It's a nice little store with a great selection of frozen yogurt, toppings, and sauces. You can really go crazy here with candies, cereals, boba, fruits, brownies, cookies, and all sorts of goodies to go on your yogurt. There were about 12 different frozen yogurt flavors available on the day I went, from chocolate to cinnamon, cappucino and fruity flavors. Basically, you can mix up the frozen yogurt of your dreams. There were plenty of cups, spoons, and napkins, and the checkout process was quick and easy. This was much more reasonable in price than the froyo place nearest me. Sadly, I'm not normally out in Kailua but I will make it a point to stop here when I am!

They definitely have a lot of choices. However, the shaved ice was absolutely atrocious. It's a make-your-own setup with a machine, but the ice melts almost immediately as soon as you pour any flavor on top. Instead of having that soft, fluffy shaved ice texture you expect in Hawaii, it just turned into a watery mess within seconds. For how expensive it was, the quality really did not match the price at all.

The ice cream is smooth and the sherbet referencing! But we still found a few favorites- Kona snow is outstanding- full flavored coffee (they soak the beans for days) the full coffees flavor without the color - the ice cream is Snow White with the unexpected flavor of coffee! Calamari sunshine is another favorite- not sweet but totally refreshing and the perfect palate cleanser with a mild tartness. Rose Lychee - a great mild base with the full flavor of lychee. I cant wait to return to try their new flavors or flavor of the month. It's really worth the time to find parking and come for a visit 'Please Come AGAIN is really the perfect name!

It's a comfy, cozy Japanese restaurant that's great for families or even a date night. They have a variety of options on their menu which makes it hard for me to decide because I want to try everything lol. Their sushi rolls are bomb! I recommend the Tokoname sushi roll. I also love their teishokus which you can choose 2-3 choices. I ordered the miso butterfish combo and chose the teriyaki chicken and shrimp tempura. So much food!! I couldn't finish it lol. They also offer an awesome kids' menu that I would even order from because they have a pretty good one. My daughter loved their kid's ramen and was scarfing down the noodles. My husband also enjoyed his meal and raved about the food. Staff was very friendly and accommodating with a baby which is a huge plus! They have an awesome tempura ice cream dessert that looked good but we were to full so we'll have to try it next time! They are also doing a curry takeout special during the week which sound really good. If I'm ever in Kailua, I'll have to try their curry.

The fish served here is fresh, and quality is thumbs up! The sashimi cut is NOT skimpy! That is a HUGE plus in my book. The sushi is made from the freshest ingredients, and constructed to perfection. The presentation of the sushi and anything you order here is top notch. The service is great too. Our server made sure everything was to our satisfaction. She was friendly, and very helpful in assisting us with questions about menu items. If you're on the Windward side of the island of Oahu, drop by Kailua and visit Tokoname for a nice Japanese meal.

Scored a free parking space, which is always a good sign! So you order at this window inside, and then wait. There's merchandise which is a cool way to get customers to browse. I ordered an iced latte and sat out on the balcony. It was a great day to just relax for a bit. It's very peaceful and the area has grown. There are more modern shops in this little haven. My only issue was some guy was on the street smoking, and I just happened to be downwind. Other than that, looking forward to returning! Mahalo Chad!

Quality is just amazing and distinct sweetener. I also appreciate when we get the drinks iced, they don't over ice it like most places where you feel like you're getting ripped off, but it's like it's a perfect amount of ice. We normally go on a Sunday, so thankfully free street parking and just had to cross the street. If you go on other days, just know there's only meter parking that you have to find nearby. Customer service is always amazing and they always ask how you're doing. Some downsides for me personally, there is only outdoor seating. There is a small little bench inside to wait but overall just not a place to hangout for me. There's also only one worker so sometimes if it's busy and they're juggling orders, it'll take a bit, so I always make sure I have time and not in a rush if I go, just in case.

The large was huge and only $5 and the small only $4. Ice cream was about $1 each. I got strawberry and coconut. The ice was finely shaved and made with a block of clear ice and the syrups were mixed house and tasty. I ate about half way down then asked for more syrup which the owner was more than happy to add more. She was really friendly and personable. There's apparently some bentos or plate lunches but I didn't see them or see prices for them. One of the regulars came in and asked for it but it was sold out for the day. There were a few parking spots in front in their parking lot. There seem to be a bunch of regulars. I thought the price was very reasonable and probably the best shave ice in Kailua. After I noticed the sign said Hilo style ice shave, not shave ice. I didn't see any difference but just thought it was odd that it's called ice shave. I wish there were prices listed for the add on's but it's a great deal. Next time I'll come earlier and try to snag a plate lunch.
