My go to place for RAMEN! I love the simplicity of the menu and the boba teas they offer. I eat here at least once a week!

I've tried the black milk tea, thai tea, mango passionfruit slush, lychee mojito and tiger milk tea with boba. Definitely a great option for boba drinks in the area. They offer the clover app where you can get a free drink after like 10 drinks which provides extra value in addition to their happy hour which is from 5p-7p where you get 10% off (used to be 20% off from 5p-8p which is why I only gave 4 stars). Of course their discount/promotions are much better than Kungfu Tea. read more

Bubble tea and more. I come here only for the Matcha Green tea because it is real matcha. I also like the fact that they have so delicious brand Coconut Milk as an alternative for us Vegans. If you need a quick pick me up for tea without the boba (tapioca bathed in honey - so technically it's not vegan) you can opt for other toppings. I believe they have lychee, mango, and other toppings I don't remember. They have ramen, they have rolled ice cream, and they also have BOARD GAMES! Very fun place to hang out for a little bit. I gave 4 stars because I was given green tea instead of Matcha green tea. But overall very tasty! Make sure to speak and repeat your order carefully and have the receptionist repeat your order back to you because you might get something different. Enjoy! read more

The mango passionfruit green tea with mango jelly is SOOOO GOOD. I am absolutely obsessed with it! This is my go to for bubble tea, I've tried other places but nothing compares to this one. Mediocre in comparison with Sharetea or Kungfu Tea. Had the Jasmine milk tea and Mango passion tea. The Jasmine tea was not very good, didn't taste fresh at all. The boba was a little too hard and chewy, and didn't have any taste (was not sweet at all despite being called "Honey Boba"). We tried the crystal boba sample but it wasn't that special--it tasted like lychee jelly. read more

This kokee is probably one of the best to go to since they have a point system and offer you a free drink after buying 10 drinks. The atmosphere here is really relaxing and calm, except on Friday afternoons around 3:00PM. As with any kokee tea they serve very instagram worthy desserts and now serve ramen bowls which are delicious. This place doesn't have the biggest selection of flavors to satisfy your boba drink cravings, but they did have "Tiger Milk Tea", which I wasn't familiar with and decided to try after it was described as half Thai iced tea and half house milk tea. Aftering walking into the establishment, I found the store to be aesthetically pleasing - chairs and tables were cleaned and organized. The menu contained a vast collection of delicious drinks. Employees were very nice to me and provided me with their recommendations on what to get. I typically order a regular black milk tea to decide whether a bubble tea shop is good. After the first sip I was hooked - just the right combination of milk, tea, and sugar. The tapioca bubbles were soft and chewy. To my surprise they do sell ramen and other foods too, I tried their Tonkatsu Ramen it was very delicious, meat was tender and noodles were just perfect along with the broth too. I will be making this location my go to spot for bubble tea or if I am craving a quick meal/snack. Great place to come hang out with friends! read more

They stopped making egg waffles but it is still advertised and shown on the TV screen in the office. One of the reason we went to this place is for the egg waffles. Typical small business which has no idea of customer service. No greeting, no smile no nothing. The person waited on me I could barely hear. Drink I had was good but nothing special. I like ShareTea in Fairfax better. Ben Gong's tea in Centreville is now my favorite. ShareTea and Ben Gong's may not have food and other things but both places make much better drinks. read more

My family and I come to this Kokee Tea a minimum of once a week but normally twice a week and order 4 Regular drinks. We spend about $15 to $30 but we get no points since it is not a large drink. The point system only rewards those who get Large drinks regardless of how frequently or infrequently those drinks are bought but awards no points for Regular drinks despite frequent purchases amounting to a larger amount of more bites spent at this Kokee Tea. Needless to say this is not fair or good business practice. You ignore an entire group of customers and their purchase power. Right this wrong. read more

I was treated to a mind blowing surprise called Snow. An icy treat that resembles a fluffy pastry! It doesn't melt or scoop like ice cream, but it flakes so delicately. Usually this is our to go place. Today, I was in line and 2 groups were ahead. The first group went and then the second group went. A teenage girl from first group came back to place order-literally cut in line in front of me and another person. Disrespectful and the cashier let it happen. I just left. Drove down the street to Vivi bubble tea. There are at least 3-4 bubble tea places within 1-2miles. If you condone to rude behaviors and line cutting, you can expect your business to go elsewhere. read more

