It's a make-your-own setup with a machine, but the ice melts almost immediately as soon as you pour any flavor on top. Instead of having that soft, fluffy shaved ice texture you expect in Hawaii, it just turned into a watery mess within seconds. For how expensive it was, the quality really did not match the price at all.

We ordered the strawberry and salted lemon shaved ice #4 and it came with pineapple and strawberries. We also added ice cream so the total came out to $19 and something cents. Without ice cream would've been around $15. I think it was worth it! It was our first time trying and I'm not sure if it was the owner but I feel like she recognizes her customers because she asked if it's our first time since she's never seen us before hahaha!! The person taking our order was so sweet she explained everything to us and was easy to understand. 10/10 would come back and recommend. I wanna try the pickled mango so I'll definitely be back!
