Here is the message I received: You may want to pay our shop another visit.....vintage room & "creepy" dolls are long gone. We now have a formal room & specialize in prom dresses & mother of the bride/groom gowns. We do not accept many brands & Forever 21 is one of them. We may seem expensive to experienced thrift shop shoppers because we are not a thrift (which operates on donations)but an upscale ladies consignment shop. We get great stuff in because consignors expect to receive more than $5 for their items. This response is delayed because I just realized I was able to respond directly to you. The experience has been a total nightmare and we will likely have to pivot and find another company to go with. We stopped into the Willow Grove location last month to set up an account with suit separates for the groomsmen. Two groomsmen are located in FL but both have Men's Wearhouse near them. It was quite busy the day we stopped in, but the manager on duty eventually assisted us. Her name was Thereza. Thereza created our account and scanned each item (jacket, shirt, vest and pants) so that the guys knew exactly what they would be wearing. She incorrectly entered my fiancé's email address and therefore he was not getting any emails with updates. She also misspelled one of the groomsman's names. None of this information was verified prior to submission. This could have been avoided. She only provided a slip with our group number and sent us on our way. To make matters worse, one of the groomsman went to a location near him to get measured and the associate claimed nothing was in the system. They didn't know which suit style or color because the profile Thereza created was allegedly blank. We called the Willow Grove store to complain and they refused to give us the name of the district manager. We were also told Men's Wearhouse no longer does alterations on pants, which is pretty silly. The service here is embarrassing and I hate to say this, but I don't think we will ever come back.

Another reason I went, it was televised that Kohl's was having a sale. If you spend over $50, you would get $10 off plus 20% off as long as it was not on the exclusion list. The items my husband bought ( 2 under armour tops- not on sale) but he did wean $10 for future use 10/28. I also purchase 3 items totaling over $50 dollars. Long store short Ending total was $58.22. They took $10 off, and my $10 precious coupon and 30% total $14. I saved $84!!!! Doing my happy dance. Upon entering the store on aThursday night at 7:45pm. It was quite and not busy at all. I was able to go shopping without bumping elbows with people or carts running into you or running little kids. I went to the jewelry section. It was well stocked and did not look messy at all. All items that were on sale were clearly labeled. Also there was one female worker stacking and fixing jewelry boxes. The next section I went to was the bedding section. The section was neatly stacked and clearly labeled. This store was already selling Christmas items. The last section I went to was the men's section. That was where my husband was. Like I said previously my husband purchased two items that were not on sale. Yes, it was clearly marked that it was not on sale. There were 2 female employees working, they were putting out new items and fixing the men's section. I did ask one of the ladies question. I asked if all items in the store would be 20% off. She nicely came over to us and explained how the 20% worked. I was very grateful for the explanation and the help. There was also a tall black gentleman, who was also very nice. I mentioned to him, that was trying to get some of my Christmas shopping done. He chuckled and said best to get it done now before the crowd comes in. I will continue to come to this Kohl's. I had a positive experience. The store was clean. Upon checkout at 8:18pm. There was only one cashier. I did not mind, since I was next in line. She was a very pleasant lady, she was not rushed and very kind to both my husband and I. I asked her questions, I just wanted to make sure that i would get 20% off, $10 off and use my $10 coupon. She was so nice ! She said don't worry. She also mention if I had the yes 2 you rewards and I said yes. She said those points are tripled!!!!