Today my daughter and I went to the Fair Oaks Mall. Because my daughter likes bubble tea, I bought two cups, one for my daughter and another for myself. They seemed quite friendly but the service was really poor. We clearly said that we wanted 25% sweet for both cups. However, my daughter got one that is 100% sweet and mine was not sweet at all. I immediately complained about it, and they offered me another cup. When we were outside the mall, I suddenly realized that they did not put any bubbles for all three cups!!! read more

For some reason, other boba tea places don't have Thai Tea but Kokee definitely does and it's great! I've been here twice and I am definitely coming back. They have lots of options and carry different pastries such as macarons, cupcakes, and those waffle puffs. I haven't had a chance to try the deserts but they look delicious! read more

This place is amazing!! I l be the staff and the bubble tea is so good!! The rolled ice cream is soooo much better than monster roll and cheaper too! I love how the staff is so helpful and once you buy nine large drinks, you get one free!! I am so thankful that I live right next to Kokee!! I have been to 3 different kokee locations, a total of 5 different times, but this location is still struggling to get up on it's feet. I ordered the Rose from San Fran tea half sweetened, but it tasted like plain green tea, and looked nothing like the picture. I also ordered an egg waffle, for which they informed me that they were out of bananas... on two different occasions. I asked for Pocky as a substitution, and the owner handed me my egg waffle ice cream... with a rolled chocolate wafer stick (which was not even on the menu) in it. I felt like there was some disconnect with our definitions of Pocky. However, their food, not their tea, is the saving grace as it is priced comparatively cheaper to other places that offer the same. I got the Lychee on Lychee and the Brown Sugar Milk Tea and the Lychee one is soo sooo good but the Brown Sugar one is not it. Beware of the Brown sugar milk tea because it straight up taste like soy sauce for some reason lol. read more

Fair city mall has been growing in the past few years and this small but lovely boba shop is another great addition to the plaza. The people working here are helpful and very friendly. It was my first time coming here and the young man was patient in my indecision and helped me pick a delicious slushy. Had a craving for bubble tea after my post lunch nap and luckily Kokee Tea is right down the street! I try to order something new every time I come here since I haven't found my go-to drink yet. Today I ordered the Purple Love which is a taro milk tea. Did it make the cut as my go-to drink? No- it was pretty standard for what it was but still great nevertheless. What I really like about Kokee is the happy hour discount and the fun environment. They have board games to play and I also saw some students studying too. I'm curious about their newly added ramen items so maybe I'll give that a go next time. read more

I'm a big fan of tea and slushies and have been to most of the places around my area and kokee tea is definitely one of my favorites. Compared to a lot of other places, the prices of the drinks are very good and the menu has lots of different things to offer. Some of my favorites are the rolled ice cream, the egg waffles that are made from their homemade batter and the mango passion fruit with mango jelly. So delicious! The employees are all very nice and have lots of good input if i'm ever unsure of what to get. Great place to go for a quick drink and some good music! read more

love it here! everytime I go to fair city mall i make sure to stop here! I have been able to try multiple items on the menu, I would definitely recommend 100% the green tea with tapioca bubbles! Although the cup is flimsy and hard to hold, it is made up in the taste, so sweet and yummy! I think that when I got the green tea boba I had a little too much bubbles but they are so good it's hard to notice! I also was able to try the rolled ice cream! its such a instagram worthy treat, and it tastes the part! I was also able to try the egg waffle, definitely one of the favs! it tastes great! I love how every different worker presents it differently, although It takes a long time for them to heat up the waffle iron to make the waffle. I'm glad they make it fresh! dont order if you are starving to death, it takes about fifteen to twenty minutes to make, and even more when it is crowded, one of my only complaints. It really depends if the iron is already hot but it usually isnt. I love the atmosphere at kokee and love how they sell nutella and go and ramen! definitely go if you have the chance! read more
