    Sweet Chili Green Beans

I visited this restaurant as part of a coordinated group dinner during a conference. We had one server for our table of 12 which shouldn't be a problem. Everyone ordered their food and he returned to say they were out of some type of sushi that my boss ordered which caused her to order something different. We waited and waited for our food to arrive to the point we had to check in with the server repeatedly. Two people received the order, then another couple while the rest of the table sat and waited for a good 15 mins before all had food. It was very odd that it didn't all come out together and that other tables were being served despite coming in later. I ordered the prime rib, cooked medium, which came with mashed potatoes, and I ordered green beans on the side. The prime rib as you can see in the pic is well-done, nearly a solid plank, and no juice which is unlike prime rib. Very unsat for the cost of prime rib. Things were so bad that we received our food before we received silverware to eat with. It's a very noisy restaurant where you have to yell to be heard. I would not advise returning to this restaurant until they get organized, managed, and staffed appropriately to provide a quality meal worth your time and money. This sentiment was shared by all.

Its been YEARS since I've been to a Kona Grill my experience was so far off from what I was used to. The menu seems to have changed and the prices have gone up. I got the avocado eggrolls (one of the OG items) and I was disappointed. Overcooked and overripe avocados. Coke was flat. My burger was ok. The server was...to put it nicely, doing the most. It was cringy. Needless to say, I could've saved $50.

An amazing restaurant. Roney welcomed us in immediately sat us down. She recommended a few drinks. We got the Cucumber Southside and the Rum Drink. We the tempura fried pickles. The Sushi was amazing. We enjoyed the music and the atmosphere was relaxing for a Saturday afternoon.

My friend and I decided to try Kona Grill during Restaurant Week, and it was a great choice. We enjoyed a three-course meal for just $35--an unbeatable deal! For my starter, I chose the Sweet & Bleu Salad and asked them to hold the spiced pecans. My entrée was the Sweet Chili Glazed Salmon, served with fried rice, and for dessert, I had cheesecake with a raspberry sauce. I also ordered a Strawberry Lemon Drop and a bottle of Fiji water. The restaurant is nicely furnished and the lighting is adequate. The service was amazing. They were busy, especially since a large party arrived before us, so there was a bit of a wait to be seated, but it wasn't too bad. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu, made great recommendations, and checked on us regularly. One thing I really liked was their pay-at-the-table terminal, which made the checkout process super easy. We didn't have to wait for the server to bring the check, and the system allows you to split the bill by the number of people in your party or itemize it however you want. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely be back!

Went for dinner during restaurant week, $35 for dinner. The Picasso roll was delicious and the cheesecake was good. We sat at the bar and the bartender Roni took great care of us, very attentive! A little chilly in the dining area, but bearable. Will return

Hadn't been in a while so I stopped by for happy hour and had a great time! The drinks are strong, the service is great. I sat at the bar waiting for a friend and the waiter allowed me to order food for my friend and keep it warm in the kitchen until she got there. Very nice vibes. I need to remember to visit more often

Micheal and Ronnie are the best !! She gave us amazing service and Micheal gave me an amazing drink. I would absolutely come here again. Food a little over priced, but it is worth it. Plus there is no gratuity added so u can tip the way you'd like.. I gave more than 20%

Happy hour. I say again, happy hour. Prices outside of HH are...crazy. We popped in after an O's game for quick bites and I late HH hit the spot. The value is great and the bartender (ronni I think) was hilarious.

Have you ever felt like a good Happy Hour made your day better?! After a long day of travel, I appreciated that Kona Grill was within waking distance from our hotel. And to make things even better, it was conveniently between the hours of happy hour when I arrived. The food was hot and delicious. The server was patient as anyone who is hungry know everything looks good on the menu at that moment. I liked that he gave me the time I needed to decide. The ambiance was mellow as it wasn't too crowded at that time and the volume of people surrounding my table was pretty moderate. Stop by if you get a chance. Telly was the server for my happy hour experience.

Loved the menu selection. Also loved that this spot is open for dine-in and Carey out during the late night hours. Definitely appreciated for a night owl like me. The service was daily prompt. We waited forever after asking the waiter our check, to find out that there was a keypad on the tablet for us to pay on our own. Waited over an hour. I wish our waiter would've said something.

