    I am an understating person, I know business are run by people therefore mistakes happen. But when a business, lacks the professionalism to figure out the error and apologize, then in my opinion a bad review is earned. I paid a total of $53.03 to Kona Cleaners of Anaheim Hills for laundry services, instead, they lost track of all my clothing (as in they had no idea where my laundry was at) including a suit that cost me over $400.00. I took the clothes on December 3 for Friday pickup, as I had 2 special events on Saturday, December 7th. Apart from the fiasco of them having no idea who had the laundered clothes, I missed 1/2 of the 1st event( the type of event that happens once in a lifetime) and ended up being late to the second event that was scheduled a few hours after the morning event. In the aftermath of all the WRONGS Kona Cleaners did, and the lack of urgency of the situation has left me feeling sad. As I cannot move back the clock, and in the end my family and I missed portions of two imporant family events!

    I am so upset that I saw all my clothes hanging on my door while I am traveling in Orlando. And it's Tuesday!! When I dropped off my clothes, the lady told me that they would deliver on every Monday and Thursday. I told her that please please deliver my clothes on Thursday since I wouldn't be home till Thursday. She agreed. Now I found my clothes were left on my front door and they would be there for another two days. I am not sure if they are aware it's not a safe place any longer. I don't know if they are going to compensate me if my clothes lost. I have been doing my laundry with them for years, but now I have to stop! BAD service!!

    This is 1st time I went to this store. Got bad feeling. Regretting for choosing this one. I have a Vince brand off white wool coat, its second time wearing it. Because of milk boba tea spill so I sent it for dry clean. From beginning what I was told by Amanda that already made me kind of uncomfortable. She emphasized that no guarantee to remove the stain. The coat didn't have obvious stain ( see pictures) but I was concerned that in the future the milk would turn out with some stain. I thought what she said its just routine reminder, my coat doesn't have stain to remove anyways. Since its a nice and almost brand new piece so I agree to pay for the stain removal. It costed almost $30 for the cleaning. When I went to pickup and immediately I saw the bold spot so I told Amanda. Her explanation was: oh this is the stain spot. Me: no, it was on right side. Not this side. Her: we can iron it make it will be fine. Me: no the top layer is gone, iron can't help. Her: it must be there before, we didn't do anything on this side. Me: I don't think so, it is new, you and I would see it if it was like this. Then she asked me to show the purchasing receipt to prove its new. I don't have the receipt but I can find out the purchasing time from my account if I want. Honestly this will not affect the use of the coat. But I know the bold spot and it will always catch my eyes. Pretty irritated that a brand name piece only used twice with one professional dry clean it has become defective. BTW the milk spilled side, there is no stain, though the texture when you touch it is still different, not as smooth and soft but kind of crispy and harsh. Bad experience unfortunately. Had bad day.

    Frustrated, angry. I have gone here for years. Always bring my comforters at the end of the season…read more Never had a problem. They normally do a good job. I brought my comforter in a couple weeks ago. There was one small brown spot on it. I pinned it. When I got there I showed the girl the ONLY stain. She marked it. I prepaid (dumb move). I went last week to get it. I walk out to my car and see orangish lines in some spots. I bring it back in and she told me the guy told her that he couldn't get it out. I said, but these were not here when I brought it in. I reminded her there was one tiny brown spot. I pinned it. There were no other spots or I would have pinned them, She says she'll have him redo it. I pick it up today. I didn't open it because i was in a hurry. Well, I just got in and opened it. They folded it so the marks couldn't be seen. You can see they tried to scrub them or something, which totally looks horrible, plus the orange line things are still there! The picture is not great. They are darker in person and on the other side as well as this side in the pic. Clearly no point in going back because they are going to say they were on it to begin with. I'll be looking for a new place for my comforters.

The manager or whoever the lady was said if there was hole when you brought it in, then we wouldn't have dry cleaned it. Okay that makes sense, so why did you dry clean it and put a hole in it? She's like we didn't. I asked her do you understand you are not making any sense? You said - if there was a hole when I brought it in you wouldn't touch it. Then she accused me of it being a cigarette burn. Either way, she didn't help out in any way and I am at a loss for her stupidity. Then my husband called her 5 min later and she claimed she didn't speak English and has no idea what shirt he was talking about. I have filed a claim and reported this business to the Better Business Bureau. Hope they go out of business for the lack of professionalism and lying.
