The appointment was at a different address than the one listed here. Not a big deal but unexpected. I let her know I was unsatisfied with the finished look as soon she finished. She told me give it a chance and didn't offer a refund of any kind. I tried it make the best of it but got the extensions removed three days later. She was even going to charge me to remove them. She should have been honest from the beginning that there was no way for her to blend my extensions.

For more than 25 years, Deborah has been incredibly consistent. She always makes my hair look beautiful, but more importantly, she has always helped me keep it healthy. She has been through ALL my hair eras Blonde, brown, dark brown, almost black, and everything in between. One of my favorite looks was when she did my light brown hair with highlights. I would constantly get stopped by people asking where I got my hair done. That's actually how so many of my friends and colleagues ended up going to Deborah too, and many of them still go to her today. She is extremely talented with color, cuts, and beautiful extensions. I also have very curly hair, so having someone who truly knows how to cut curly hair without having you walk out looking like a mushroom is KEY! Deborah gets it. She also stays up to date on the latest products, techniques, and styles, which I really appreciate. After all these years, I can confidently say I trust her with my hair. The owner enjoyed handling my type of hair. I wish her the best. She was so caring that when my appointment was early evening, she took the pain and insisted that she dropoed me home, as late as 9pm I thought I was grateful but, thinking about it now, I was not grateful enough but the owner had a professional till I moved out of the area.