Stopped by Kona Grill Baltimore for a late-night dinner, and it was a good experience. The restaurant was clean, and the service was really good--our server was attentive and kind, which made the meal even better. I ordered the KG Sliders, and they were fresh, hot, and packed with flavor. The secret sauce was a nice touch! My friend got the Wagyu Fried Rice, and he really enjoyed it. Overall, a solid spot for a late-night bite. 8/10 recommend!

Customer Service: 3 Quality of food: 4 Portion size: 4 Cleanliness: 4 Affordability: 3 Military discount: Yes I decided to try Kuna Grill Baltimore restaurant for dinner this evening, since they was located conveniently on Pratt Street near the convention center. Upon entering I could tell they were very busy, as I went ahead and sat myself I'm the bar area. After 3-5 minutes, I finally had a waiter ask me if I wanted to order something. So I quickly placed my order and decided to try the Kona Stir-fry. My order came out in approximately 5 minutes, and it was a pretty good size portion. My waiter brought my food but didn't bring me any silverware. I waited a few minutes before they brought me some plasticware, and informed me that they were in the process of washing dishes. I thought that it was a bit overpriced considering it had more white rice than chicken and vegetables. It was seasoned very well and I would recommend this menu item. Up to this point I was probably going to give them a 3 star rating based on customer service alone. But then right before I was paying my bill, one of the mangers asked me if everything was okay...so I shared my thoughts. The manger apologized for their poor customer service and honored my military discount. I'm not sure if I would return due to various reasons listed. Due to the manager's professionalism I decided to rate this location with a 4 star.

I used to go here often and just went back after a couple of years. I thought everything was just ok. I ordered a Passion-rita and it was very just average. For $16, I was surprised that there was barely any alcohol in it. I also ordered shrimp tacos which were $23. They were three small tacos with two small pieces of shrimp on them a piece. It tasted good enough but def. not worth the price in my opinion.

Unfortunately, I don't think that this was a great showcase of the restaurants abilities. For food, I had the Caesar salad to start, which I can honestly say was a decent caesar, nothing to write home about, but no complaints either - think your basic Caesar. For my main I had the crabcake entrée and to be honest it was just not good. The crabcake was beyond dry and the coleslaw and fries were fine but that that's not what I came for. I do have to say that dessert was great, the carrot cake was without any complaints. The only other thing that I had was the seasonal martini on the drink menu and it was so bad that I couldn't take more than one sip. Other people did like their food, but we all left saying that it was not a great meal. In discussing service, the service itself was good. Our waitress was attentive, but kept jumping into our conversation and wasn't dressed totally appropriately for wait staff in my opinion, she was very attentive though. Ambience is interesting here - it feels as though it has no ambience almost. It's just like a bunch of tables in an outdated restaurant with minimal decor. Overall, I will probably not be coming back to Sobo and can't say that I would recommend others do so.

Since it was New Year's eve, there were few patrons or maybe this is the usual scene? Don't know. But there are some comfy couches by the front in which a young couple with a baby was nursing. Another couple was just finishing up dinner and started to head out. We were the only two diners for about 20 minutes before another couple came in for dinner. There were also about two or three people at the bar. So basically a very quiet place. No one at the hostess stand, only a woman at the bar. She eventually sat us and took our order. Things were slow but not so slow that I would complain. I would surmise that most of the staff was off that evening. Food was also slow in coming so there might have been a small crew in the kitchen as well. We ordered the mezze appetizer. Nothing to rave about. It was just a plate with vegetables and hummus. We both got the wagyu burger and fries. The whole meal was quite decent. The meat was cooked to the correct temperature and the fries were crispy. It was quite filling for me. Maybe it was NYE but everything was quiet and nice.

I tried everything but the bloody marys, and while they were good, whew there was a lot of ice in the mimosa... I'm not used to ice there, so it threw me off but it was still good! The REAL highlight was the food... the item I got changed my life: Crab. Cake. Eggrolls. They came with this amazing sweet chili sauce and were so filling and delicious!
