    Ice cream and toppings

The Block is gone but SnoCream Co is still here. Visited their new temporary location and it's a little confusing at the moment as they renovate their new space. It appears they are sharing space with other businesses. Service was prompt and ordering was a breeze. The flavors are just as I remembered. This is the only sorbet and ice cream I crave, Raspberry Lychee and Ash Coconut. Yum

We completely drove past it(even with the big sign in front). It looks like they just moved in - there as a Tiger Boba prior. SnoCream was refreshing option after having an Ethiopian feast. No heavy feeling and great palate cleanser. They have many flavor choices w/ an option to choose 2 flavors. It comes with 2 toppings and 1 syrup. Enjoy!

Ice cream cone with Cookie butter as the scoop
    Farhat K.

Met up with some friends and ordered a mango green tea with strawberry popping jelly, and then about an hour later, an ice cream cone with a cookie butter scoop. The tea was solid and hit. Refreshing to drink with my poke bowl from the vendor next to them. And then, an hour later, went to the line and ordered the ice cream which was solidly sized, sweet, and creamy. Can't complain. It was around 9pm and only two people were working, so if there's a long line, it can take a second to get your ice cream. The vibe is loud cause you're at a food hall lol. Def a cool spot to hang.

    Ash coconut ice cream cone

Ordered the ash coconut ice cream cone. The order came out with the cone broken and the cone and the cup was covered in melted ice cream. It was handed to me with it sticky. When I asked for napkins, they just told me that there were napkins on the tables. I also asked for another cup, and it took another server to see why and brought me another cup. When I asked for a manager to chat with - apparently there was no MOD. And other helpful server offered to give me a new cone when he saw his cohort was absolutely no help. But I turned it down. I'm normally a big fan of Snocream and was excited about the new location. The ice cream was also way too hard and was chunky for the 2 bites I had. So I while I understand why the cone was broken - the sticky cone and cup were unacceptable. Also the lack of customer service was surprising and disappointing.

Mango and Taro with mango jelly and frosted flakes

SnoCream is a great spot to pick up Bingsoo and ice cream. Loveee all the asian flavors even for their ice cream. They're quick and open late(ish) which is nice for a post-meal dessert. I have gone there on a few occasions but during my most recent time I got taro and mango shaved ice with mango jelly and frosted flakes as my topping, along with a condensed milk drizzle of course. So good! We love the Block overall and will miss this place.

Only bad thing about this place is that they share the space with Glam Karaoke in which the area where they make the ice cream and they have to go back and forth where the register is where the bar. Sometimes you could be standing for a minute to get your order taken while they are working another customer's order.

I stopped by Snocream at The Block and decided to get a mix of green tea and Thai tea snow with lychee jelly and M&Ms, topped with condensed milk. At first, it was actually really good. The condensed milk added a nice sweetness that made the flavors pop. But once I ate through that layer, the actual green tea and Thai tea were barely flavorful, almost watery-tasting. The area itself was super busy and loud, so it was hard to even hear my friends while we were eating. I also heard The Block is closing down soon, which makes it feel less likely I'll be returning anyway. Even if it weren't closing, I don't think I'd be returning.

This review pertains solely to the snocream. I finally had the opportunity to try it, and I found it just okay. I sampled the black sesame and pandan; while the black sesame was the standout, I believe the flavor could be enhanced. The pandan was somewhat too sweet for my taste, and the mochi was difficult to chew. Perhaps other flavors are better? Idk ...maybe next time, I'll try the ash coconut ice cream.

Forcing their customers to pay gratuity during checkout by default.

As a loyal customer for over 10+ years when they just started serving milk teas and shaved ice cream in a bus. They were my "go to" for milk teas and shaved ice cream until they recently moved out of the block (food hall) and now they're at the end of the shopping center. Since the move, everything has been nothing but SUBPAR! From service to their milk teas. Order is constantly wrong and lack of consistency when it's right. The wait is 20+ minutes even when there's no line. More recently, they force their customers to tip them during check out. It's called "late night auto grat" for $1.25/drink. I'm never coming back again and you shouldn't either, you've been warned!

