Wow! All I can say is that I am amazed at their customer service, speed and efficiency. Unfortunately, a change in ownership at my old cleaners led me to Kona. I couldn't understand why my clothes would take 5 or more days to be cleaned.. so I went to Kona as I needed a particular item done before a business trip. Dropped off by 8.. back by 3. I've been using Kona Cleaners since moving to Southern California a year and a half ago. They are so far above the rest with next day service, email alerts to tell me my orders are ready, and the outstanding staff. Last week I moved to South County and am completely disappointed that I no longer have a location nearby. I've already tried 2 other dry cleaners and I'm just so disappointed that I'm unable to find Kona's level of service. I'm not sure it exists anyplace else. I'm seriously considering making the drive to Orange to stay with them. You just don't find dry cleaners that are this professional and customer focused. read more

People seemed nice and I thought this would be my new cleaners but they put this really strong perfume smell in all of my clothes that made me really sick. I had to take all of my stuff to another cleaners to have them re-cleaned and take the smell out. I've never been to a cleaners who has done something like that before. I had a terrible headache and bad allergic reaction and I couldn't even wear the clothes. I'm never going back again. They did a good job on the pant alterations. read more

Dropped off my stuff late Friday afternoon and the guy verbally told me that it would be ready by tomorrow. Got an email the next day letting me know my stuff is ready to pick up.
