a fab addition! It's kind of my happy place! The only down side is that there's a male cashier who is extremely rude and it's always there! He is brusque and gets annoyed easily rolling his eyes at you plus more. I avoid him at all cost. He's the negative in this nice store. Besides him, I highly recommend it. read more

The cashier and the woman in the fitting room have terrible customer service. I didnt appreciate the attitude from the employee working the fitting room had a problem of all the clothes I was trying on that she question how many I had. She only asked me and not the other customers. Then the cashier gave me a look because I had too many clothes and then interrupts me when I tell him I have gift card. I use the gift card then the rest with my kohls card and the man tells me it's invalid I should have received the new one I told him I havent received it and gave me attitude telling me I should have and told me to put my social. I was ready to storm off and leave everything and just go next door but I needed the clothes. After my social was approved his mood changed and told me to have a great day. I felt he thought I was trying to scam them and I didn't appreciate it. I will not return. This is the closest Kohl's from my home and job and this is how I will be treated? They treated me as if I was scamming them or stealing I will be shopping at the Ross next door and I will be ordering online. read more

PLEASE SHARE!!! FYI - If you plan on ordering online from Kohl's today, read what happened to me this morning... Placed an order online for a total of $163.67. $24.81 of which wasn't available for shipping and has to be picked up in store... So, they put a hold on my bank account for the total of $163.67 and charged me for the items being shipped $138.86 - when I pick the items up in store I have to pay them $24.81 --- and then the pending hold charge for the total of $163.67 will be released and available in my bank account in one week from today... So my order of $163.67 basically cost me $327.34 today - and in one week I will have $163.67 available in my account again I called customer service because I thought there had been a mistake since I had two separate charges in my bank account ($163.67 and $138.86).... The supervisor explained their policy and said there was nothing they could do about it... I asked if the policy was presented and available to see at the time I was checking out online and she said No - they do not inform customers of the policy when placing spit orders.... It's not the $$ that matters it's more that it's a horrible way to treat customers without giving them a heads up beforehand.... I love Kohl's and spend $$$$ of dollars there every year and unfortunately for them they won't be getting any of my future business ‍ read more

If I could leave less than a star I most certainly would, I came to the Sephora located at Kohl's, 22529 Tomball Pkwy, Houston, TX 77070 in search of Kilian Love Don't Be Shy, after being in the store for an estimated 5 minutes I was greeted by a sales clerk... to which I was given a snobby hello, a few minutes later another clerk joined him and they began discussing lunch while completely ignoring me, as I walked back and fourth reading each perfume label in search of Kilian, after about 20 minutes of absolutely no help, I decided to leave the store, while the 2 workers continued discussing the lunch plans... I ordered the perfume from Kilian's website where I had no problem and was offered assistance from an A.I. go figure a computer had common decency, I would never recommend this Sephora to my worst enemy, the sales clerks are absolutely dreadful, I will never return to this location read more

Horrible management and service went to spent Kohl's cash that was expired during COVID-19 we called the customer service line and were told it can be redeemed but when we arrived at the store the manager told us that they cannot accept the cash because corporate told them not to, we showed they were expired during the pandemic and he kept saying oh we opened in April so u should have came then but when we searched it said kohl's didn't open till may so we tryed to show him and he refused to listen we called the customer service line and filed a complaint and received a refund and more cash but Fernando is a horrible manager. I really hope that he learns how to be truthful and not lie to customers read more

I am so disappointed in Kohl's. If I could give ZERO stars, I would! I order thousands of dollars from Kohl's. My last order, everything could be shipped to me, except 1 shirt. For some reason, it had to be store pickup. My husband drove in from Galveston to Tomball to pick up the one shirt that couldn't be delivered. He had the bar code that was sent to me to pick up the shirt. They would not let him have it. He called me and I talked to them and they still refused to give him the shirt. So....... I now have to drive in from Galveston if I want the dang shirt. They refused to just send it to me. I felt like I should be compensated somehow for my time driving twice from Galveston. It's an okay store. Dressing rooms usually have discarded clothing as tall as a standard poodle in every room. The shoe area looks like the Three Stooges got into a shoe fight. Some of the designer clothing never changes, Vera Wang, when will you ever get off that water color kick you've been on the last seven years? Yet I am drawn to this store, it's super close to my house and the sales are good, and they have a bit of everything. read more

Using the website, purchasing online & checkout online was no problem. My experience online was ok. The in-store pick-up was disappointing. I went to the customer seevice counter with my order receipt, email and I.D as instructed. I said hi, I'm here for an online pick order. The clerk said wait a minute I'm waiting for the screen to come up. He then took my phone & ID out of my hand, scanned the bar code on the screen, then walked off. When he returned with my items, he printed a small receipt slip and THREW the pen and slip to me and said sign this. After signing,I handed him the signed slip, he pushed my bag at me and said Thanks. His customer service was very poor, his attitude and demeanor was less than acceptable. I rearlly shop at Khols but this experience will make it never. read more

