There were plenty of cups, spoons, and napkins, and the checkout process was quick and easy. This was much more reasonable in price than the froyo place nearest me. We normally go on a Sunday, so thankfully free street parking and just had to cross the street. If you go on other days, just know there's only meter parking that you have to find nearby. Customer service is always amazing and they always ask how you're doing. Some downsides for me personally, there is only outdoor seating. There is a small little bench inside to wait but overall just not a place to hangout for me. There's also only one worker so sometimes if it's busy and they're juggling orders, it'll take a bit, so I always make sure I have time and not in a rush if I go, just in case.

There were a few parking spots in front in their parking lot. There seem to be a bunch of regulars. I thought the price was very reasonable and probably the best shave ice in Kailua. After I noticed the sign said Hilo style ice shave, not shave ice. I didn't see any difference but just thought it was odd that it's called ice shave.
