During the service, Memo Jr found two areas that were leaking water. I was having to fill the pool almost every other day. It turns out the automatic water fill had roots in it, indicating a broken pipe. I was able to put a plug in that outlet. Also found a leak in the pool where the tile is, and I was able to repair it myself. The pump has been running for two days now and I havent lost a drop. Memo even said one of my fence posts was broken and would fail at any time, and told me how to do a quick fix. I can recommend Memo and sons 110%.

Tom came out the next day and installed an updated subpanel with Siemens GFCI breakers along with the new pump. He's such a friendly guy and explained everything. He helped me setup the Pentair Pool App and programmed the pump run times. He also gave me many tips to help with efficiency and keeping the pool stabilized and clear for all of the seasons. Their employee shows up and starts writing all over the pipes with a permanent marker. Kept misspelling words so he kept rewriting them over and over. Now it looks like a 2 year old came over my house and wrote all over the pipes! I thought that was very rude of the employee after I asked him not to. He got offended when I called him out on it and left. They charged me $85 and didn't resolve any issue. Pipes were labeled very unprofessional, very sloppy.
