Waited 20 minutes and the food was soggy and gross. The lemonade was way too sweet. Definitely won't recommend go back.

The host was mopping the host stand so we had to maneuver around the waiting area while waiting for our whole party to arrive. It was unusually busy, maybe because a game was on, and service was a lot slower than usual. Our waiter was very nice regardless and got everything correct, just took a while to get his attention sometimes. Otherwise, eating here is as nice as ever, and seemed clean. As I mentioned, we went here to try this new burger. My friend and I both agreed that it wasn't bad, but the queso really didn't add much to the burger flavor, just made the bun soggy. The burger was very good on its own, and I will just order that alone next time. Unfortunately, after dinner, I was left with a major stomach ache that lasted throughout the night. My friend, who didn't have dessert, had the same issue. I will definitely not be ordering this again and can't recommend it! Otherwise, this is a spot I have been to many times and will visit again. It's local, the food is overall good when you stick to the basics, ambiance is clean and cozy, and the staff is great.

I don't usually rate these type of places unless necessary. So here goes…read more I'm a weekly customer to Chipotle, but never been to this one. Came here yesterday, which was a Saturday. I knew it was going to be packed at 3pm. And let me tell you - anywhere I go now, I absolutely hate seeing workers, especially cooks, have their mask below their nose - that's when I walk out. So I walk in ready to judge because normally Chipotle is run by a younger crowd. Shockingly there was NO customers in there. I have no idea why. I continuted to judge more, and my eyes went straight to everyones mask because nobody in the store? ..They must be screwing around. Every single person had their mask on properly, talking and chatting with each other, but working and NOT goofing off. I get to the counter and I was greeted and helped by the absolute friendliest person I've ever had in a Chipotle. (Everytime I go to other ones, people really could give a crap, lets be real - everyone knows this). She was very nice, professional and surprisingly acted like she cared about her job and serving me. I looked for her name tag as I normally do for someone who actually sticks out, but she didn't have one. So, I'll describe her instead. She was very short. She looked young. She had on a black minnie mouse mask. And seeing her eyes, I'm gonna assume she was either Asian or Hispanic. But definitely kudos to her, and hopefully her manager sees this one day - like I said, this Chipotle surprised me from beginning to end.

That said, for a chain restaurant, it does feel a little expensive. There are a lot of local restaurants near me where I can get fresher, better food for the same price. My family really likes this place, mostly because the menu is huge. There is something for everyone, which makes it an easy choice. For me, though, the menu is almost too big. It feels more like a diner menu, with so many options that it can be overwhelming and hard to choose. Each time I go, I usually try something different. The Chicken Madeira is a safe choice and is usually very good. The steak dishes, however, often disappoint me. I know this isn't a steakhouse, but the steaks don't feel very fresh and seem to be the same cut used in different dishes. Compared to local restaurants, the steaks just don't stand out. One thing they always do well is the service. The staff is friendly, patient, and very accommodating. The atmosphere is also nice and almost makes you feel like you're on vacation, even when the restaurant is close to home. Overall, I never leave feeling disappointed, but I also don't leave thinking it was great. It's a reliable place with consistent food and good service. If my family wants to go, I'm happy to join them because I know what to expect. It's decent, comfortable, and dependable but, not my first choice when there are better local options nearby.

Tried the lemon ricotta pancakes and the bacon avocado eggs Benedict. The eggs Benedict was way too greasy hollandaise sauce was not emulsified and just oil. Bacon was a bit too crispy. The eggs were poached well and the arugula plus avocado cut the grease. The sun dried tomatoes were really chewy and weird to add. The side of potatoes were good - well seasoned and crispy though still too oily. The pancakes were a nice thickness (rather thin so they stacked well and absorbed the lemon flavor in between). Each one was cooked inconsistently. Some were golden while others were more charred. I wish the strawberries were fresh but tasted canned and weren't very flavorful. The lemon candied peels were nice. Service was okay. Pretty infrequent though the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. Took multiple requests to get water, takeout boxes, and the check paid. Probably would go to a diner or a dedicated breakfast spot instead.
