It was my mistake for not reading the reviews first. I was craving pizza but the pizza spot next door had too many people in line. There was no one in line here so I decided to give it a try. No thank you. Spent $16 on a combo. Waste. Mango tea, sour. Waste. They did let me replace it. The bread is too sweet for me. Maybe it should just be a pastry spot. I'm disappointed. Not going to lie, I kinda spent my last here. Great customer service. Customer service WAS indeed wonderful I will say that.

I came here last month and ordered two of the cheese. One was so hot I could barely eat it, the second was completely cold. I was extremely disappointed. I went today because I really wanted to try the peach but they were out. I ordered the bacon, egg, & cheese. The outside was warm but when I bit in it was extremely dry. The filling was cold. The only reason they get a three stars because the staff were friendly and despite the food being bad, they provided good service.

A $7 stale microwaved hot pocket. You do the math. Part of the bread was so hard I almost broke my tooth on it.

This was called a Chopped Cheese Kolachi.

There is a reason why this place has no line. Worst airport food I've ever had. Wasted my per diem on this.

    Receipt

Ordered 2 KoHo Double Combos, OG Sausage Combo and the other was a Bacon Egg and Cheese. When we received our order both orders were frozen on the inside. When I went back to the counter there was another couple requesting their money back for the same reason. The cashier was really nice and remade both Orders. This time she used a thermometer and had to run the oven for a second time to get the food hot. Temperature on second try was perfect but food tasted sub par. Do not recommend this place, even for a quick bite between flights it was a waste of money.

Yuk. Not my thing, but food options at this terminal are limited. Two Heavy buns filled with a couple of tablespoons of assorted fillings, chips and a beverage will set you back $15

Combo meal with one kolache. 10 bucks or so.

But at the Atlanta airport, options are few and the quality low.

Fries were burning hot and well seasoned. I almost think that the burgers and buns got bigger, it's been a while since I've been to a five guys, but I remember the burgers being smaller. Either way, the location on terminal C should be a flagship store. Service was friendly and fairly fast for a busy Sunday. Whoever is running this location is doing an awesome job.

The staff were incredibly kind, upbeat, and welcoming, despite working on the holiday. As a nurse, I understand the frustration and sacrifice that can come with working on Christmas, and I truly appreciated their hard work--especially given how busy it was. My burger and fries were hot, fresh, and delicious. What stood out most was how much the team seemed to enjoy working together. It was clear that the culture there is strong, and it made the experience even better as a customer. Culture really is everything, and this team reflected that beautifully. Thank you for such a positive experience on a busy holiday.

I remember a previous time here when an airport employee verbally bullued a man who was having difficulty going through the kiosk menu prompts. I ordered my eight piece spicy chicken smoothly recently, but not all the kiosks were operational and the line can quickly build behind you at this popular spot in the B Concourse. The kiosks may add to tensions instead of diminishing them and keeping irate customers at a distance may not succeed if this makes their condition worse. I state all this because it overshadows the good chicken. My order was good and crisp, spicy the way I like it. Eight pieces for twenty two bucks is a decent value for airport food; though, a few of the pieces were of questionable nature. 3.5 stars

There's a woman that hands out drinks at a window. I asked her if I could get my water bottle I ordered and she just pointed to the left, so I waited for my food to be called. My food is called and I had to ask about the water bottle again. Nobody even checks my order slip. Both items I ordered came out and were completely wrong. I ordered Mac n cheese and was given mashed potatoes, I ordered a chicken sandwich and was given a box of chicken and fries with a biscuit. I have to question when the employees don't even care about giving customers what they ordered... what else do they not care about.

It's not overwhelming, and to be honest there were so many other items on the menu I wanted to try, which is why I will be coming back. Brake Pad has a full bar & they also have a good craft beer selection and of course they have Sweetwater 420 & Hopsecutioner IPA. The items I had from the menu were the Salsa & Queso w/ chips. The salsa was great and the queso was surprisingly good. I did not have it in my bingo card that they would have great queso but they proved me wrong. For my main meal item I had the Truffle Chicken Salad Sandwich. I HIGHLY recommend if you are looking for a flavorful yet healthy option. I was only able to eat half the sandwich and I was full, so if you don't mind having more delicious Brake Pad cuisine To-Go, then I highly recommend. The atmosphere of Brake Pad was fun, vibrant, and the staff were amazing. The bartender was fun, and knowledgeable and is the one who recommended the Truffle Chicken Salad Between the vibe, the outdoor seating, the good food & the local vibe I highly recommend. I went in with low expectations but they over delivered on everything. GREAT JOB BRAKE PAD, I will be back

Parking on the street is how it's done. A few designated spaces but around the corner is fine. Service is attentive and friendly. Refilling our cups, checking in and making sure we're good to go. Definitely worth the stop when in College Park.
