I even asked for my potatoes to be crispy, and the response was simply, "We can't do that," which was surprising for such a popular breakfast spot. On top of that, almost everything lacked seasoning and fell pretty flat flavor wise. We barely touched our meals and didn't even want to take the leftovers home, which is rare for us. To be fair, this is just our personal experience, and it's obvious a lot of people genuinely enjoy Rosie's. We're not trying to be overly critical over one visit. But based on the meal and service we received, it's not a place we'd personally recommend.
