I ordered a spicy tuna roll and hibachi chicken plate. The appearance of the tuna roll made me question whether it was fresh or not. The color was dark and was served with cream cheese instead of avocado. No, the cream cheese does not work. The roll was very dry also. No hint of spicy anything either. I'm still waiting to see how un-fresh the tuna was. The hibachi chicken was fine. I was not asked if I wanted steam rice or fried rice. It just came with fried rice (not my preference but I guess that's on me for not asking specifically for the steamed rice). I asked for Yum sauce or spicy mayo and was pointed to a micro fridge on a counter near the drink dispenser where inside, large bottles with no labels sat. I was able to identify the Yum sauce but not any of the other bottles so I left them alone. Not sure when the last time they had been cleaned or refilled but it wasn't recent. There happens to be several Japanese restaurants in the area, and, for the moment, I would have to put this one below all the others.
