    Tiramisu creme brule

Vivi Bubble tea is a happy little spot in Vienna. There, you will find a selection of warming and refreshing drinks as well as savory and sweet snacks. We enjoyed the pineapple mango jelly tea which had a lot of fruit flavor without being too sweet. And the tiramisu crème brule with pudding adding. The pudding is like a min flan and was yummy. It was really nice to be able to adjust the amount of ice and the sweetness level for each drink. The décor inside is pink and cute and kind of a mix between Hello Kitty and the day of the dead with some playful skulls.... There is both booth and table seating and the background music is upbeat but soft enough to easily talk over. The service is very helpful and friendly. Vivi Bubble Tea is located in a small center with enough parking.

Big fan of the Vivi Bubble Tea in Fairfax so was excited to hear of a new one opening in Vienna. Has the same great food and drinks as the other location. I did notice they don't seem to have the vivi bubble tea + popcorn chicken combo, which was a little unfortunate. Ambience is cute, has the same bright colors we know and love. A decent amount of seating but can definitely see the restaurant filling up after school. Popcorn chicken is great - crispy and light. My personal favorite flavor is garlic, but every flavor tastes just as advertised. I got just a plain Vivi black tea - it was a great cold treat on a hot summer day. I ordered half sugar but I think I made a little mistake cuz it could have used just a tinge more sweetness. All in all, Vivi is a great addition to the area! Good to have another bubble tea and snack spot around. Will definitely be back soon!

Came here for their grand opening BOGO deal. We got popcorn chicken, cheese chicken cutlet and passion fruit QQ tea. Popcorn chicken was good but the pepper salt flavor was too bland. 30% sugar tasted like 100%. Chicken cutlet was huge. Service was good.

Good Boba, service was great! My only recommendation is if they can also serve silken tofu like the other location in Eden center.

The fried beef bao were highly flavored, included some cellophane noodles in them, and had plenty of delicious liquefied fat inside, kind of like a soup dumpling. We also had the steamed shrimp dumplings, which were the perfect mochi-gummy texture, and actually tasted like shrimp. For dessert we shared the fried sesame balls, which were correctly fried---nice and light and crispy outside. The sesame paste filling had a clear flavor which was separate from the taste of the outside. It's a tiny place, only about 15 or so chairs inside, and 2 outside. No frills. (None needed!) You help yourself to chopsticks, utensils, hot sauce, and paper plates. The plates come out one by one as they're ready.

Got beef noodle soup, cucumber salad, shrimp dumplings & sesame balls. The cucumber salad was the star!, with the beef noodle biggest miss (too salty, tastes like soy sauce broth). Sesame balls were addictive, even hubs liked and he's not big on Asian sweets. Friendly service, fun eatery for easy dinner.

Call Me Ube is a must try and I'd highly recommend doing 50% sweetness or 75% so you can have the perfect balance of flavor. I typically find myself going out my way just to swing by for an Ube Smoothie. Just a heads up, smoothies typically take a bit longer to come out since it's made in the kitchen and not in the front of the shop. Inside the shop, there are very comfy seats that remind me of sitting in a Cadillac due to the material. The only good thing about the ambiance is the fact there's an exit a couple feet away so you can leave. They called the police on my partner and I after requesting a refund, she word for word stated 'I already said sorry what else do you want from me' and called the police on us for being 'aggressive' the owners, if it isn't her, should be ashamed of the people they're hiring, not only were they racist as hell, but they clearly don't know anything they're doing. The 'manager' is the big chinned girl at the register, and the other person is the employee. I felt so bad for her as you could tell she really wanted to do the right thing, and avoid how messy this got.