Boy they really know what they're doing! I signed up for a Kohls account ages ago but have been a decent enough customer now that several times a year they send me a 30% off coupon. And I LOVE IT. Kohl's regular prices are amounts I won't spend, Kohls 30%-80% off plus my 30% coupon? HEAVEN. They have a very good selection of styles and prices so I end up getting everything from going out clothes to house dresses. I also shop for my son there, and they even have stuff like picture frames, bed sets, seasonal toys, cards, and gift wrap. I always end up with several large bags but it's totally worth it. On my last spree, I bought 42 items for about an average of $7 a piece. My most expensive items were 2 pairs of shoes for about $30/each, and my cheapest were super cute Hallmark birthday cards for about $1.50/each. If you're one of those people who like a good deal and don't mind stocking up or browsing thru sales racks, Kohl's seasonal sales is a must go. Just remember to sign up for their card and build up credit with them so you get those really great coupons in the mail. read more

I love Kohl's! They have a great selection of clothing for everyone, housewares, gifts, etc. The store was recently remodeled, and I really like the new design. Pay attention to when you shop here. There is always a sale, and like Cindy P noted, there are lots of special discounts and offers. You can also earn Kohl's cash, which is $10 for every $50 spent on a future purchase. Combine that with your 30% and you are paying very little for lots of new clothes.. Retail therapy at it's finest! :-) read more

Kohl's isn't what it used to be it's always like empty it's sad. They're always overpriced unless you use rewards and buy stuff on clearance. The clearance racks are always a hot mess and they usually have only a few cashiers the wait inline to check out can be painful, I try not to shop here if I can help it read more

Nice selection of kids clothes and housewares. Overstocked today so some of the displays were a little messy and the dressing rooms had a lot of clothes left in them but it wasn't unmanageable. read more

Extremely poor customer service experiences here over and over, but today pushed it to the yelp review point. Most stores of this type leave a lot to be desired in regards to organization, wait times, friendliness of cashiers, etc. Purchased online a Food Network cast iron skillet which rusted after 1 washing, 0 uses. Employee was careless to the point of rude with return transaction. Did not clearly explain return policy and became nearly combative when questioned. We chose to just get the refund, lose the Kohl's cash, and take our money elsewhere. Employee was then heard mimicking my voice as we walked out. I'm so disappointed in the customer service I received today at Kohls. I was with my 10 year old daughter returning a pair of pants she received for her birthday. My expectation returning the item was that I would find out how much the price of the pants were as of today and that would be the amount I would allow my daughter to spend. The nice lady Rebecca helping me told me I could do an even exchange for $34. That was the price marked on the pants. I asked her twice if she was sure or if she needed to ring it up first and she told me "no it's an even exchange of $34." So I told my daughter she had $34 to spend. I spent one plus hour in the store with my daughter as she selected items to equal $34. We took the items she selected to the exchange desk and a different store clerk rang the pants up and told me that I would only have a credit of $10. I explained to her nicely that the girl helping me told me I had $34 and the girl communicated to the new clerk that she did in fact communicate that to me. The new clerk rudely stated that she was new and didn't know what she was talking about so I asked for a manager. The manager told me the same thing. They treated me as if I was at fault because their associate misinformed me. They would not change the credit even though the intial clerk told Both of them that is what she told me. I'm upset because my husband lost his job in October. I didn't have $34 to spend. I tried to leave the stuff that my daughter spent over one hour selecting and not purchase it but she was devestated. So I paid $34 and kept the pants so I could ask my neighbor for the receipt. But that will be the last time I step foot in a Kohl's. This is why "the mall is dead" customer service is lacking. Instead of creating positive experiences, your store created a crowded negative difficult environment. This is the one and only negative review I have ever written so that just goes to show how disappointed I was today. read more

Worst customer service experience. I opened a Kohl's credit card and an employee told me he would write "30% off" on my receipt for my next purchase, since the purchase I was making at the time of opening the credit card really wouldn't take much off for me. I was pleasantly happy that he did this without me asking for it and I agreed to it. He signed his name on the receipt and told me to bring it back to this same store so "everything would go off without a hitch." I recently came back to this store and the cashier had no idea what to do with it. Her manager didn't bother to help her, and when the cashier asked another employee, the employee rudely told me to go find the manager. I left without my 30% which was promised to me when I opened my card. I will definitely be cancelling my card here. read more

I very rarely leave reviews. I usually like shopping at Kohl's, however, today's shopping experience was terrible. It took 10-15 minutes in line for cashier. The card reader wouldn't work and was sent to another line that could accept payment. I waited in that line for another 10-15 minutes. I doubt I'll buy anything from this location again. I would have left a 1 star review, but the store was clean and when I did finally make it to the cashier, she was nice. read more

Usually get pretty good service here. On first name basis with the jewelry ladies. Have good sales and lots of clearance stuff. Online is a different story. Prices are higher, you don't get the items in the picture that you think you are purchasing if you even get what you ordered at all. Every other time there is some kind of problem. Has been over a month now that I haven't received my credit for a necklace I didn't receive. They told me I had to reorder it then they would give me credits to equal same amount I already paid. I asked why they couldn't just send me what I ordered without having to put me they all that and they said they couldn't. That was there answer.
