Tried starting service for my corporate office. The first delivery was terrible. The driver was rude to our staff and ended up leaving without delivering our order. Called the company who was unapologetic, so we ended up cancelling before even really getting started. Nobody there really seemed to care to have us as new clients. Avoid This Company - 5 gallon water bottles will leak all over your house... Dangerous Product & Abusive Service! I wish yelp had zero stars and a thumbs down !!! This company delivered a defective 5-gallon water bottle that leaked everywhere, flooding my home and causing water damage to my wood floors, baseboards, and wood furniture. I had just had an hour and a half of bodywork done earlier that day -- came home from church, slipped on their flooded mess, and threw my back out and there's water damage on my wood floor and baseboards and wood table. When I called the next morning, customer service (Jan and Carrina) were shockingly rude, cold, and dismissive. No empathy, no accountability, just blame. Absolutely no Customer service skills whatsoever or kindness even as a human being. They were more concerned that I hadn't called them back before 8 AM than the fact I had been cleaning up 5 gallons of water at 9:45 PM the night before. ( I called at 8 AM and I guess they left me two messages from 7 AM to 8 AM and we called you two times... Me trying to make me wrong or something. Very weird and mean people. I've read a lot of their reviews too on Google and they're not good. Go check them out. They're horrible. Their "solution" was to cancel my service and pick up the equipment. No apology. No urgency. No help. The water stand they provide is also dangerously wobbly. And honestly, their alkaline water isn't even that good -- I feel more hydrated from Kroger's 1-gallon alkaline water from Ralphs. This was hands down the worst, most abusive customer service experience I have ever had. I'm warning everyone....buyer beware. read more

I signed up for Paradise Drinking Water in mid-September. My initial delivery was scheduled for September 26, 2025, but it never arrived. A confirmation call was received for the next scheduled delivery on October 10, 2025, which also didn't occur. When I called to cancel, I was put on hold to speak with the manager, Sarah, but she never came on the line. The person who did answer simply stated my service would be removed from the system, offering no apology or sense of responsibility. Terrible customer service. read more

I have been a Paradise water customer for many years. I started drinking spring water when I was pregnant with my daughter and now nothing else will do. We love bringing our spring water camping, we love cooking with it, and (my personal favorite) it makes GREAT coffee (and tea)! Exceptional customer service. We currently use this Paradise Water because it's the most affordable option available in the area, but I'm considering switching providers when I find a better alternative. The main issue is poor customer service from their Office Manager, especially when it comes to billing inquiries. When I asked about the recent increase in our monthly charges, she informed me that the delivery fee had gone up, but there was no prior notification (which I'm willing to accept), but her response was condescending, as if it was a mortal sin for me to even ask. I have experience working in customer support, so I understand it can be challenging, but no matter how frustrating it is, you should never make the customer feel wrong for asking questions. read more

When Primo took over our water delivery service (Sparkletts), we encountered nothing but issues. The main issue was lack of delivery. We decided to change water delivery service and found Paradise Drinking Water. When I called Paradise, I was able to immediately speak to a live human, and setting up the service was easy. This company is awful. I was promised 3 bottles of water on Friday and they never arrived. Of course they close at 3 and you cannot contact anyone. By far the WORST water service we have ever used! They have terrible customer service, and it's like pulling teeth to get a response to any billing inquiries. When I finally managed to speak with Sarah after months of trying, she was extremely dismissive and condescending, making me feel like I was complete trash. BE VERY CAREFUL about extra charges for equipment rentals you don't actually have or extra bottles that they claim to have delivered even when you have security video proof of each and every delivery. They also like to raise delivery fees without any prior notice. We've wasted hours and hours trying to resolve these issues with them and will never again use or recommend their service. We were looking for a safe and cleaner water option since the public/tab water sourcing can have unknown contaminates. We love the water that Paradise provides - it tastes so clean and it's the only thing our family will drink now. I do not like to drink water because it has to much acid. In it My stomach is sensitive to acid so when I drink certain waters, it upsets my stomach when I changed my service to Paradise water and I taste the water for the first time it did upset my stomach taste so fresh and pure and refreshing I used to drink half a bottle of water if that, and now I drink water all throughout the day because the water is so good. I'll make sure I have at thermos next to me because the thermos keeps the water cold and tastes so good I will highly recommend this to those that don't drink water. We have been very satisfied customers for the past 1.5 years. Our office has been receiving bi-weekly deliveries and there has never been a problem. We switched delivery services because our previous one was so unreliable and thank goodness we did because we couldn't be happier. Never had a missed delivery. Our office is closed every other Friday and if it conflicts with their delivery schedule the driver makes a note and special accommodations are made even before I call to notify them. I am a two-time Paradise customer. Their spring water tastes better than any other I have tried in OC, and certainly better than even the best tap water (which is La Habra, btw). They offer alkaline water delivery too, which is also great.Their delivery is always reliable, and you can change amounts easily with a simple email or phone call. Billing is easy with auto-pay, or you can pay online with PayPal. I have never had any issue with their coolers, either. Great company, great personal service, and awesome tasting water. read more
