I couldn't believe they managed to get the equipment in the small space beside my existing shelves. I previously had an under the skin RO but decided to upgrade since mine was 10 years old. The new filtered water is great, not much better than the previous RO though. It does take significantly less space under the sink. The softened water is great too. He came out to our home to determine if the house had separate lines for the house and the yard, (in which case it does). He also determined the house used to have a system and told me it would be a reletvely easy install as the regeneration waste drain was right on the other side of the wall of the garage where the soft water and chlorine filter tanks will sit. I also got a Reverse Osmosis system under the kitchen sink. A tech came out to install that. That took 30 minutes. Another tech was scheduled to install the garage tanks, but could not make it. Oscar kept the schedule promise and came out himself for the scheduled time and happily installed the system. What a fantastic team to keep the scheduled install and have the Sales Person, Oscar, come out to do the install, even though he has "retired" from installs and moved into sales.