    Ube Latte

FOOD We ordered 2 Snocream bowls: one mango with condensed milk, tapioca pearls, and mochi and one pandan with condensed milk, tapioca pearls, and mochi. The pandan flavor is still their best flavor, and the mango one tasted much more artificial (not as enjoyable as the former). Since the last time I went, the bowls have definitely shrunk while the prices have increased, but given the times, I'm not surprised. DRINKS We tried their ube latte, and it's definitely something I would avoid. When I first sipped it, the ube flavor was perfect and the drink creamy, but as I kept on drinking it, the purple food coloring coated my tongue, and I couldn't stop tasting a metallic aftertaste. If craving an ube dessert, I would get their ube ice cream instead. SERVICE The staff are kind and friendly. AMBIANCE The Block is always bustling, and Snocream being the only dessert place there, is always busy. Tables are difficult to come by during mealtimes, but between rushes, it's relatively quick and quiet. PARKING Ample parking is available in the lot.

    Boba milk tea

This place is a part of The Block; a sort of cool food court with multiple eateries, and communal dining. I tried SnoCream's boba tea, I thought it was pretty good. The tea was tasteful, and the boba soft, chewy and lightly sweet.

We love snow cream! It's closing soon so make sure you get it ASAP! The pandan with Frosted Flakes is so good.

It was pretty good, very flavorful but wish there were some options to make it less sweet. Love the setting.

Ask the Community - SnoCream Company

Are they back in the bus?

The bus is parked outside of Garden Social & they are now located inside! Whoop whoop!!!

Can you make Hawaiian style shaved ice without dairy?

    Yukon GB

Can we customize the sweetness of the drinks?

There are many different varieties, so some are sweeter than others....if their business (hopefully) survived Covid, I am sure you could talk to the clerk about making it more/less sweet!

Is your shaved ice dairy free?

As far as I know, no - it's a hybrid between shaved ice & ice cream. I hope this helps!

A big group of us stopped by for some late night desserts this past Saturday. Other than drinks, they also have a fair amount of desserts like macarons, cookies, bingsoo (sadly, they did not have it when we stopped by), and baked goods. BLACK MILK TEA (M) - 5.25 +0.75 for tapioca pearl I got it with 25% sugar and 25% ice. This is my standard order for every new boba shop I check out. The one here was just OK. The 25% sugar was perfect for me but the milk tea was on the watery side. I couldn't taste that much of the tea flavor and the milk was a bit weak, too. The tapioca here is pretty soft and chewy, which we all enjoyed. BANANA PUDDING - 5.99 One of my friends got this for the table. The banana pudding slaps hard. The pudding is super smooth and creamy and there's bits of nilla wafers and banana chunks throughout that adds to the texture. For those Magnolia Bakery fans missing a good banana pudding, you can get one here that is solid. BERRY LEMON BAR - 7.49 Another dessert for the table. This was so dense. One bite and I was done. It is quite sweet and citrusy, but more so too sweet for me. Our group loved it. To the sweet tooths and lemon bar lovers, this one is for you. I'd recommend it. Would love to stop by in the future to try their bingsoo and their banana pudding again!

It's big and fluffy with chewy moist mocha flavored dough and a crispy sugary coating on the outside that's to die for. It's still light and fluffy at the same time. Yum! Absolutely no flavor whatsoever for $16.55 The chocolate chip brownie, didn't have much taste of chocolate and stale. $4.50 The upside down pineapple cake was the worst, so old it had the metallic taste of the aluminum container and crumbled into granules using a fork. Absolutely inedible! $4.25 Breeze bakery has been going downhill for a while now, but 3 out 3 items being inedible for $28 is unbelievable. There is also the short bulky Korean guy, possibly the manager who's seems to be on a power trip and speaks to customers rudely and unprofessionally.
